"Enjoyed our stay, overall experience was good, but not special. Room was nice and big and very clean. We stayed in deluxe suite in building A. No complaints for the room. There were fruits waiting in the room when we arrived, but no water bottles. I guess they were forgotten and the staff brought water quickly once we called about it. Indoor areas look nice and well maintained overall, although the lobby was quite dark in the evening. Outdoor areas were basically nice, but the hotel looks a bit dirty and worn from outside, and it seemed the same way for the other outdoor areas. Pool looked nice even though we didn't use it. Service was just basic, no extra effort in anything. Everything went smooth, but didn't feel impressed by the service in any way. Breakfast was pretty good and even we arrived quite late they still seemed to have everything there. Some dishes were not so good like bacon which was very pale and soggy, but mostly it was okay. Coffee machine could only make espresso and caffe crema, no milk in the machine. Not a five star experience, but still good overall."

"My friends and I decided to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival with a staycation at the Sofitel Foshan, and it was absolutely perfect! The biggest highlight of the hotel is its 'what you see is what you can buy' concept – all the soft furnishings and furniture throughout the hotel are exquisite, high-end, and stylish, yet timeless. The location is incredibly convenient; you can step right downstairs and explore large furniture exhibition halls, making it perfect for both relaxation and browsing home decor. It's especially great for a casual get-together with friends. I must give a special shout-out to Nicole from Guest Relations in the lobby. Her service was gentle and professional, and her attitude was exceptional. She was patient and thorough during check-in, and the check-out process was quick and efficient. The entire experience was hassle-free and smooth, which was incredibly pleasant. Indeed, this is Shenzhen's top luxury hotel! The front desk is on the 78th floor, and the elevators are thoughtfully equipped with sofas, which is perfect for a quick rest during the 1+ minute ride up or down. That's a great touch. The deep blue theme of the room is my favorite color, and the incredibly spacious design made my extended stay of several days very comfortable! The room's functional layout is also excellent, with clear divisions between the entryway, wardrobe, washroom, and toilet room. Each section is distinct yet can be adjusted and connected as needed. The service was truly exceptional. From check-in to getting to the room, everything was seamlessly handled, and they proactively inquired about my travel plans. A big thank you to Brynn, who, knowing my itinerary, specially arranged a room with a great view for me and patiently explained everything, hahaha 😂, making my trip experience absolutely perfect!

Having chatted with a manager during afternoon tea at the Mandarin Oriental Shenzhen, who thoroughly explained their operating philosophy to me, I chose the Mandarin Oriental for my Guangzhou trip this time to experience it firsthand. Although it's an older five-star hotel, the service here is truly impressive. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, the staff greeted us with professional attitudes and warm smiles, impeccably dressed, showcasing the brand's elegance in every detail. Room service was even more exquisite and attentive; the bedding was comfortable, amenities complete, and cleaning meticulous, with even the corners spotless. Whether it was guiding us through check-in or responding to daily requests, their high level of professionalism was evident. The overall experience was comfortable and reassuring; it's a hotel that truly excels in service, highly recommended. 1) Despite being in a bustling area, it's exceptionally quiet, perfect for introverts. 2) Getting around is incredibly convenient. This was the only time I've ever traveled entirely by subway without feeling any inconvenience. 3) Taikoo, where the hotel is located, along with nearby Central Plaza and Zhengjia Plaza, can satisfy all kinds of shopping needs. 4) The hotel's shower water pressure is excellent, and the bathtub is comfortable.

As a Guest Relations Specialist, Xana possesses solid professional skills and an excellent service attitude. Check-in was efficient and convenient, explanations were detailed and clear, and she had a thorough understanding of all hotel services and facilities. Throughout our stay, she provided attentive assistance, proactively checking on guest satisfaction, patiently listening to our needs, and actively coordinating solutions to various issues. Her responses were prompt and her handling of matters was impeccable. Her service was gentle and warm, meticulous yet appropriate, genuinely sincere without being forced, and thoughtful without being perfunctory. Every detail showcased the high quality of Marriott's premium service. The hotel's hardware facilities are high-end and complete, the rooms are clean and elegant with excellent soundproofing, and the bedding is comfortable. The public areas are tidy and grand. I know this hotel is undergoing renovations, and some packages for the new room types even include lounge access and five meals a day, which offers excellent value for money! First, regarding the room, the newly renovated style is minimalist and refined. The room feels very spacious and has excellent natural light. The bathroom amenities include Diptyque shampoo, shower gel, and lotion, which was a very pleasant touch. Next, concerning the dining, the five meals included afternoon tea, happy hour, evening dessert and drinks after check-in, and breakfast and lunch on the second day. The afternoon tea was a pleasant surprise. Although the food selection for happy hour wasn't extensive, it focused on quality over quantity. I didn't get to enjoy the late-night dessert session, but I learned that it was a chocolate-themed dessert night, and the themes are updated regularly. It's worth noting that no matter when you dine, you can enjoy unlimited alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Finally, I'd like to commend the hotel's service. All the staff I encountered during this stay were extremely polite and friendly. Especially Miss Sahar at the front desk, the check-in process was very smooth and efficient, and she even followed up afterward to see if I needed any assistance. A male staff member in the lounge also provided very professional service, always greeting us with a warm smile every time we entered the lounge for a meal. Overall, my experience during this stay was excellent, and I look forward to visiting again after the full renovation!

