The Miraton Hotel provides a great place for travelers to relax after a busy day. The Miraton Hotel is an ideal choice for travelers who want to take in the sights and sounds of Dongguan. Boasting a convenient location, the hotel is just 700m from Changpingnan Railway Station and 55km from Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport. The nearby area boasts an abundance of attractions including Changping Park (Changtian Road), Changping Cultural Square and Changping Theater. When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. This Dongguan hotel provides parking on site. According to our guests, this hotel provides a very high level of service. For guests traveling on business, this hotel is consistently one of the most popular choices.

"This is my second visit within 2 months. I got a non-smoking room even though I forgot to request one in my booking. Compared to my previous stay, this room had no issues with the TV or A/C. The fancy coffee brewing machine providing fresh coffee in the lobby is still there to serve black coffee drinkers as neither sugar nor cream is available. Ironically the shower curtain is still hanging there around the bathtub but then the sprinkler has obviously been removed. Overall, this is a much better experience comparing to my last visit. Look forward to staying there again in the future."

"One of the best hotels in Zhaoqing! 👌 The lake view here is very comfortable, and the hot spring pools downstairs and in the room are definitely worth a dip. Plus, the lobby has a lot of entertainment facilities, making it perfect for families with kids. I'll definitely recommend it to other leaders and colleagues if I get the chance. However, please ask the hotel staff not to rush guests for reviews. Thank you!"

Kind Notice:Takeaway food and beverage is not allowed to be brought into hotel.

"The room is spacious with high ceilings, much higher than average hotels. The facilities are also excellent. It really lives up to its location in the Foshan furniture market. The service is great, very proactive and attentive; anything I asked for was delivered immediately. The breakfast, especially, was outstanding. Everything seemed to be freshly prepared, better than any good hotel I've stayed in for years. My kid even insisted on going back for breakfast again instead of joining me for dim sum outside. The noodle bar's alkaline noodles were the authentic, springy kind you find in proper wonton noodles. My only regret was the strong, overpowering perfume smell on the lobby floor – I really couldn't stand it. It would be great if the room windows could open just a crack for some fresh air! Surely, with current technology, they could manage ventilation while still ensuring safety. The hotel is conveniently located right above the Louvre Furniture Mall, and on the 7th floor, there's the famous 'Zhuroupo' Shunde cuisine restaurant – it's a complete one-stop experience."

GGuest UserMy friend and I traveled from HK to Futian Mandarin Oriental to celebrate a birthday. I'd researched several hotels online beforehand and ultimately chose MO, a hotel I hadn't stayed at before. My main reasons were the hotel's reputation for quality and excellent service, as well as its convenient location for shopping, with a mall and many dining options right downstairs. From the moment we stepped out of the car and into the hotel, we could immediately tell it was different from other five-star establishments. The experience, from being greeted upon arrival, having our luggage promptly taken, being escorted to the 78th floor for check-in, and finally shown to our room, was incredibly smooth and warm. By the time we left, at least eight hotel staff members had interacted with us, and every single one was genuinely friendly and kind. This 100% positive interaction rate is something I've rarely encountered over the years. For me, the air conditioning's coolness and quietness, as well as absolute cleanliness and a modern feel, are paramount in a hotel room, and they scored full marks on all counts. (I learned that this hotel has only been open for four years, and I truly hope they can maintain this excellent standard, as it's crucial for guests like us). I'd like to thank the gentleman who checked us in – I've forgotten his name, but he was incredibly thoughtful and proactive in anticipating our needs, making arrangements for us to attend a concert on June 26th. I also want to thank the lovely Victor, who showed us to our room, gave us a detailed introduction to the hotel, and took photos for us. And a special thank you to Brian, the 'Chef Concierge' (Golden Key member), who satisfied our curiosity by explaining the origin and role of the Chinese Golden Key concierges. Besides having a wonderful birthday trip, we also gained a rich experience in human connection. Thank you to everyone at Futian MO. We'll definitely be staying here again! ^.^

AAnonymous UserThis time, we celebrated our anniversary by staying in an Executive Room at the Mandarin Oriental Guangzhou, and the overall experience was excellent. As soon as we got out of the car, the bellboy promptly came over to help with our luggage, and then we checked in directly at the Executive Lounge. It was very efficient, and we didn't have to wait in line at the main lobby. The hotel had thoughtfully prepared a card and a cake to celebrate our anniversary, which was a very nice touch. What left the deepest impression was the service. No matter where we were in the hotel, every staff member we encountered greeted us kindly, making us feel right at home. I'd especially like to commend Nicolo from the Executive Lounge, Oriental Club. From the moment we checked in, he was incredibly welcoming. Every time we visited the Executive Lounge, he remembered our names and always chatted with us pleasantly, with a smile on his face. His service was professional and friendly, adding many wonderful memories to our trip. Additionally, Yamy and Silvia, who handled our check-out at the Executive Lounge, proactively asked if we wanted to pack some drinks and also gave us a refrigerator magnet. The only thing that needs improvement is the late check-out policy. The front desk initially told me that it depended on availability and was generally not possible, and in the end, they could only extend it until 2 PM. Considering that hotels of a similar caliber usually offer more flexible late check-out options, I hope the hotel will actively consider extending the late check-out time.

