We had a great time The staff were so friendly and helpful, it was social, and we met some amazing people during our stay. I loved the roof top terrace and the rooms were nice and big, and the breakfast was yum. My only issue was the location, all the restaurants near by are very overpriced and touristy, so you do need to be prepared to walk a bit out of the area for a cheaper meal. We truly enjoyed our stay at Maritimo Hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The manager (unfortunately, I forgot his name) helped us book a tour, and Fatma was always there to lend a helping hand whenever we had questions. The room offered a lovely sea view and was spacious enough for three people. We really appreciate the warm hospitality of the people of Trabzon.

I was very very disappointed with the hotel. It is my second time, my first time I was extremely happy with everything and decided to book again , but this time I was completely annoyed. Unfortunately, I found the hotel in a very unpleasant situation but a big plus for its staff and their efficiency specially the reception guys . A big thank you to them. Let us state the positive points, check in and out was quick and efficient. location is good. The employees are very attentive and efficient. Breakfast is great. Cleaning is done on daily basis. There is a spa and pool down but this time I didn’t use it so can’t say much. The view from the balcony is fabulous. The location of the hotel is excellent. Now lets talk about the room. Everything is old and not maintained well. Bedsheets, bedcover, pillows and pillow cases all are old and all have spots on them. On my arrival my bedsheets, bedcover & pillows had different spots on them . I immediately called the receptionist and everything was changed. Ac doesn’t work well. The toilet flush is broken & doesn’t work well. The carpets are old . I can’t say anything about towels for I never use hotel’s towels. I love this hotel but I was very disappointed with the situation that I saw when I stayed 4 days this time. Overall its ok & passable.

老闆和前台小哥非常nice，在酒店預訂一日遊行程，旅行社搞錯了，老闆幫忙溝通並解決了所有問題，前台小哥也積極幫我們溝通處理。酒店也自營餐廳，早餐也很豐富，酒店附近有A101超市和很多飯店，步行可達山下的大型百貨和黑海邊，非常便利

The staff are helpful, but the hotel needs to improve its cleanliness, and the rooms are saturated with a suffocating and unpleasant smell of cigarettes.

We stayed one night in the hotel in Trabzon and then extended our stay for two more nights. The hotel has its own convenient parking next door. The furniture in the lobby is a bit outdated but still very comfortable. The hotel has two elevators, which is super comfortable. Beds and mattresses are very comfy, we had good sleep the entire stay. Breakfasts were very nice Good selection of cheese, olives and jams. They also served omelette with pepperoni, boiled eggs, fries and a selection of breads with local butter and honey. The staff was very welcoming. The hotel is located right across the street, but you can’t hear any noise from the station. We recommend the hotel if you want to stay on budget in Trabzon.

للأسف الشديد كان هناك استغلال فاضح لحاجتنا الى السكن وتم رفض استقبالنا في الوحدة التي تم حجزها بحجة ان هناك لدينا ولدين كبار في السن ولابد من تغيير للوحدة السكنية بغرفتين منفصلتين وغير مطلة على البحر وإجبارنا بدفع 450 دولار زيادة وفرق في السعر ليصبح الاجمالي لسكن ل 9 ليالي مبلغ 2100 دولار وهذا كان مبلغ كبير جداً وهذا يدل على استغلال فاضح ولحد الان ترفض ادارة الفندق تزويدنا بفاتورة عن المبالغ المدفوعة ولانعلم ماهو السبب …….!!؟؟ نامل منكم اعتماد تقيمنا والبحث والتقصي عن ماحدث او سنظطر اسفين الرفع الى الهيئة العامة للسياحة في المملكة واستوضاح الامر منهم وبصفتكم الوسيط والوكيل في حجز الوحدة السكنية. وانتم الموكلين برضا العميل لديكم .

Great place to stay, it was the best stay l had in turkey. The staff were friendly, helpful and can speak English. The view is mesmerizing, the location with its surroundings makes you forget that you are near the city. Once you enter the place you feel like you are in a secluded paradise with its beautiful landscape, architecture, views, hiking trails and much more. Also the idea that the restaurant is down stairs directly on the sea is amazing. Breakfast was great, one of the most enjoyable meals I had in a while. Last but not least ,I booked a duplex room and they upgrade us to a private cottage. Thank you for everything, we will be back for sure.

I had a wonderful stay at Residence Inn Trabzon. The hotel is perfectly located with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that made my visit to Trabzon even more enjoyable. What truly stood out was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. A special thank you to Ahmed for his constant support, attentiveness, and kindness throughout my stay. I also want to sincerely thank Lina, the manager, for her professionalism and warm attitude—she ensured everything was smooth and perfect. Additionally, I want to give a shoutout to the evening shift receptionist (I wish I remembered her name) for her helpfulness and friendly demeanor. She was always welcoming and ready to assist with anything, making my evenings at the hotel even more pleasant. If you’re visiting Trabzon and want a place where you’ll feel genuinely cared for, Residence Inn Trabzon is the perfect choice.
