The location is very good. The seaview is very beautiful. Mr. Andreaw is very helpful and nice, he introduced a very good restaurant for our dinner and the food iwas great. He drove the golf car to take us to the carpark and help us bring our luggage. All the staff in this hotel were helpful and friendly. The staff in the restaurant, were very polite and professional and the chef cook excellent breadkfast to us. Only one thing is if follow the google will direct you to the wrong way cannot find the hotel. Better contact the hotel lead you to find them before you arrive. As the car is not park in the hotel . Rovinj is a very beautiful place! I will stay in this hotel again.

Een schitterend gelegen hotel met groot zwembad. Wel kun je zien dat aan de kamers en de luiken van het balkon dat het chique opgezette hotel wel een renovatieronde kan gebruiken. Het personeel is zonder uitzondering erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Een fantastisch ontbijtbuffet, de mogelijkheid om op het terras te ontbijten. Tegen geringe bijbetaling kon je ook gebruik maken van een uitgebreid dinerbuffet. Bij aankomst kregen we een upgrade naar een premier kamer met zeezicht. Doordat de pijnbomen in de loop der jaren gegroeid zijn, zie je de zee, door de boomtakken heen. Voordeel is wel dat de hitte op het balkon gefilterd wordt door de boomtakken.
Een probleem met de niet gied finctionerende aurconditioning werd na melding, de volgende ochtend al vroeg opgelost door een monteur.
Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf en komen vast nog eens terug.

Very nice view from the terasse and pool to the wineyard and green hills. They serve excellent steaks and have all their wines by the glass for tasting. We had a room with a large bunk bed which was very stylish and comfortable.

Wir waren 3 Paare gemeinsam auf dieser Reise und sind von diesem Hotel begeistert. Nachteilig ist, dass man für Lunch und Dinner wegfahren muss. Aber man findet im Umkreis von 10 Km einige Konobas.

Good stay and service. Only thing the air conditioning was not working on a hot day especially at night and, despite the complaint at the reception, the room continued to be hot enough to not be able to sleep properly

The location was very good.
The staff were all nice and the room did not have an electric kettle, but I was able to lend it.
Also, I had one of the three nights changed to a room with a bathtub (paid an additional fee), but unfortunately I can't soak in the hot water slowly because the bathtub has enough hot water. was. The large bathtub with jacuzzi also felt like a treasure.

We are not in Medulin for the first time, but we have vacationed in the hotel for the first time. We found the stay very good and did not expect it to be so good. At first there were difficulties with our booking, but the employees in the hotel tried to make the time until clarification as comfortable and stress-free as possible. The employees at Trip.vom also helped immediately and great to solve our request.
Cleanliness is valued in the hotel, even if the hotel is getting old, it is a great, varied and clean hotel.
There are various activities during the day, a delicious bistro is also on site and there is also a wide choice for breakfast (including vegan milk, for example).

The hotel is located opposite the ancient city, and the scenery is definitely unmatched by other hotels. However, the interior decoration is not worthy of the room rate of about 4,500. The hotel is long, but there is only one place with an elevator. Our room is far from the elevator, and we have to walk a long way to the elevator every time. Friendly staff, but not many breakfast options

GGuest UserIt was absolutely an amazing experience staying at this place.
Location : Perfect location. Lush green. Amazing beaches nearby. Good connectivity via Taxis as well as public transport. Beautiful aquarium nearby. Also, do not miss the beautiful Ambrela beach nearby.
Rooms : Clean. With a kitchenette. All required utensils present. Microwave and fridge available.
Service : 24 hour reception with super friendly staff. The cleaning staff is very responsive and no complaints against them.
Food: The resort has it's own shopping complex with so many restaurants. You get everything! They even have a supermarket. A bit expensive, but the extra money is for the convenience.
Pool : Three sea water swimming pools with a pool bar. The only drawback is that the pool closes at 19:00. It should be extended till 21:00 at least during summers.
Perfect for families. Just book! Do not think twice.
This place will be remembered by us as the place where our 1-year old learnt to swim. Thank you Park Plaza for the experience.

GGuest UserExcellent hotel, clean, modern, well kept gardens, beautiful pool area, polite and helpful staff. The gym is well provider for for the size of the hotel. Breakfast was really lovely, so much choice for all tastes and dietary requirements. If you want to go to Pula you can get a local bus very nearby, very easy but also a taxi/uber will come to the area. The views were gorgeous. If you want a choice of restaurants there are other hotels/apart hotels on other complexes nearby you can walk to these, otherwise you will need to travel into Pula. I would recommend for couples, families with older children + 13, solo travellers, business travellers. It has a very small kids dipping pool, and a small playground for younger children, but it is more designed for older families, couples etc.

DDavidBreakfast was great, but for other food dinner or lunch you need to book much in advance as also the guest from outside are coming.
Welcome was not really nice, we just get the key and room was shown, but not even told when the breakfast is, what to do around the hotel, where is the pool, sauna etc.. This is expected from that kind of ”heritage” hotel.
We have been in more than 200 hotels all around the world, but this is not a hotel with a good price/performance. Rooms are old and needed much renovation, there are a lot of ants all the time coming from every hole in the room. Worth 60-80€ maximum per night for two.

GGuest UserVery nice that my dog was also allowed, but inadequately expensive with 17 euros per night for the dog (and my room 34 euros including 2 meals). And wasnt allowed to come to the restaurant. Personel very friendly. Not very clean but ok.

On top of its excellent location, the service we received was second to none. Omar was friendly and flexible and nothing was too much trouble.
Breakfast was very good and the lady who served it was very nice and met all our requests.
The room was clean and the mattress very comfortable.

AAndrewsThe service was outstanding , probably the most relaxing & comfortable stay I’ve had in Europe. They’ve done a great job creating this unique environment. Who has ever heard of a beer spa!! Unfortunately I didn’t do the beer spa but I had an opportunity to have a massage. I slept like a baby. I had no immediate reason to be back in that area but I will make a point of going back as soon as it’s practical and probably stay a few days. It was magic and many hotels need to go and learn from this property.
