Excellent hotel at a very convenient location. Very polite and friendly staff. Some areas for improvement 1. Shower hot and cold water mixer was not perfect, giving very hot water. 2. The WC area was very congested. 3. English communication was difficult with staff in the restaurant.

Overall a great hotel, and we loved our room and the swimming pool (the changing rooms and showers are amazing!) but there were some issues. Our door cards constantly stopped working even though we told the staff every time we extended our booking. The gym was much too hot, almost too hot to work out in. The shower in the room was not hot enough and the water temperature fluctuated a lot. Breakfast was very disappointing; the breakfast room so freezing that a lot of people had to wear their coats to breakfast and a lot of the food was cold even at 7.30am. The service at breakfast was poor and there was little good western food. Undeniably the view is absolutely stunning though. The worst thing was the internet, which even for Chinese websites was extremely slow, and that more than anything else spoiled our stay.

Driving back to Beijing from Hainan, passing through Handan, I saw the Wyndham Hotel when choosing a hotel, and I chose this one without hesitation, because the year before last, I also drove from Beijing to Hainan, passing through Linyi, and I also chose the Wyndham Hotel. That time was very good, and I was arranged to have a high-rise view room. I think since it is the same brand, it must not be bad. Sure enough, after checking in, I was very satisfied. First of all, the girl at the front desk spoke gently and helped us upgrade to the upper twin room for free. The room was spacious and bright, with a bathtub, facing the court, and you can watch the traffic from the window sill. Secondly, the richness of the breakfast is comparable to that of a five-star hotel. Everything is available, and the seating layout is reasonable, so people will not feel crowded and embarrassed. It is the season of spring, and the restaurant has also prepared seasonal spring vegetables-spring bamboo shoots, broad beans and green bamboo shoots. Finally, the service is heartwarming. When parking, someone will help to take the seat. If you call for water, it will be delivered to the room within 2 minutes, and check out is fast. Parking is free. PS: The Zhao Yuan lamb chops behind the hotel exceeded my expectations. I was planning to just eat them casually, but I didn’t expect the grilled lamb chops to be amazing. The texture was soft and crispy, not dry at all, and it was brushed with honey, which was salty and sweet. If you stay at the hotel, you can try it.

The electrical equipment in the room automatically turns on, which provides convenience to guests and also reflects the intelligence and modernization of the hotel. *But the air conditioner is really a mess, the room is hot and dry, and it doesn’t help with cooling. I can only turn off the air conditioner and open the windows to relieve the problem. [Bad review]! Also, is it possible to put a trash can in the toilet, which would be more convenient. [External environment] The hotel covers a very large area. The hotel as a whole is in Chinese garden style, perfectly integrated with the surrounding natural environment, as if it were a large garden. Green trees, fragrant flowers, rippling lakes, pavilions, whitewashed walls and black tiles create a picturesque artistic conception, making people feel like they are in a Jiangnan water town or an ancient garden. Every step is a landscape. , perfect for walking and relaxing. [Hardware facilities] The hotel is equipped with gyms, swimming pools and other leisure facilities. Other badminton, tennis, table tennis, etc. need to be paid by the hour. Building 8 is equipped with an entire parent-child playground, and hotel guests receive discounts. [Service] The hotel's service staff has a warm attitude. Whether it is reception at the front desk, guiding check-in, or providing services in restaurants and leisure and entertainment areas, guests can feel attentive care. The crib is very considerate, but the bed stalls are insufficient and need to be optimized in the future. [Catering] The buffet breakfast includes both Chinese and Western styles, and the food is of high quality and can meet the taste needs of different guests. Old tofu, pancakes, fried dough sticks, porridge, wontons, fried noodles, fried rice, stir-fried vegetables, various exquisite breads and fruits, etc. There is a baby chair. [Comprehensive] Overall it’s pretty good and can be considered a good choice for traveling around Beijing. I also hope that the hotel will continue to maintain high quality and get better and better!

It was the handsome guy in the front hall who ran up to send me~ When checking out, Ms. Wang in the front hall was patient and considerate~ The room was clean and hygienic, of moderate size, and I was given an upgrade. The mattress was a mousse one~ (professional habit... I even looked through other people's mattresses...), the breakfast was rich, with everything you need, but I went a little late... some dishes were out 😂 Because I have been working in the hotel industry and I travel frequently on business, I am quite picky about hotels within the reimbursement range. This is one of the hotels I particularly liked that I stayed in recently. The only thing is that it is a little far from the city center, but it is only 1 km away from Zhangjiakou Station... Anyway, I will definitely stay here again next time I come!

The hotel is about a 12 minute walk from Handan East train station (via an underpass, because the road has a fence to prevent crossing). The room and all facilities were modern and clean. Breakfast was good, and service was fine. There was a gift box waiting in my room with some snacks.

Everything is fine. The hotel is located right by the sea, has its own clean beach, a tap for washing feet, free bike rentals and sand accessories for children. The view from the room is simply cosmic! But everything was somewhat overshadowed by very simple breakfasts... For several days there was not even simple rice for breakfast, it was difficult to feed the children.

I went to Cangzhou with my family on Children's Day and chose the Grand Canal Guest House. The location is very good and it is very convenient to go anywhere. Behind it is the Can Can Park and the Grand Canal Museum, both of which are worth checking in. The guest house covers a large area. It is located at the corner of an intersection. This location can be said to be well connected. It is about 2 to 4 kilometers away from Shuiyue Old Street, Minzu Road, and Nanchuan Building. This location is relatively quiet at night and there is no night market. If you like quietness, you must choose here. ”Hotel parking space” is sufficient, both above and below the ground. The hotel's architectural style is courtyard-style, the floors are not high, and there is a small bridge and water lawn area on the first floor. ”Service” Here I would like to specially praise the hotel staff, Mr. Guo Jiaqi 03-102, for his good service and responsiveness. He also answered some of my consultation questions about the surrounding tours in detail, and the answers were clear and concise. ”Guest room” The guest room is large, with regular hotel standards and good maintenance of facilities. It should be a hotel with top standards in Cangzhou at any time. I saw many people who came with children staying here. I will probably stay here again next time, but I have a few questions for the hotel, and I hope the hotel can pay attention to them. [Smoking🚬 problem] When I just arrived at the hotel, I found that someone was smoking in the lobby. It was obvious that the person was communicating with the staff, and the staff acted as if they didn't see it. Some guests who attended the wedding also smoked in the hotel lobby. There were many staff in the hotel lobby, and no one dissuaded them. I hope the hotel will strengthen training in this area. [Housekeeping department is short of staff] This problem is also very serious. It should be short of staff during holidays. I saw many people who checked in and encountered that the room was not cleaned up. At 5 pm that day, I saw the housekeeping department cleaning the room, and the request to send items to the room that I reported to the front desk was not delivered. In addition, the water in the bathroom of some rooms is not smooth. I didn't experience the hotel meals because I had to eat lamb intestine soup, so I didn't have the opportunity to experience it. I hope I have the opportunity to try it next time. Finally, I want to say that Qingxian's unique hot pot chicken YYDS! ~ There are many hot pot chickens, just choose the flavor! ~ You like it