GGuest UserA truly satisfying stay! The JW Marriott Hotel Shenzhen is indeed a top-tier hotel. The lobby exudes a light luxury and grand atmosphere, and the public areas are spotlessly clean. The staff at check-in were very professional and explained everything meticulously. The room layout was well-designed, the furnishings were exquisite, and the cleanliness was meticulously maintained—even the corners were sparkling clean. The mattress had just the right firmness, ensuring a sound sleep until morning. During my leisure time, strolling around the hotel was very pleasant, offering a tranquil and comfortable environment. The guest relations team proactively checked on our experience, and any issues were addressed promptly. The hotel restaurants offered a wide variety of dishes with fresh ingredients. Overall, the experience was comfortable and relaxing, making it perfectly suitable for both short stays and longer trips. I genuinely recommend it to anyone traveling.

GGuest UserThis time, I chose this hotel for a family trip, and the overall stay was excellent. Sahar, Molly, and Bella were incredibly friendly and patient. The hotel's location is very convenient, the room was clean and tidy, and the environment was quiet and comfortable. My family was very satisfied with their stay. GGuest UserHaving experienced the entire process at Chimelong Hengqin Bay Hotel – check-in, on-site activities, room stay, and check-out – every step was consistently excellent. Upon arrival, I was immediately drawn to the castle-like architecture and the expansive coastal gardens. The grounds were meticulously maintained, with the Flamingo Island, Dolphin Observation Area, and Water World forming the hotel's core attractions. Check-in was efficient, swiftly kicking off our vacation. The room conditions were satisfying: spacious, with a great balcony view. Room cleanliness was consistently high-standard, with detailed daily housekeeping ensuring the entire room was clean and odor-free. Bedding and bathroom facilities were in good condition, and the hardware was stable and functional. During our stay, we interacted with staff from various departments – front desk, concierge, housekeeping, Water World lifeguards, and restaurant staff – all of whom were friendly and genuine. They clearly explained the shuttle bus services and entertainment benefits, responded promptly to any issues, and provided service with just the right touch. Transportation was hassle-free; free shuttle buses were always available to Chimelong Ocean Kingdom, and the circus was right across the street. The special yacht offers a unique aquatic travel option, and self-parking was convenient. Upon check-out, the process was quick, and luggage storage was simple, allowing us to explore the park further without being burdened. The hotel's dining and leisure facilities were comprehensive, with no noticeable shortcomings throughout our stay. From arrival to departure, the entire vacation flow was smooth and comfortable, with the environment, room cleanliness, staff service, and transportation all well-catered for. The hotel demonstrates balanced overall strength, making it a very reliable choice for a Chimelong vacation.

YYizhikunpixiong-Seeking a peaceful retreat, this choice didn't disappoint. Our hotel butler, Flora, was incredibly warm, thoughtful, and meticulous in her arrangements! The resort grounds are serene with beautiful scenery, making a stroll truly therapeutic. The room's cleanliness was impeccable, the soft furnishings comfortable, and the sleep experience excellent. The service was gentle and polite, attentive yet unobtrusive, showing perfect hospitality. The facilities are well-maintained, and there's a sense of relaxation to be found everywhere during leisure time. A truly rejuvenating stay for both body and mind, it's already on my list for future trips.

