Absolutely thrilled with this hidden gem of a hotel! It's super close to the airport and the surrounding area is really bustling. The front desk staff, especially one lady, was incredibly thoughtful. She called twice about our airport pick-up, but my phone was on silent so I missed it. Worried we might miss our flight, she actually came to find us in person – so, so dedicated! The room was also fantastic. Seriously, don't even think twice, just book it. I'm completely satisfied!!!

The hotel feels a bit old-fashioned, but it's well-maintained and offers good value for money. We arrived on the third day of the ***** New Year, and check-in was smooth. They even accommodated our requests as much as possible. The breakfast was decent, and the location is convenient for exploring. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to Zumiao Temple. We didn't get a chance to use the gym or pool this time as we were out sightseeing, but I'd love to try them next time.

My hotel experience in Zhuhai was fantastic this time! The bathroom with its double sinks was clean and luxurious, and fully stocked with amenities. The room decor was simple yet elegant, with quality evident in the details. The self-service laundry room in the public area, complete with dryers and irons, was brand new and fully equipped – super convenient. The service was thoughtful and attentive, making my entire stay comfortable. It's incredibly good value for money, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!

The shuttle bus was super convenient. What really prompted me to write this review, though, was the lady staff member who helped me retrieve my luggage at 9:24 PM on April 25th. I was in such a hurry to catch the 9:25 PM shuttle to the terminal, which was already waiting in the lobby, that I didn't even get a chance to see her name, only managing a quick 'thank you.' I really appreciate how she understood my urgency. It was because she was so mindful of my rush that she even apologized when handing me my bag. Isn't that feeling of being so well-cared for the best 'home away from home' experience one can have?!

Came to Guangzhou for a trip and Chen Chusheng's concert. As expected of the White Swan Hotel! Even though it's an older hotel, the facilities are incredibly well-maintained. It's clean, tidy, and the service is excellent. You can always find staff around the hotel if you need assistance. Getting around is also very convenient. You can book dim sum directly at the hotel upon check-in. While it's not cheap, it's definitely worth trying. I also had their famous Sachima, and it really was soft and not greasy at all – though taste is subjective, of course. I immediately went to the gourmet shop downstairs and bought some to send home as souvenirs. There was also a lovely little gift box on the bedside table containing two small cookies. I was so happy! ❤️

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your establishment. The amenities provided were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming. The staff were exceptionally helpful and made our experience even more pleasant. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable visit. We chose to stay at the Wyndham again for our May Day trip to Zhaoqing. It's right by Seven Star Crags, and you can enjoy stunning lake and mountain views right from your room. The hotel's pool, hot springs, and kids' club kept the children happily entertained. Our butler, Winnie, was incredibly warm and attentive. She sent us a guide for our stay and local attractions as soon as we arrived, and was always quick to respond to any needs, making our trip even more enjoyable.

This hotel is my top choice for airport travel! Its location is incredibly close to the airport, and they offer a free shuttle service, which makes getting around super convenient and stress-free. The rooms are clean, tidy, and have a cozy layout, with soft and comfortable bedding. The soundproofing is excellent. The staff are warm, attentive, and very polite. The breakfast has a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. It's perfect for layovers and catching flights, and the front desk even provides thoughtful wake-up call reminders.

The front desk staff are welcoming, and there's a self-service coffee and tea station on the first floor. It's only 200 meters from the subway station, and overall, I'm satisfied. The front desk lady working the night shift on the 12th was incredibly warm and generous with her service. She was very responsive to requests, helped arrange a quieter room type, and immediately had an extra blanket brought up when I asked. Her service attitude and quality were truly commendable.

The location of Hengqin Bay Hotel is truly excellent. The hotel's free shuttle bus gets you to the park in about ten minutes. The package allows for multiple entries into the park, and you can even get in an hour early! The lobby features a magnificent oversized glass coral in the center, surrounded by large dolphin-shaped pillars, creating an incredible oceanic atmosphere. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and there's a quick check-out box available. The room had great natural light, and came with a balcony, bathtub, mini-fridge, and an electric kettle. The children's amenities were incredibly thoughtful – tiny slippers, toothbrushes, and bathrobes, all spotless. Every detail was meticulously considered! Shuttles run every 15 minutes, with routes to both Ocean Kingdom and Chimelong Spaceship Theme Park, and a one-way ticket is included with the room. The children's area at the water park is safe and fun, and the indoor heated pool offers a comfortable environment. The flamingo bay and dolphin pool encountered during walks are picturesque, adding to the leisure and enjoyment. The hotel truly demonstrates professionalism and dedication in every aspect of family travel. From comfortable accommodations to dining experiences, and from entertainment facilities to meticulous service, it offers a worry-free and delightful vacation choice.
