Hotel and facilities were good and perfect for families, beds comfortable. However disappointed of the cleanliness of shared areas such as pool area, it was not cleaned regularly, empty dirty plates and glasses were left for long periods of time, sometimes sitting over night. A empty cocktail glass and plate sat dirty outside. Our room from other quests for 3 days.

The room was good—clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained. The service was also good, with staff being friendly and responsive. The surrounding environment was pleasant, and the hotel is very close to the beach, which was a big plus. There’s a night market and a shopping mall about 1 km away, making it convenient for food and shopping. The only downside was that room cleaning was a bit slow. Overall, a nice place to stay with a great location.

Enjoyed our stay at OZO Phuket. It’s a very family-friendly resort within walkable distance from Kata Beach. Lots of mini markets and restaurants as well as the Kata walking street and night market just across the street. Most of the staff is friendly and helpful. They met most of my baby’s needs during our stay, including loaning us a baby bath tub. No regrets staying here.
i had a pleasant experience staying at lalynn! this hotel is very new so everything was clean. room was spacious and comfortable. bed was abit hard and the sheets were scratchy :(
location wise, not the best. 20mins away from the nearest beach (bangtao or nai yang). they have a shuttle bus but timings aren’t the best and it’s every 3h… wish the shuttle was more frequent because the earliest timing at 11am is kinda late to go to the beach, it’s hot by then.
service was great. they even celebrated my birthday for me as this was a bday trip
note: the AC turns off automatically when it detects that there’s nobody in the room so u have to endure the stuffiness of the room when u come back :/
free breakfast - congee was yummy, the other food was meh. pls change to REAL butter instead of margarine for ur toast
pool needs to be cleaned - lots of leaves sunk at the bottom of the pool.
overall a great stay! 4.5/5, they just need to work on the shuttle frequency. esp if you want a beachside holiday, then this hotel isn’t the most ideal. surroundings also have nothing; except for two supermarkets.

It was a fantastic stay. Fantastic area of Kata beach, it was close to all the restaurants where we could try all the thai delicacies.
The breakfast was amazing!
Also amazing customer service from Max, Kruad & Dew! They allowed to check-out late on our day of departure since we had a late flight back to Bangkok!

Good location but be aware it’s on the east of the island and Patong etc., on the west. Rawai beach was certainly lacking (if we found the right place - according to Google).
Hotel pools are good, staff are excellent, free water a bonus.
On the downside, tv lost connection on day two and internal phone not connected, but not necessary. The price paid with website was certainly a bargain and would stay again without hesitation

Booked a family room and got room 201 with a king bed and a queen bed. The pool view room looks exactly like in the description, very large with a balcony. They just changed the shower set and the toilet so both are brand new. Very good bed quality and linen. We slept so well. Simple buffet is good enough to start the day. Front Desk staff are very welcoming and efficient. Fast check in and out. I think the man who came for a short conversation in the restaurant is the cook. Another man wearing short pants with no shirt who went into the kitchen and went out looks like manager. Good parking space. There’s a short walk from the main street to hotel Reception. When you cross their beautiful grass garden, you’ll see the stairs. Walk up a few steps and walk pass another garden, you’ll see the ocean. Water was high this morning so we didn’t go down. Not sure if water level will be lower in the afternoon or not. One of my photos shows the hotel viewed from the seaside.

We are very satisfied with this choice👍
When we arrived at the village at night, the young man took over the luggage enthusiastically, and the room was very comfortable and clean.
When we first arrived, the boss couple Momo & Soso chatted with us about the surrounding environment. Knowing that we hadn't eaten yet, the boss's wife asked the boss to drive us to the town personally, where there were delicious restaurants and 711. It only took more than ten minutes to walk there by myself, and it was very comfortable to walk at night😌
I like the kitchen and the big refrigerator. I can buy 711 drinks, fruits and ice cubes whenever I want.
The water quality is excellent, and the boss has carefully filtered it. To be honest, the water output of five-star hotels in Patong is yellow, and the difference is obvious after comparison.
MoMo really answers every question, super nice, and feels very safe in an unfamiliar environment.
Living in the village, you can get a small motorcycle to drive and really start your 🔛 vacation.
There are also two kittens in the yard. They won't bother people, but cat lovers can play with them as much as they want.
The breakfast is freshly made by two Thai waiters, and it's delicious.
Yes, the advantage of living in Rawai Lemon is that you can sleep well at night when you want to rest, because it is really tiring to go out to sea, and it is really noisy in Patong.
That’s all for now, I hope it can help friends who are interested but have questions.

