The hotel has a great location and the standard double was great. The bed was really comfy; the bathroom was small but warm and clean. I'm fussy about products but the shampoo was good. (A super fast hairdryer also came with the room plus an umbrella if you needed to borrow one) The breakfast had everything you could need and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. I also used the gym and sauna. All good 😊

Transportation: FB65 is right outside the airport and goes to the hotel. It costs 495 NOK for two adults and one child. It's about a 10-minute walk from the station, which might be slow with luggage. The return trip is by Uber for 640 NOK – great value! Facilities: Room facilities are okay. There are no disposable toiletries like toothbrushes, but there are bath towels. Bring your own toiletries if you have specific preferences; they provide shampoo and shower gel together. The restaurant has a nice view. Don't go too early, or you'll encounter tour groups. I went at 7 am and couldn't get a seat with a view. Breakfast is typical Western style – quite delicious! My Chinese stomach could handle it. The room was absolutely tiny, there is no privacy in the bathroom as it's basically a box next to your bed. Had to carry our luggage up the stairs to get to the room. Adjacent restaurant took 10 minutes to acknowledge us and say they're fully booked. Historic building & good location but that's about it. Would not recommend.

This place is very convenient, good location, lovely area. Small but clean. Breakfast was fantastic! We are Thai and we met a Thai receptionist and she was very helpful. Try ask for quiet room because we booked 3 rooms but 2 rooms said it a bit noisy at night (we were there on a weekend). Definitely recommend.
