"Its not too bad, but its not great either... our room was very near to a mango tree where mangoes are falling to a roof of a house under it and its quite disturbing coz It sounds like someone throwing something to our window. The bathroom plug is not working as well once I plug it in, its so hard to pull it out. We always asked our room to be clean but it seemed they just tidy up the beddings but not really changed it. Also, my sister slipped om the wet floor right after she step out of the elevator and there was no safety sign that the floor was wet. But the receptionist is brilliant !"

"When we arrived at the resort, the nature vibe and peaceful ambience instantly stood out. The staff, even the guard at the front gate, welcomed us with smiles and their service was consistently great from check-in to check-out. Check-in was super quick, which I appreciated since I was with a senior citizen. We stayed in Cabana 101, the room was spacious and had everything we needed. There were two dining tables, one in the patio and one inside, plus a griller. The jacuzzi inside the room was such a nice bonus which my mom really enjoyed, and toiletries were already provided in the bathroom. One of my favorite parts was the buggy service. My mom is a senior and a PWD, and she really enjoyed it. We didn’t even need to use her mobility scooter at all. The pool area was clean and well maintained, and the hot spring was so relaxing. The view around the resort was beautiful too. Breakfast was okay for the price, but again, the staff made the experience so pleasant because they were very accommodating and warm. I also love that it’s pet-friendly. My only small suggestions would be to limit the live band until 10 p.m. since it’s a nature resort and maybe add more sockets inside the room. Oh and also, maybe add a light in the griller section of the Cabanas. We had to use our flashlights when we grilled at night. Overall, we had such a good stay. The place was peaceful, the staff were amazing and highly commendable, and we’re already planning our next visit!"

"The hotel is near Sm, 7/11, and different fast food restaurants so it's easy to buy what you need/want. The staffs are nice and the room is clean. Although I noticed a crack on the wall and the aircon is not properly installed, like there are some gaps. Also, the room is kinda small for the price and the TV is not working or we just can't use it but there's no remote, and we even asked the staff about it but they never came back after."

"Everything was so wonderful and comfortable. The sea at the front is beautiful, and you can enjoy activity from there, including diving, snorkeling, sea-kayak, etc, and a perfect spot to see the beautiful sunset. The room was also clean and comfortable. And their restaurant was amazing with so many delicious dishes with reasonable price and balcony seats just in front of the sea. I definitely will be a repeater here."

"Overall, our stay at Club Balai Isabel was enjoyable, especially because of the beautiful lakefront view. We booked a lakefront room, and waking up to Taal Volcano right in front of our door was definitely the highlight of our trip. However, there are a few areas that could use improvement. The room seems quite old, and the floor was very dusty. Even after housekeeping cleaned it, the dust was still noticeable. Whenever our feet got wet, they would immediately become dirty from walking on the floor. The bathroom also had an unpleasant odor. I’m not sure if it’s because the property is close to the lake, but the smell was noticeable throughout our stay. The internet connection was also weak. We had to call the front desk to report the poor signal before it improved. The swimming pools were fun, and our daughter had the best time, which made the trip worthwhile. However, after swimming, we all experienced itchiness. We stayed on a Saturday when the resort was quite crowded, so perhaps the pools need to be cleaned or monitored more frequently during busy days. Despite these issues, we still enjoyed our stay because of the stunning scenery and the family-friendly atmosphere. With better housekeeping, improved bathroom maintenance, stronger Wi-Fi, and more frequent pool maintenance, the experience would be much better."
