The Heritage Chiang Rai Hotel and Convention is a fantastic place to stay. The rooms are spacious, and the hotel offers ample parking for cars and motorcycles. Its location near the town center makes it convenient for exploring, yet it remains calm and quiet, perfect for a relaxing stay. The breakfast buffet is delicious and offers great variety, adding excellent value to the overall experience. Definitely worth the money paid for such comfort and quality service!

It is very quiet and clean. You can relax comfortably like in a quiet resort in the mountains and wake up to the sound of birds in the morning. It is the best choice for those who enjoy a light breakfast.

Had a very relaxing stay at Meridien Chiang Rai . Would recommend it and come back again. Service is very attentive. Gave a small present to my daughter on arrival + toiletries for kids. I took option with dinner included. It was at the Italian restaurant. Food and service ate good but should give more options to be chosen from the menu when you are staying several nights. In general very good experience!

We had an excellent stay at the Selene Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by a warm, attentive, and always helpful staff. The hotel is of very high quality, modern, clean, and almost brand new. It is slightly off-center, which guarantees peace and quiet, while remaining close to Chiang Rai city center. The breakfast is of very good quality, with always impeccable and friendly service. It is also possible to dine on-site in the evening, or right next door at a small, simple but truly delicious local restaurant. The only slight drawback would be the need to cross a major road to reach the hotel, especially on foot, but this in no way detracts from the overall experience. We highly recommend this establishment!

We love our stay at the Riverie. The guest services team were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and amenities were great! I love the pool and water slides. Unfortunately, we were not able to use them as it was too cold outside. Highly recommend this hotel.

It’s a nice and unique hotel, location is very near to the Blue temple which means you better have a car, we have no problem on this, just found it too dark to find the way back to the hotel at night. Our experience was half n half with this hotel, we booked two nights, on the first night with river view, we like the interior with reasonable space, the hotel is building more blocks which start hammering at 8am, on top of that we didn’t sleep at all during the night because it had strange sound from the ceiling, we were on the 4th (top ) floor and it was probably the generator of the air conditioning, the sound came every 15 minutes, so we didn’t sleep n were so tired. We told the front desk next morning and they changed the room for us and upgraded to the pool access room. It was good to have access to the pool directly from your room. Breakfast was nice and have variety of choices. I’m not sure if I will choose this hotel if I go again, I rather have a good sleep than a horrible night even they upgraded us the second night, they didn’t ask how we were when we checking out, seems the upgrade sorted everything, not bothered to tell us why there was noice and not care about any feedback!!

The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Room is spacious and newly decorated. However, there was no hot water for shower on the 1st night, it got fixed on the 2nd day. The bathroom was smelly especially from the basin and toilet. There is no shower gel provided but only soap, you may need to prepare for yourself. Wifi for the room is only for 1 device.

Very close proximity to the white temple & Singha park with nice sunset view! The hotel also provides coffee, snacks and instant noodles for guests. The cottage comes in either pond View or paddy field (sunset) view, it is secluded at night. I see some tiny white bugs around the hotel but they don't fly right into you or bite, just a little bit annoyed by them. No bugs in the room. Thank you for the nice hospitality too! My luggage was sent directly to the room from the parking lot, even before I completed the check in process.

Amazing hotel with very friendly staff. Compliments to the management that think of every little details for its guests. From welcome drinks to complimentary shuttle service to the bus terminal. Lovely swimming pool and rool top bar. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a ralaxing holiday in Chiang Rai.

Taxi from airport will cost 160 bath, hotel is located in the town center and nearby bus terminal 1. Many night markets around. From this bus terminal can travel to anywhere including laos and Cambodia. Hotel is old but clean and breakfast is super good with many choices. Overall enjoyed the stay.
