We stayed here for 2 nights .  Clean room , clean hotel, also great to have a Tesla charger in the parking lot to charge overnight - saved us the trip to a charging station.  No complaints - nice place to stay

The hotel is very quiet. If you are traveling by car, this hotel is a great choice. It is only 10 minutes away from Princeton University. The hotel environment is very good, and the gym and swimming pool are all available. The view outside the window is also great!

It's under construction and I guess that's why the rate is very reasonable, it has everything that a single traveler needs, hot water, ok internet, cable good, gym can be functional and breakfast, I hope it's a bit better, other than that, it's ok place to stay and that's why I have booked for another night...

This hotel, located just opposite Lower Manhattan, is wonderfully quiet and spacious. It was particularly appealing to us as we were a group of three with a lot of luggage, and New York City hotels are generally known for being small, so we specifically chose this Hyatt. Right next to the hotel entrance is a PATH station, making it incredibly convenient to get into New York – it's just one stop to the newest transportation hub, shaped like a white dove, which is the World Trade Center area. The hotel itself is also very new, and waking up every day to views of the New York skyline was a real luxury. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to New York.

Hygienic: Objectively speaking, the room is very clean, there is no obvious smell and stains, etc., the front desk brother is also very cold and asked him for quilts and tableware to solve it quickly. Environment: But I don't know if it is because it is on the first floor. The especially wet carpets are semi-wet. The quilt is also moist. The sound insulation is particularly poor. There are requirements for sound insulation.

The staff's demeanor was somewhat unfriendly. Security personnel visited our door, requesting that we minimize noise, even though we were not loud to begin with. We perceived that staff members were unjustly picking on us and attempting to find reasons for additional charges. Unfortunately, racial bias seemed to be a contributing factor.

I stayed in a hotel for three nights in a row. The design is very academic and British, which is better than I expected. The European restaurant on the first floor of the hotel is very stylish, like the library in Princeton school. The boys and girls serving as waiters are very good-looking. They all look like college students. I will stay there next time. The only thing is that the light in the room is a bit dark. The large room I booked also felt a bit small.

The hotel offers a free shuttle service, but it's quite a distance from the airport. The room size is decent, and the bed is comfortable, though the soundproofing isn't great. Overall, it's pretty good value for money.

The front desk of the hotel can help sign for express delivery, and there were no mistakes in several online purchases. In addition, when registering for the American version of IHG membership, a man on duty at the front desk assisted in making three IHG customer service calls because he needed to make up for the previous nights, which took a long time. Thank you very much!

GGuest UserI stayed at this location twice during my trip & had different experiences based on the person at the front desk. The hotel has a shuttle but it only runs certain hours; therefore, if your flight is late and the front desk doesn’t care, you are left stranded in finding a way to the hotel. The first person rounded up a shuttle for pick up, the second person said I just needed to find a way there (which was very expensive). The breakfast was hot coffee and bags of tea & hot water, instant packs of oatmeal and grits (when not hoarded by other guests), individually packaged chocolate & plain muffins, and granola bars. It’s something, but definitely not my first choice. This place is not the best nor the worst so if you want a definite shuttle, choose a closer location.

