Stayed 5 nights in the hotel. It’s a standard hotel room size. We booked Mountain View room, can see some part of the water. It’s not too near about city center, will take some time to walk to Salamanca Market. If you have a car instead, it’d be great as there is free car park. It’s a nice hotel with great service. And ****** is next to it, can play during your stay.

Very nice hotel will in excellent location with easy access to dining areas, shopping malls and waterfront. Hotel room is perfect and comfy, staffs are friendly and very helpful. The indoor pool and gym are neat and good choice to workout lovers! A highly recommended hotel especially looking for cleanliness and high quality of rest.

The Resort needs a make over. Stained carpet, curtains are sun eaten see through some patches, bathroom needs updating, sliding door to balcony doesn't close properly so wind whistled all night long. The TV didn't not work, next day it was working intermittently On the plus side it was clean, and the food at the restaurant was delicious.

The hotel is next to the highway, the motel has convenient parking, the surrounding environment is beautiful, and it is very close to the Museum of Ancient and Modern Times. The ordinary room I booked is not large, but it has all the necessary facilities. The disadvantage is that the hotel network is too poor. It is difficult to connect in the room, so I can only sit outside the door to surf the Internet.

Fantastic trip and fantastic service at the Hilton Double Tree. Rooms and service were top-notch. Support from staff was fantastic too. My daughter hurt her foot in the pool and they sent her a little note and bar of chocolate which made her day - above and beyond. Our only complaint was the breakfast buffet was pretty average and with Hobart being such a vibrant bustling city of beautiful food they need to up their game. Everything was ok and a decent selection, however the hot food section was pretty poor and the sausages were like cardboard. Kids loved the cereal and fruits on offer so that was a bonus.

The hotel itself is also a penguin colony, and they organize free penguin tours in the evenings. After the tour, you can borrow flashlights to explore the hotel grounds on your own, which makes it well worth the price. I stayed in a two-bedroom duplex, which had a kitchen and basic cooking utensils, and it would be a good choice for an extended stay. Waking up early in the morning, I could see many kangaroos and hares on the lawn, and the nearby beach was also beautiful (though a bit windy), making it a very relaxing experience.

Nice room, very clean and with all the necessary equipment. Very friendly staff too. Parking lot is big, and hotel has a restaurant that serves dinner until 9pm, which is really handy because every other dining establishment closes pretty early.

Very good place. Kids loves it. Place was big, we love it. We just wish the heater can heat the whole place, but unfortunately, it can only heat (warm) upstairs when its really cold. Also, there’s a strong smell when you open the door, between kitchen and toilet/shower room. Can’t describe the smell, but very strong. Also, if you will need to cook, you must bring your own pan/sauce pan as those ones inside the kitchen cupboard was rusty/old. We don’t mind it for 1 day stay though. We’ll definetely book again, one day 👍 #Room17

This is my 2nd time at Ibis. The 1st time was with my husband, and the 2nd time was with my friend, and we love it, as it’s a great location for the shopping area, Salamanca market, wharf, bus and taxi, tour bus, and restaurants. Since we are more outside and about & came back to the hotel at nighttime, we don’t have time to use the amenities, but I already know and have used the amenities before, and they’re awesome! My friend had a short time to check the amenities and she’s happy with it. Maybe next time we can use the amenities. Thank you Ibis Hotel. You had a wonderful concierge, as I forgot to bring my charger and I bought a wrong charger at Coles and I keep on borrowing the charger at the concierge and they are awesome to lend it❤️

If you’re lucky, you might encounter their grandchildren swimming and playing, hearing their laughter. 3. The room's amenities are quite high quality, and the space is ample. 4. Breakfast is provided early in the room, including bread, various types of jams and butter, milk, orange juice, and a variety of cereal options. Tea bags are also available. 5. There’s a free washing machine and laundry powder, but no dryer. 6. The location is within a 20-minute drive from Launceston. 7. If you want a quiet and comfortable space, this is a great choice.