GGuest UserThe hotel room was great in all aspects. Just a small suggestion: it would be even better if afternoon tea and late-night snacks could include children. YYyy1cantI had a sudden business trip to Guangzhou and, after it was over, I decided to visit Zhuhai. I've always heard that St. Regis is known for its service, and Zhuhai St. Regis is supposedly the pinnacle of St. Regis in China. So, I specifically booked it. This was my first time staying at a St. Regis hotel (I usually stay at other luxury hotels like Ritz-Carlton, Mandarin Oriental, and Rosewood). Let me start with the conclusion: it's beautiful, but the service is just a facade. When checking in, the greeter at the door was very enthusiastic, taking our luggage and escorting us to the lobby for check-in. The staff member was very beautiful (no other meaning intended) and kept a smile on her face the whole time, speaking softly and gently. This was definitely a big plus for the service, something they do better than most luxury hotels (frankly, they don't seem to have that 'work fatigue' vibe). The hotel has an extremely European style, a stark contrast to the Rosewood I stayed at in Guangzhou yesterday. The entire hotel exudes a gilded-age beauty, reminiscent of an economic boom, and it echoes the Macau across the river. The hollowed-out atrium is a stunning design. I've stayed in countless hotels, but only a handful have a similar design (like Tomson InterContinental Shanghai, InterContinental Hangzhou, etc.). St. Regis is bolder in its use of lighting and color, opting for this golden-brown hue, which made me feel like I traveled back to 1990s Europe. It truly embodies 'old money' in its bones. Entering the room, the same European style continued. My name was displayed on the TV (a nice touch). I was very happy that the TV came with two Bose speakers (reportedly a six-figure set online). The sound quality was mind-blowing, much better than any other hotel speakers I've encountered 😆. I had booked a bubble bath that day, which is a signature St. Regis feature. After a day of exploring, a bubble bath is truly a chill experience. The thing I was most, most, most happy about was that during check-in, the front desk asked if we smoked. St. Regis has special smoking floors, something I haven't seen in most luxury hotels. St. Regis thoughtfully considered this 🥰. Now for the downsides. First, the inefficiency. The hotel only had two (or three?) front desk agents for check-in. The staff led me to the lobby, where I sat for twenty minutes before it was 'my turn' to check in, even though the lobby was empty at the time, with at most five people checking in. This level of inefficiency is unacceptable! Second, St. Regis's renowned 'butler service.' Before check-in, there was no phone call, no prior inquiry about room preferences, and no one added me on WeChat. During check-in, no one offered water; I even had to ask, 'Don't you have water here?' and 'Doesn't your butler service add guests on WeChat?' before they brought out water and the hotel's WeChat QR code. I even had to get the water myself and add WeChat myself. Everything felt so 'improvised,' which made me quite unhappy. It reminded me of an online joke: 'She's like Siri, answers every question but never initiates a conversation.' For St. Regis, a brand specializing in butler service, this aspect was completely subpar. Third, I'm not one of those 'Marriott members begging for upgrades' as some online suggest. However, I've stayed at so many Marriott properties—Ritz-Carlton Nanjing, Suzhou, Xi'an, Haikou; W Suzhou—and depending on room availability, they've always proactively upgraded my room without me even asking. Even a standard Marriott property like Shenzhen Kaisa Marriott, which isn't considered luxury, would upgrade me to a suite if available. But St. Regis? Nothing. No suite, no little rabbit amenity, no welcome gift. Nothing. From what I know, it was off-peak season, and many rooms were vacant. And the cost of a welcome gift and a little rabbit should be very, very low, right? They simply didn't prepare anything, leaving me feeling unvalued. At the price I paid for my stay, around 1,000 RMB (during peak season it's about 1,500-2,000 RMB), Zhuhai St. Regis isn't expensive, but it's above a typical Marriott five-star. Price-wise, it barely touches the threshold of luxury hotels. However, the St. Regis brand itself is definitely positioned as luxury. If we talk about value for money, Zhuhai St. Regis is undoubtedly perfect. Its exquisite European aesthetics, combined with decent service and top-tier hardware, make it almost unrivaled among five-star hotels in the 1,000 RMB range. The problem, however, lies in the name 'St. Regis.' Luxury hotels don't talk about value for money; they talk about service attitude and standards. By luxury hotel service standards, Zhuhai St. Regis doesn't live up to the St. Regis brand. (As an aside, my studio is in Suzhou, and I often staycation at Niccolo Suzhou. Like Zhuhai St. Regis, it's a high-rise hotel, and the price is also around 1,000 RMB. The reason I go often is simple: the service attitude is excellent, far exceeding what you'd expect for that price point. Their Director of Rooms once said something that struck me: 'In mainland China, there's no shortage of luxury hotels—Marriott, InterContinental, various GHA luxury hotels. These luxury hotels simply have different styles, and their hardware has pretty much reached its peak. In such a situation, it all comes down to service attitude.') And the service at Zhuhai St. Regis undoubtedly left me unsatisfied. Overall, the hardware, style, and design of Zhuhai St. Regis are undoubtedly top-notch. However, the service level (especially for a brand that emphasizes service) wasn't good enough. The butler service I had so eagerly anticipated fell short. If the hotel happens to see my review, I hope you'll strengthen staff training and strive to solidify the golden reputation of St. Regis. I hope my next stay brings an even greater surprise and shows me more meticulous and amazing improvements.

GGuest UserAfter comparing several Chimelong hotels, I chose the Penguin Hotel for this vacation. My overall stay exceeded my expectations. The hotel's style leans towards a cute penguin theme. The decorations and arrangements in the hallways and lobby create a great holiday atmosphere. Just walking around the hotel made me feel more relaxed. The butler service was a huge plus during this stay. They responded promptly to inquiries about the hotel and communicated in a kind and gentle tone. Any questions I had were answered clearly and understandably. They also provided many helpful tips for our itinerary. The room itself was well-maintained, clean, and bright. The bedding was comfortable and breathable, allowing us to unwind after a day of activities. The children's amenities in the room were very thoughtful, designed specifically for kids' daily use, which greatly reduced our luggage burden for a family trip. The Emperor Penguin Restaurant is definitely worth a try. The dining environment is unique, and watching the penguins up close is especially fun. The food was replenished consistently, and the dishes covered a variety of tastes, so both seniors and children could find something they liked. Public areas of the hotel were always kept tidy, with staff constantly maintaining the environment. It was a great experience to relax and wander around the hotel. Getting to the scenic area was convenient. Most of the hotel staff were polite and friendly when we met them, patiently assisting with even simple inquiries. The entire trip's accommodation experience was very smooth. After playing, returning to the hotel allowed us to rest well. I highly recommend this hotel for families traveling with children. It can add wonderful memories to a trip. Friends planning a visit to Chimelong Zhuhai should definitely consider this hotel first.