SSamuel HandWe had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Our daughter loved the pool and loved playing in the 'Kids World'. The facilities are excellent, for example there is a good-sized gym with plenty of equipment, and a restaurant with lots of choice. The breakfast is delicious.
I would strongly recommend this hotel. It is also only a short walk away from the beach.
In the interest of balance, I would just like to mention a few things that could be improved upon.
1. The room did not look like the advertisement photos on the booking website. The staff were very helpful and added some things to make it a closer resemblance. However, the photo of the one bedroom family suite shows lots of toys and extra items in the room that are in fact not included. There is a bunk bed and a kids tent.
2. The local area is quite expensive. Due to there being no 7 eleven nearby and the northern part of Kamala being quite relaxed, the prices of things in the local shops are pretty high. I would advise to get a ride to the nearest 7 eleven as soon as you arrive and stock up on supplies!
These 2 things are small in comparison to the great things this hotel has to offer. We had an amazing time. We want to thank the staff for a lovely holiday!
AAmir JamaliWe stayed at Phuket Graceland Resort for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel’s location is perfect, close to the beach and within walking distance of local attractions. The facilities were excellent, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phuket.
GGuest UserMy stay at Le Meridien Phuket Mai Khao was fantastic! The resort offers a perfect blend of relaxation and activity. I enjoyed playing Muay Thai, working out at the gym, and spending time at the beautiful beach. The pool was a highlight—I stayed there for hours, soaking up the serene atmosphere. The daily massages were exceptional, especially the spa and poolside treatments, which left me completely rejuvenated. The staff were attentive, and the overall experience was luxurious yet comfortable. I highly recommend this resort for anyone seeking a mix of adventure, relaxation, and top-notch hospitality. A truly memorable getaway!
TThe KimHimA lovely hotel with excellent service. The check-in experience was delightful, thanks to Madmee, who was exceptionally kind, energetic, and welcoming—setting a great tone for the stay. The team members operating the golf carts were also outstanding, ensuring seamless transportation around the property.
The room was spacious but had a low decoration, and the design and furniture felt a bit dated. However, the cleanliness was impeccable, which made up for the aged interiors.
Breakfast was excellent, and I had one of the best Eggs Benedict dishes here. However, the service was lacking—staff were not very attentive and were often engaged in conversations with each other, including those from the kitchen team. On the bright side, used plates were cleared promptly.
Overall, it’s a good hotel, though it lacks a beach and is a bit far from town and local dining spots. Despite these drawbacks, the staff’s warmth and service make it a pleasant place to stay.
FFahriyahWe got a free upgrade!! Super nice view with balcony. The beautiful beautiful beach view. The location was perfect. Not too busy and noisy. Big 7-11 store nearby the hotel. Park your bike opposite the hotel. It's safe! We parked there for a week.
Staff was super nice and friendly. The room has an old smell but it's clean. We brought our room spray. So it's all good. The bed was nice and room was super cosy. We definitely will come again to this hotel..!
Xx3AppleeWe recently stayed at Kalima Resort with our 10-year-old daughter in early June 2025, and despite some challenges due to the rainy weather, we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
The resort's hilltop location offers stunning views, but it's worth noting that the steep slopes and stairs may make it less accessible for wheelchair users. Additionally, some corridors aren't sheltered, so you might get wet walking between buildings during rain.
The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed. Our twin-bedded room with a sea view and balcony was perfect for our family of three, and the bathtub was a hit with my daughter. The hotel staff were polite, friendly, and spoke excellent English.
The pool area was a highlight, with a pool bar offering breathtaking views of the sea. The buffet breakfast had a great selection, including halal and vegetarian options. The Italian food served in the afternoon and evening was delicious.
The resort's shuttle bus service to Patong shopping malls was convenient, taking just 10 minutes.
Overall, despite the slippery floors during the rainy weather, we found the stay to be comfortable and family-friendly. We'd definitely consider returning to Kalima Resort.
*Rating:* 4/5 stars (would be 5 stars if accessibility and sheltered corridors were improved)
SSophieInchinaWe have just finished a 5 night stay here. I was so impressed with how well kept the grounds were. All the staff were so attentive, friendly and helpful. From the ocean beach club staff members, to the other restaurants.