CCRodOk so first let me just say for the price we paid on the days we went. It wasn't horrible. I would go back BUT YMMV so this was my experience. Location was great. Right on the boardwalk and an easy walk to Hard Rock when we went to the concert. Service was meh. The only time I had a friendly anyone in the establishment was the woman who checked us out. Everyone else that we interacted with were either disinterested or perfunctory. No help on where to find our rooms, no help on any services offered. We didn't even get the annoying (did you want to sign up for our card?) that you get in ****** hotels. I guess that was a plus. From my understanding we were on the ”older side” of the establishment. But regardless, staying on an entire floor that says non smoking it smelled of smoke. both cigarettes and ****. I don't care if you do either but I do care to smell either in my room or right outside my door (defeats the whole purpose of non smoking). Everything is dated which is whatever. but the blinds didn't work the coffee maker wire was too short for the ”dresser” so you had to keep moving it to the nightstand to use it. The room itself was relatively clean although the back of the nightstands hadn't been touched in a long time with all that accumulation of dust. Its design is just...weird. like so much random open area. I guess you can dance there lol. The ”dresser” didn't have drawers it had...like cubby holes. We didn't use them seemed pointless. I didn't even bother with the tv it was too far away and faced away from any sitting area (again weird layout). The ****** itself was ok. Nothing crazy although I did like that rotating bar they had. But again. EVERYWHERE just reeked of smoke. To use a comparison, at Hard Rock when you were on the ****** side sure people smoked there (i get it) but the hotel side of things smelled clean refreshing and airy. In the end, manage expectations and you'll be fine. If you are a smoker I am sure you will be fine too. If all you plan to do is sleep there its fine (although we were on the 7th floor and could still hear the music bumping below but the music was good so w/e lol) It works, again its not horrible. Its definitely 2.5-3 star range.

Wwolfsvane**⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ | A Truly Exceptional Stay — Beyond Expectations!** From the moment we arrived at \[Hotel Name], everything was pure perfection. The check-in process was seamless and welcoming — we were greeted with a smile, a refreshing welcome drink, and helpful staff who made us feel at home instantly. **Room:** Our room was spotless, modern, and elegantly designed, with a breathtaking view of the city skyline/ocean/mountains (customize as needed). The bed was heavenly — I honestly had the best sleep I’ve had in months. The daily housekeeping was consistent and thorough, and small details like the nightly turndown service and complimentary bottled water made a big difference. **Amenities:** The infinity pool was a highlight — clean, relaxing, and never too crowded. The gym was well-equipped, and the spa treatments were heavenly. We also appreciated the fast Wi-Fi and convenient business center. **Dining:** Breakfast was a daily treat! The buffet had everything from fresh tropical fruits and artisan pastries to made-to-order omelets and local delicacies. We dined twice at the in-house restaurant, and both meals were five-star quality — beautifully presented and incredibly flavorful. **Service:** What really sets \[Hotel Name] apart is the **exceptional service**. Every staff member we encountered — from the concierge to housekeeping — went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Special shoutout to \[Staff Name, if applicable] for their kindness and helpful local tips! **Location:** Perfectly located near top attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas, yet still quiet enough for a restful sleep. It felt like the best of both worlds. **Final Thoughts:** I’ve stayed at many hotels around the world, but \[Hotel Name] genuinely stood out. Whether you’re visiting for business, romance, or a family getaway, this hotel offers outstanding value, comfort, and luxury. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again — in fact, I can’t wait to return!

AAnonymous UserIt takes about 20 minutes to drive to Manhattan. There is no place to eat nearby. There are some Korean food. Easy parking. If you have a car, it is recommended to live here. There is no need to live in the New York City area. It is safer.

AAnonymous UserThe room was very clean, and there's an airport shuttle. However, when I asked at the front desk if I could store my luggage for the next day, they said the hotel doesn't offer that service. This is the first time I've ever stayed at a hotel that didn't provide luggage storage.

SSihaiweijia56Most hotels pick up guests from P4 via shuttle, but the Marriott offers shuttle service from Terminals A, B, and C, as well as P4. The hotel email conveniently includes a link to track the shuttle's real-time location. For breakfast, there's a à la carte menu with a spending limit of just over 40 RMB; anything beyond that needs to be paid. We ordered the 40 RMB set meal, and even with the tip, we stayed within the limit.

JJPVBIf you won’t mind a short bus trip back and forth to NYC, then it’s the best affordable hotel choice you can get. It was not a big deal for us because we liked the vibe of going in and out of NY. Walmart was just a few walks away which was the best part, getting goods was very easy. There’s also a nearby food place which was a plus too. The breakfast was not the best (as an Asian girl who loves her rice meals lol) Coffee is available so that was good start to any day
