We really enjoyed our stay. True, there were some difficulties with check-in upon arrival, because we did not receive check-in instructions. It is imperative to contact the property in advance and then everything will be fine. The location is very convenient, the views are stunning! The air conditioner works for heat, the room quickly warmed up, the cool weather did not bother us. The room has everything you need. Considering that these are apartments, cleaning is not provided. You also take out the trash yourself. There are many containers near the house, everything is convenient. Every morning at 9-00 breakfast was delivered to the room. Different every day. Salad of fresh vegetables with an omelet, or sausages, or buckwheat, or boiled eggs. A bag of tea and coffee. Thanks to the hosts, we liked everything.👍

Excellent hotel. We booked a large room for our group of 8, and it comfortably accommodated all of us. We really appreciated the guest-oriented service – it was super convenient to be able to rent beautiful dresses right there at the hotel. We loved absolutely everything: the floating breakfast (so elegant and delicious), the mountain views, and the safari trip, which we'll remember for a long time. The photos turned out amazing. Отличный отель. Все номера с видом на море. Огромный номер, балкон. Убирали и меняли полотенца каждый день. Для моря тоже есть полотенца, которые берешь чистые и сдаешь, когда уходишь с пляжа. Завтраки вкусные, выпечка ❤. Есть парковка, бассейн. Вобщем, все необходимое, чтоб хорошо отдохнуть

Excellent hotel, the location is super. The breakfast is simply wonderful! The staff needs more time to learn how to resolve guest issues, but for now, the hotel manager handles everything perfectly. You can find parking near the hotel either early in the morning or late at night.

This is an amazing hotel in the heart of Batumi, right opposite Europe Square, housed in a historic building with an astronomical clock. This IHG hotel opened at the end of December 2025. From the moment we arrived, we felt the staff's care, attention, and impeccable style. We stayed from January 3rd to 7th in a standard king-size room on the 3rd floor, with views of the historic city, the square, and Batumi Tower. The room was spacious with high ceilings, central air conditioning, and was very warm and comfortable in winter. In the room, we found fluffy bathrobes, soft slippers, an ironing board and iron, a capsule coffee machine, a tea set, stylish glasses, a Smart TV with YouTube, and a mini-bar (extra charge). Water was replenished daily. Housekeeping was excellent – a big thank you to the staff – and the toiletries were high-quality, with hygiene kits (toothbrushes and other amenities) provided upon check-in. The spa wasn't open during our stay, but the fitness center was. I particularly want to mention the bed and linens – we slept wonderfully. Breakfast initially was a buffet (hot dishes, pastries, cheeses, good quality coffee and tea), and later became à la carte, offering eggs Benedict, toast with salmon or bacon, syrniki (cottage cheese pancakes), and pancakes. The breakfast service was exceptional. I especially want to commend the reception staff: everyone was very friendly and spoke multiple languages, including Russian, which was very convenient. Special thanks to Assistant Manager Avtandil for his attentiveness and help; I've never experienced such hospitality. Thank you to Nana for the late check-out. We were completely satisfied with the hotel and the service, and we will definitely return and recommend it to our friends.❤️

The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the beach and next to Europa Square, making it convenient for exploring the old town. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, clean, and comfortable, and the breakfast is quite good. Excellent value for money!

We enjoyed our stay to the fullest. Wonderful location with great scenery from the balcony, the staff were friendly and ready to offer help when needed. Thank you so much Miramar hotel, looking forward to staying there again. See you next time

New hotel. Large clean room with a balcony, the room has a kettle, tea, coffee, refrigerator. Cleaning every day and high quality. Good breakfasts. The hotel also has a swimming pool, sauna and gym. The only downside is the location. Still, it is far from the sea, perhaps because of this on the days of my visit there was a feeling that the hotel was filled at most by 5-10%

Excellent location. We were vacationing with friends, and it just so happened that we had almost the entire floor to ourselves. Everything is within walking distance; all attractions are nearby. It was a bit noisy outside the window in the evenings, but that wasn't due to the hotel itself. The hotel itself is new; that's clear to see.
