The hotel should be in a village, there is a rare hotel nearby, that is, the surrounding environment is a bit worse. The western restaurant and bar on the roof are also great, and the waiters are very warm!

I was thrilled to find a place in Lumbini with 24-hour hot water! Of course, the shower wasn't piping hot, but it was great to be able to freshen up before bed. The location was also perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the entrance to Maya Devi. The food at the restaurant was also delicious and reasonably priced. They even called a taxi for me to the airport for 1,500 Nepalese rupees, so it was an absolutely fantastic stay.

Lumbini is a very good hotel. The hotel manager is particularly nice. Because when we chartered a car from Chitwan, we encountered an untrustworthy driver. When we arrived in Lumbini, the hotel manager helped us solve the problem promptly. Thank you very much. Everyone in the hotel was very enthusiastic and the service was super nice. Among the vast green rice fields, only a 15-minute walk from the Cultural City Maya Madame Temple, it is a good place for meditation. The manager of the hotel was very nice. When I was sick, he took me to the local hospital and took care of me, which made me feel warm in a foreign country.

We stayed for one night and booked two rooms. The size of the room is good and has a balcony with a great view. The rooms were clean. The location of the hotel is very convenient and easily accessible. Sufficient area of parking available. We had dinner and a complimentary breakfast. Both were delicious and yummy. The hotel is full of greenery and picturesque areas. The hotel has a large swimming pool with four feet depth. The pool was clean and well maintained. The hotel was not over crowded. Staff were also very good and supportive. The overall experience was very good and recommended for stay.

The facilities and rooms were very clean. I would have liked some tissues and hand towels. Also, it would have been nice to have a guide in the room, not just a verbal explanation of what number to dial on the phone to connect to the front desk. What I found unkind was that we had no way to get to the hotel, so they arranged a taxi for us, but the taxi turned back before it could pick us up, and yet the hotel charged us for the taxi the day after we checked in. The reason was that the hotel has a contract with a taxi company, and the full fare is charged even if we don't get in. I'm angry that I was charged even though I couldn't get in, and that they didn't tell me about the arrangement when they arranged the taxi. I didn't understand, but I paid half the taxi fare. The facilities and rooms themselves are very clean, so I hope they can improve their hospitality and communicate in a way that doesn't damage their trust, so that more customers can use this hotel and be satisfied, and I will upload a review in the hope that they can improve.

Very helpful staff. The staff make the place. Call beforehand to check if ****** is open. Trip.com had wrong number and a Taxi request failed. Please continue the music and BBQ. Change the prices a bit. Have more rain day options. Direct middle of Butwal and Lumbini. Not near bus FYI
