As the best hotel in Shenzhen, it truly lives up to expectations. Although it opened several years ago, it's incredibly well-maintained. The bedding and bath products are very thoughtfully chosen, and the welcome tea and snacks were a nice touch. The afternoon tea selection might not be huge, but it's very refined and tastes excellent. I particularly want to mention breakfast – the eggs Benedict were perfectly made, and the braised beef noodles were incredibly authentic. The fresh coconuts also met the high standards you'd expect from a luxury hotel. However, there was a small hiccup during check-in. When we arrived at our room, we found the door wide open and a man sitting on the sofa! Luckily, a staff member was passing by in the hallway. After hearing what happened, they escorted us to the lobby to clarify the situation. Leo, the lobby manager, sincerely apologized for the hotel's error, and the solution he offered was acceptable. For someone who has stayed in many ultra-luxury hotels worldwide, it's quite unacceptable for a Mandarin Oriental to make such a basic mistake. This was truly a first for me, and I hope the hotel takes this seriously!

This was my first stay at the Shenzhen Marriott Hotel, and honestly, it was a mixed bag – some good, some not so good. The staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were excellent, very friendly and helpful. However, the staff at the entrance and the bellhops were quite disappointing. They weren't proactive in assisting guests, and for a hotel, the first impression often comes from the entrance staff. This really detracted from my overall experience. The front desk staff were polite and said everything was fine, but the baggage handlers were truly awful. On the positive side, the dim sum at the restaurant was exceptional. So, if I ever consider staying here again, I'll definitely have to think long and hard about it. I honestly don't understand how a five-star hotel can have such a stark difference in service quality. For a first-time guest at the Marriott Shenzhen, it was certainly a memorable experience, but not entirely for the right reasons.

Overall, a great stay. The hotel is ideally located in Futian CBD, surrounded by unique dining options and with convenient transport links. The stunning panoramic views of Shenzhen's vibrant nightscape are truly a luxurious experience. The staff were warm, attentive, and demonstrated exceptional professionalism and high-end service, and the food selection was plentiful. I highly recommend it for both business trips and leisure vacations!

So happy to be back at Zhuhai Chimelong again! Even after all these years, the room is still clean and bright. The complimentary mini-bar and water station are a nice touch. The dolphins in the dolphin pool are so lively and adorable, actively interacting with guests. Watching the flamingos on Flamingo Island is also incredibly beautiful. Beyond the classic ocean-themed lobby, check-in and check-out were seamless with no waiting. The pool and water world offer a wide variety of options and are open all day. The gym equipment is new, and there's even a self-service laundry room. With diverse dining choices like evening tea, afternoon tea, and buffets, plus shuttle buses and boat tours, everything from dining to accommodation and transportation is incredibly convenient. Besides the amusement rides, we absolutely loved the marine animals at the Ocean Kingdom. The newly added Spaceship Park is also fantastic. In addition to the rides, it educates and entertains through various means like pictures and models, conveying knowledge about environmental protection, the ocean, and marine animals. The indoor venues are perfect for rainy days or extreme heat. We had a wonderful three-day, two-night stay!

Our stay at Angsana Zhuhai Phoenix Bay honestly felt like a peaceful escape from busy city life. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt calm, private, and relaxing. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and blends very naturally with the seaside surroundings, creating a quiet luxury atmosphere that immediately makes you slow down and enjoy the experience. The room was spacious, modern, spotless, and very comfortable. We especially loved our room location because it was incredibly easy to step outside anytime and enjoy the fresh ocean air, privacy, and relaxing ocean view. Sitting outside during the morning and evening became one of our favorite parts of the stay. The outdoor patio and soaking pool made the experience feel even more special and peaceful, especially at night when the atmosphere became even quieter. The room amenities were excellent, including complimentary minibar drinks, coffee machine, tea selection, bathrobes, ironing equipment, quality toiletries, and many thoughtful details that made the stay feel complete and comfortable. Everything felt carefully prepared and very well maintained. Breakfast was honestly amazing every morning and became one of the highlights of our stay. The fresh colorful fruits, delicious noodles, healthy dishes, fresh juice, and calm dining atmosphere made every morning enjoyable and relaxing instead of rushed. Even though complimentary fruits mentioned in the booking were not provided in the room, we honestly did not mind because the breakfast fruits were incredibly fresh and delicious every day. We also understand why check-in may sometimes take longer because once we entered the room, everything felt perfectly prepared, safe, clean, quiet, functional, and comfortable. We genuinely could not find anything negative during our stay. Thank you and appreciation to all the staff for their warm hospitality, professionalism, kindness, and effort in making our stay memorable, peaceful, and truly relaxing. We would absolutely love to return again in the future.