I like the idea of the little bus into the resort and not allowing other vehicles to enter, this makes it much quieter and safer. However it is a little tricky to collect deliveries, especially if you have children.
All the food we ate from breakfast, to lunch at the cafe karon, Andaman lounge & ocean beach club was very tasty, perfect portions and reasonably priced. I liked the allergens were all noted clearly on every menu, very detailed as my daughter has a dairy allergy so this was so helpful. The service at breakfast was wonderful, I travelled alone with my young daughter and “Punch” looked after us each morning, ensuring my coffee was non dairy milk. She even said to take some cereal and banana for the long journey for my baby. Very kind and considerate service thank you.
The bell boys were so helpful and efficient with the luggage even helping with the stroller. “Mea” and “Yos” particularly stood out with their polite and helpful service.
A couple of things to mention which can be improved.. the entrance to the Kids club has stepping stones so almost impossible to navigate with a stroller which was hard. And there isn’t a ramp so I either had to carry it down the stairs or leave it at the top in the sunshine. A ramp would be so much easier to help parents with younger children. The toilets next door to the kids club don’t have a baby changing table, the one near the pool does but would be helpful for those to have it too.
I absolutely loved the deluxe room we stayed in, it was perfect, I couldn’t fault it. The inside was the room was very safe for young children, the furniture wasn’t sharp or dangerous. The smart tv was great but would be even better to add Netflix as an app! The housekeeping staff were great, I don’t know if it was a coincidence but we were never disturbed by them and then after breakfast our room would already be cleaned, it was great timing and they were considerate of the makeshift bed guards I made and made it even safer for my daughter. One thing to note the balcony is not safe at all for young children as there are 2 huge gaps either side, so I couldn’t let my daughter even step out onto the balcony. I think this should be improved in every room otherwise a terrible accident could happen.
My daughter loved the kids club. I think maybe the kids club could be more interactive and that would bring more children to engage with the activities. The facilities, toys and staff are great but I don’t think the activities maybe are marketed right. We enjoyed the movie night twice whilst we were there but it was hard to find and we were the only ones there haha. I think maybe more activities in the evening would be great too even something so simple like a mini disco where kids can go to dance and listen to music.
Overall, I think the staff go above and beyond at this resort. I think they must have a really great management team as they all seem happy and friendly and attentive but not over the top or invasive. I look forward to seeing the finished renovations and visiting again in the future.
PprgsamI had the worst experience with the check-in staff at The ***** Patong, particularly with Mr. Arm. I had booked two rooms and specifically requested that they be side by side. The hotel confirmed this arrangement beforehand. However, upon arrival, I was informed that the rooms were far apart. When I showed Mr. Arm the confirmation, he reassigned us to rooms that were even further away from each other.
Despite explaining that I was traveling with kids, he showed no consideration and gave us rooms in very poor condition. To make matters worse, we checked in at 3:30 PM, but my friend, who checked in an hour later and didn’t book through Trip.com, was assigned a room right next to mine. It seems that Trip.com customers are treated unfairly at this hotel.
I also tried requesting a room change the next day due to the unacceptable condition of our rooms, but the staff refused to listen. I’ve stayed in over 150 hotels with my family, and I’ve never experienced such poor service.
The ***** Patong was by far our worst hotel experience. I absolutely do not recommend it to anyone.
NNikitaThe pool and the breakfast are good. We also had a nice town view.
The room is controversial. We had to wait till exactly 14:00 to check in. We couldn't even check in at 13:58. The toilet is a joke. It has a big glass with a frosted part so you can see a silhouette of a person in the shower. The sliding door has a big gap so you can see a person sitting on a toilet through it. So there's no sound proof on the toilet and you can see and hear almost everything happening inside. I had to go to the first floor toilet to do my things. And water pipes are noisy and might start buzzing in the middle of the night. A few times we heard loud music somewhere in the hotel so we had to call the reception to solve the problem otherwise it was impossible to rest in the room. There also was dust somewhere in the room.
I'm not sure I'll stay there again.
