We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, but several facilities, like the rooftop terrace, were closed. I think some parts of the hotel need renovation. The staff was very friendly. However, the towels were worn, and the bed was poorly made—it only had a bottom sheet, not a blanket. The mattress was a bit hard, below the standard of a 5-star hotel. I'm leaving this review so they can restore the hotel to the high standard it deserves.

I didn't like this room. I preferred the room I had in a previous trip. The buffet was ok, but we had a problem with one payment by credit card. The buffet and drink showed as paid on my friend's application, but the hotel said the payment was declined. They will get in touch with my friend since the issue is not closed.

The hotel was very convenient for me and my small family. The room was clean and the staff was very helpful despite the language barrier. The breakfast was good and love the different options available. Will definitely be visiting again on my next trip to Panama.

The hotel is perfect for persons who have layovers in Panama and just want a quiet night’s rest. It is located about 8mins by car away from the airport and they offer an on the hour shuttle service for convenient travel to and from the airport. The property is very beautiful- they have a green area, a pool, outdoor bar and grill and lounge areas. The staff is also very polite and helpful. Perfect stay and I’d definitely go again. My only issue was that that wifi signal is very weak in the room. It is much stronger in the reception area which is a bit of a distance away from the rooms and it leaves you at a disadvantage if you wish for privacy to get in contact with friends and loved ones during your layover.

This hotel is an oasis in the heart of downtown! Clean and spacious public areas! It has an inside bar with a pool table, restaurant, beer pub and outdoor beer garden. The outside areas were filled with beautiful green tropical plants and flowers and the pool was clean. Love the decor all over and even in the elevator!! Our king size bed was comfy with plenty of pillows and the bathroom was clean, stocked well and had plenty of hot water. The only slightly negative thing I can say is that the carpet could be replaced but it was clean. The service was very good from the front desk to the beer garden to the restaurant. I would recommend this hotel to couples and large groups! Oh, they have a workout room also!

I really love this hotel I've stayed here a few times. I got a great deal from trip talk, this hotel cost me $106 a night with breakfast. I will say breakfast was disappointing at best. Not four or five star amenity breakfast. The eggs and The Omelette were real and they really need got out of espresso or cappuccino maker the coffee tasted like smog. There is a place next door and I would order my customized coffee and bring it to the restaurant which is pathetic that I had to do. I like the pool I like the view I like the staff everybody's professional it's a top notch Hotel and this is the second time I've stayed here. I didn't have any bad experience only positives.

The room is very large, and it's spacious enough to store your luggage. Convenient transportation. There is a subway station nearby within a few minutes' walk. There is a 24-hour convenience store next door downstairs, and there is a 24-hour restaurant at the intersection further east. Everything is very convenient. The front desk manager CESAR R. was very nice and upgraded me to a suite, which made my six-night stay very comfortable. I will choose this hotel first next time I come back.

The front desk staff were very polite. One of the ladies, who looked like she was of mixed Chinese and American descent, even pronounced my words correctly. The location isn't near tourist spots; it's in a commercial area. There are plenty of yellow taxis to take you to the old town, which is very convenient. It's not far from the city center to the sluice gate, so it's best to leave early. Breakfast is quite good for a few dozen yuan. Although it's an old hotel, the world outside is vast and diverse. It was clean and safe, and I was satisfied with my stay!

This is a very overvalued hotel, in reality the amenities are quite a low standard, rooms need minor renovations, and the housekeeping and maintenance services need proper improvement! Maintenance issues: the sink had overspread issue, drainage issue, toilet had overfilling issue with a noise, shower vents didn’t close fully, unless you master the “secret”; floor in the bathroom was steep towards the bedroom area, instead of being steep towards the drainage hole, the entrance door wouldn’t close without noise because of touching the floor.. Housekeeping: they attended the room only after i asked and reminded. Even then they once didn’t clean the floor, twice didn’t provide refills of the amenities (water, tissues, etc.). Only after my kind complaint to the reception, they finally fixed the issues. The reception and restaurant staff are very nice, kind, and attentive! Thanks and well done!