The hotel amenities are pretty standard, but the location is great with lots of food options nearby. Plus, they offer free afternoon tea and late-night snacks. However, the soundproofing is terrible. On the first night, I stayed in a city-view room and it was incredibly noisy – I barely slept. 😓 After complaining to customer service the next day, they moved me to a river-view room. It had an amazing view directly overlooking the Canton Tower and Liede Bridge. The soundproofing was a bit better on the river-view side. Kudos to customer service for their quick response!

My stay was excellent. The room was meticulously cleaned with no strange odors, and the mattress was just right – not too soft, not too firm. It was incredibly quiet at night, ensuring a great night's sleep. The staff were friendly and check-in/check-out was quick. The location is superb, making it easy to get around and shop. Overall, it offers great value for money and I highly recommend it.

The Zhuhai Chimelong Penguin Hotel's polar theme design really creates an immersive atmosphere. The aurora-inspired colors on the exterior make it instantly recognizable and easy to spot. The lobby has a warm and comforting fragrance that's very relaxing. The iconic giant penguin sculpture is a unique feature of the hotel. The hotel facilities are comprehensive. The concierge service is enthusiastic, and luggage storage is hassle-free. Check-in at the front desk was simple and efficient, and checking out didn't require any waiting in line. The lobby lounge area has soft, comfortable seating. The hotel's cleaning staff continuously maintain the environment throughout. The overall environment is excellent, and the whole hotel is full of playful touches, making it perfect for families. The kids' club has a full range of play equipment. There are thoughtful designs in many areas specifically catering to children, ensuring kids have a fun and joyful time playing. The guest rooms are thoroughly cleaned daily with no hidden spots. The interior space is spacious, and the penguin-themed furnishings are exquisite and appealing. The sound insulation is excellent, blocking out external noise. The rooms are well-ventilated, dry, and not stuffy. The king-size bed is roomy, allowing for comfortable stretching. The mattress and pillows are moderately firm and soft, helping to relieve fatigue. The bedding is changed daily, keeping it clean and fresh. The blackout curtains are highly effective. The room is well-stocked with amenities. The windows provide ample natural light and good ventilation. The Wi-Fi coverage is seamless and runs smoothly. All small appliances in the room are well-maintained and in good working order. I would definitely come back again. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of fresh ingredients. You can enjoy your meal while watching the penguins from the window-side tables. The Chinese dishes are authentic and generously portioned. The dining staff are very responsive. The hotel is right next to the entrance of the Ocean Kingdom park. It's just a short walk to enter the park, and the multiple entry privileges add extra convenience to your visit. The hotel's services are meticulous in every detail, making it an excellent choice for a family trip to Chimelong. I will continue to choose the Penguin Hotel for future stays.

The weather was hot, so a few families grouped together to escape the heat here. The rooms were spacious enough, the river view was expansive, and the pool was quite open. The pool is on the top floor and is divided into three areas: the curved shallow area is constant temperature, while the round side pool and the large infinity pool have cooler water, which is perfect for summer. PS: It was so comfortable, even adults lounging on the side enjoyed a cool breeze with no mosquitoes! The kids' play area was smaller than expected, suitable for 1-3 year old babies. We'd definitely revisit this hotel just for the pool and the rooms!

The hotel is beautiful. The location on the cliff is wonderful. There is a picture to be taken at every corner. You don’t notice the service people at all, but you notice their work. For this I give them the highest of praise. Room service is quite fast. The food selection they have is super high quality, whether at dinner or breakfast. The reception are helpful and are quite reasonable people, when there is a disagreement. I have informed them earlier that it was our wedding anniversary, and they prepared the room accordingly and even prepared a cake for us. 2 areas of improvement. 1- English speaking staff. -2- The hotel needs to put night owls in their consideration. The restaurant closes at 12, which is fair enough. But no snacks or vending machine way before that time. What if I get hungry late at night? Besides that, I would definitely visit this place again. Is perfect for couples who want a get away, or people who just want a place to find serenity or inspiration.
