I really like this old hotel, the perfect location, the Buddha and the warm service, the Mexican service is really very good. The executive floor is set, and those snacks and coffee breakfast are free. The service is really great, people can't help but tip more.

The hotel is very new and is the best hotel for the entire trip. The breakfast is good, the front desk is very good, the room is better than expected, the soundproofing is very good, it is 2km away from the historical center, parking is free, there is a swimming pool on the roof, and the view is very good; the only drawback is that the toilet is designed a bit high, and a person with a height of 160 can only tiptoe 😅

The hotel is ok, I got a bigger room with view to the pool. There was a group of people at the pool so it was a little louder and during the day also.

Schöne alte Hacienda mit Pool und leckeren Margaritas etwas außerhalb von Izamal. Zuvorkommendes Personal. Wir waren die einzigen Gäste. Leider war unser Zimmer gegen Abend dann vollständig voll mit großen Ameisen. Ich habe schon öfter mitten im Dschungel geschlafen, Gekkos, Raupen etc. sind kein Problem und normal. Aber gegen Abend war eine Wand, die Dusche, die Decke und alle Handtücher vollständig bedeckt mit 1cm großen Ameisen. Das war für mich leider grenzwertig, da auch alle Moskitonetze kaputt und löchrig waren. Löcher sollten sich auch in einem alten Haus abdichten lassen. Außerdem gibt es keine Trennung zwischen Schlafraum und Bad, ebenso Toilette. Für ein Boutique Hotel zu dem Preis für mich nicht ok.

The pool is nice and the hotel is located a few blocks away from the main attractions in downtown. The best part of this experience was the hotel staff. They were extra helpful and kind. Always ready to help in whatever you need. The only complaint I have is the cleanliness in the room. There was dust in some parts of the room and the sheets weren't very clean. They didn't change them. Also, the pillows aren't comfortable. But the rest of the hotel is not bad at all for the price. I slept well, the ac works well. I would stay there again.

El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación, ya que está en el centro de la ciudad y llegar a lugares de interés es muy sencillo caminando. Cuenta con todos los servicios como hotel de 3 y 4 estrellas. Solo sirven desayuno básico, pero a pocos metros hay muchos lugares para comer. Definitivamente sí nos hospedaríamos otra vez ahí.

Clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. The hotel was spotless, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location couldn’t be better, close to everything I wanted to see and do. Despite being so central, it was surprisingly quiet, which made it easy to relax. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel itself is beautiful and full of character, with spacious rooms that make for a comfortable stay. The historic charm and atmosphere are definitely highlights, and overall the property has a lot of potential. However, one issue that should really be addressed is the large number of dengue mosquitoes, especially around the pool area.

Gorgeous boutique hotel with staff that goes above and beyond. The heir of the estate actually greets guests and ensures they have a pleasant stay. We only got to stay for one night, but they upgraded our room and allowed us to enjoy the pool as we arrived early and they needed time to get the room ready. It is worth the price.

Very cute design hostel! There is a pool and a cafe, so you can relax. Body soap and conditioner were installed in the shower room. Bicycles are said to be rented at 100MXN a day. However, Merida is very humid and the room smells a little moldy when it rains. I feel that there is no way in this land. When I asked the staff to change the room, they responded well. Basically clean. Overall, I am very satisfied. I'm sorry that I couldn't upload the video.