The room was great and very clean, with an amazing, expansive view. We even got to watch fireworks from the executive lounge, and checking in was a breeze without having to queue downstairs. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, with everything you could need. The buffet offers a wide variety of dishes, and there's daily afternoon tea on the 18th floor. Plus, they have shuttle buses to the theme park. Choosing Hengqin Bay Hotel was definitely the right decision! The overall service was excellent, from the front desk and concierge to the restaurant staff – everyone was smiling and very responsive to any requests. I felt incredibly well taken care of, and I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Zhuhai Phoenix Bay Angsana Resort and Spa truly feels like a vacation getaway. Our hotel butler, Flora, was incredibly warm, thoughtful, and always ready to assist with our requests. The location is superb, directly facing the ocean with a stunning view of the Sun & Moon Bay in the distance. The hotel grounds have a distinct Southeast Asian vibe, with lush greenery and a unique canal-style pool that's perfect for photos. The room was spacious and clean, with soft bedding, and the balcony offered a peaceful spot to watch the sea. The toiletries were of good quality, and we even received complimentary welcome fruit upon arrival – thoughtful details that made a difference. The hotel boasts a private beach, which was quiet and uncrowded, and watching the sunset there in the evening was incredibly therapeutic. The staff were all gentle and responsive. This hotel is ideal for both romantic getaways and family trips, offering a perfect escape from the city's hustle and bustle, allowing you to truly relax and unwind. During the National Day holiday, there were also many handicraft activities that the children absolutely loved. My kid goes to university nearby, so we stayed at this hotel for three nights to visit them over the National Day holiday. The location is prime. My daughter absolutely loved the trendy bar on the first floor. The nightlife around here gets really lively in the evening—super vibrant and bustling with tons of young people. The hotel breakfast offers a nice variety, and from our window seat, Canton Tower felt like it was right within reach. It's only about a 10-minute walk to the subway station, making it very convenient to get anywhere. The hotel staff was also very attentive and thoughtful. If I had to make one suggestion, it would be to upgrade some of the bathroom facilities to smart tech.

Our family of four came to Zhuhai for a trip and chose to stay at The St. Regis Zhuhai. Everyone in the family was extremely satisfied with this stay. We especially want to thank Lacey at the front desk. Traveling with family means a lot of luggage. Upon arrival at the hotel, Lacey proactively guided us. During check-in, considering we had children with us, she thoughtfully prepared children's amenities for us. After checking in, our child wanted some cookies, and Lacey quickly arranged for them to be delivered to our room. She even thoughtfully included drinks suitable for children. During our stay, she enthusiastically offered travel advice when we inquired about nearby attractions, even sharing tips to avoid traffic jams, which was a great help to our family's trip. The room was clean and tidy, with ample space, so our family didn't feel cramped. The view from the window was expansive. The hotel's facilities are very suitable for family travel, and the breakfast offered many dishes that children love. Lacey was consistently warm, polite, and considerate, addressing all our family's needs in every aspect. The service experience was exceptional. Thanks to Lacey's dedicated service, our whole family loved The St. Regis Zhuhai, and we will definitely return on our next visit to Zhuhai!

We recently brought the whole family on a trip to Chimelong and chose to stay at the Penguin Hotel. The hotel is very close to the Ocean Kingdom, making it super convenient to walk there. Driving here was also hassle-free with plenty of parking spaces. The entrance and exit lanes are smooth and well-managed. The lobby is spacious with great natural lighting, and adorable penguin themes are everywhere, giving it a strong resort vibe. Check-in and check-out were quite efficient. The staff were polite, friendly, and very patient in answering questions. The guest room is of a decent size, and the themed decor is a big hit with kids. The mattress had a medium firmness, the pillows offered good support, and the bedding looked clean and comfortable. The blackout curtains worked exceptionally well, and the soundproofing was good, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The Wi-Fi signal was stable, and both the minibar fridge and wardrobe functioned properly. The floors were spotless, and the bathroom featured a great wet-and-dry separation design. Hot water came out quickly with good water pressure, toiletries were fully stocked, and the towels and bath towels were clean and fresh. The Emperor Penguin Buffet Restaurant is unique—you can watch live penguins while dining. The hotel also features a kids' play area and very practical self-service laundry facilities. The public hallways and lobby were well-maintained and clean. Overall, it's a fantastic choice for family trips, and we had a wonderful vacation experience.
