I hadn't had the opportunity to write to you my two-day stay reduced to one for a personal emergency tell you at the reception when check out that I wouldn't take the second night and ask for reimbursement or when less I would leave that. night that you don't take as to be able to take it after they were denied claiming you had been booked for app or internet so I do not agree that I should not reintegrate the cost of that night you don't take, or that I am changed for another night, with clear respect for the restrictions that can be made.

They did not respect our reservation of extra big beds, they gave us one of 2 double beds and that by availability ... we were 4 nights and never made us the change ...
The hostel says it's outdoor and NOT a very girl inside next to the gym
He had failed the hot water since the first day, we reported it and they were from Mtto arguing that he had already stayed and we struggled with it every day, we had to wait long and hardly got tibia
WiFi did not work well, very slow
We left on Sunday and today they have not released the amount they blocked on my credit card for consumption, which was separately settled, is $6,000
