I booked a studio room for my parents and family room for my own. Both type of rooms are spacious and overlooking the sea. The view in the morning and evening are breathtakingly stunning as you get to watch the sunrise and sunset from the comfortable couch in the living room through the full view wimdows. The amneties provided in both the studio and famiky room are top notch. Great place to unwind and relax in peace.

I recently stayed at Adena Beach Resort, and it was a refreshing getaway overall. The biggest highlight is definitely the location — the resort is just a short walk from the beach, which made it perfect for a relaxing vacation. The surroundings were peaceful, and the views were beautiful. The room was clean and spacious, with modern decor and comfortable beds. I appreciated the little touches like bottled water, toiletries, and a mini-fridge. The housekeeping staff did a great job keeping the place tidy throughout our stay 😊

Pros: It’s very cheap — only around RM100 per night including tax! Really affordable and super worth it! The room is also spacious. Parking can be waived for free! Cons: It’s about a 20-minute drive up to Genting First World (about 10 minutes drive down from Genting to the hotel). The location is a bit far and secluded. The reception, parking, and hotel entrance are quite far apart. Every time you go out, you need to get the parking waived, change elevators, and walk quite a bit. After getting our room card and parking ticket, we had to go to the 7th floor, exit the lift, and switch to another elevator just to get to the one that leads to the rooms. We noticed it wasn’t just us — everyone seemed lost and confused. The directions and signage were really unclear. Every time we went out, someone was asking for directions.

Got a free upgrade and stayed at Ion Majestic, love and wanted to try the heated pool but it was under maintenance so we wouldn't be able to try. I was a regular at Ion Delemens before I tried to book with Trip.com, so definitely will prefer and choose to stay at Ion Majestic as it has easier access than Ion Delemens. Killer view but I guess as not a morning person, I wouldn't prefer the bright curtains in the morning😅 Overall, 5 out of 5 still.

The room is okay, not too big but not crampy. The sad thing is the room window is not giving us any good value to see for the price we have paid. But the mattress is comfy. There is small round stain on the blanket but we don’t wanna be so fussy thus we just let it go. The air-condition functioning well. The room isn’t sound proof as we can clearly hear other people’s coughing from the other room. Foods variety were okay but the taste were not really there. Some were too salty. The big plus point for hyatt is only the beach.

Rooms was good the view was soo amazing from balcony and everything was soo good, regarding service like checkin time we are 14 pax and carried own baggage to room due to overcrowded and less staff and same happened after call while check out.

Our room was quite spacious and generally clean, providing us with plenty of room to relax after a day of exploring. However, I did notice that the in-room entertainment options were quite limited. While there was a television, the selection of channels was minimal, which left us with little else to do in the evenings. In terms of hotel facilities, there were not many options available to keep guests occupied. We found ourselves wishing for additional amenities that would enhance the experience. One notable inconvenience was the drainage in the bathroom; it was not functioning well, and we often had to deal with water pooling on the floor during showers, which was a bit frustrating. Despite these drawbacks, our overall experience at the hotel was positive. The combination of the unique setting, friendly staff, and the charm of the area made for a pleasant stay. I would recommend this hotel for a short visit, as it offers a nice retreat, particularly for those looking to unwind in a tranquil environment.

Room was okay but there are some furnitures and toilet tiles old which could be better if they are capable for upgrading. View and weather are good, definitely a good place for short getaway. Month of ramadhan and guess not much guests and hence lesser option for food. Buffet breakfast has variety of choice include nasi lemak, bread and pastry, roti canai, small vegetarian corner, oatmeal and yoghurts, fruits and salad. Coffee and drinks can be improved. Hoping this place to revive again with more guest.

Absolutely love this hotel. Its located at the heart of the national park! Park center is also located within the resort, all the nature walks are literally a stone throw away. If you were to stay elsewhere, you have to cross the river. Breakfast and dinner were amazing! The jungle walk, late berkoh boat ride and night boat ride are absolutely must! Boat rides seat 4pax, so if you are in a party of 4 will be the best else you would have to find others to share or pay for the whole boat. River ferry to the village is just Rm1 each way. 1min ride and a avaliable readily, we didn't had to wait at all. In my opinion this is the beat place to stay in.
