The hotel is neat and appears quite new, which made the stay comfortable and pleasant. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the check-in process was swift and hassle-free. Breakfast choices were somewhat limited, but the servings were generous and satisfying. On the downside, the door to my room was already defective and had to be opened manually using the physical key. The toilet bowl was also initially not functioning upon arrival. In addition, the Wi-Fi connection was quite slow during the stay. The air conditioner could also not be adjusted using the remote control, which made it inconvenient to regulate the room temperature.

There are many good things about casa mia but also some room for improvement. The goos things are… Location is very close to Gensan Airport which waa perfect for our early morning flights. Both Grab taxi and food delivery are available in this area which we made good use of. Very clean room and bedding. Excellent internet connected television. The disadvantages are that the amenities are very basic and in some rooms it can take a while to get the hot water for a reliable shower. The shower design means that a lot of water gets onto the floor area outside which makes the toilet room messy. But still good value and good staff so I will stay here again.

Had a nice and comfortable stay at Dolores Tropicana Hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the view from our room was beautiful. Overall, it was a good and relaxing experience. Thank you!

Super good location it is near malls and hospitals and a lot of restaurants. The check in is smooth and the room is spacious and clean. Only downside at least during our stay is the ongoing renovations we can hear the drillings in our room but it stops during the night. The breakfast buffet was also relocated to a nearby resto so we had to walk a bit to get there but so close not really a hassle. The food selections in the breakfast buffet is a bit underwhelming though I think fair enough for the price. Over-all a recommended place to stay in GenSan!

The location of the hotel is good and convenient for exploring the area. However, there were only a few parking spaces available, which made it a bit challenging. The room was quite small and felt a bit cramped. Unfortunately, the breakfast didn’t meet my expectations—it lacked variety and quality. Additionally, I noticed some damages in the bathroom, particularly the bathtub, which could use repairs. Overall, the stay was okay, but there’s definitely room for improvement..

The hotel is doing its very best to provide the best value for its services. Cleanliness is well maintained, although some of the furniture—such as the chairs in the rooms—needs refurbishment. The staff and attendants are courteous, and their prompt response to guest concerns is highly appreciated.

I enjoyed the stay, the room was clean, and the staff was accommodating. The Wi-Fi was not fast enough for us to watch Netflix, and the pool is not available according to the website's maintenance schedule.

No refregater in the room No soap , tisu ,shampo I ask about the refregator they say i have to pay 350 pisos per day if i want to put ref.

A nice green location isolated from the downtown mess but not far from it. A simple local style house with a terrace, a CR, a small kitchen, and a sleeping room with aircon. Sometimes it's noisy here when local company comes to eat out here like walk INS. The pricing is reasonable

The place was great for relaxation and recreation. I visited with my friends for bridal shower.
