The hotel's location is super convenient, 10/10. As soon as you step out, you're at the pier, and all the tourist attractions are nearby. The airport bus also goes directly here. However, the carpet tends to be a bit dusty, and the shower pressure isn't strong enough. On the bright side, the staff's attitude is excellent, 10/10, making you feel right at home.

I booked a twin room and stayed here twice. The first time, I was on the ground floor in a standard twin room. The facilities were complete, and while the room was small, it was very clean. There was no view from the window, just the ground floor platform. The second time, I was assigned a room on the 4th floor, with a view of the sky from the window. However, it was laid out for disabled access, and the bathroom flooded after a shower. Also, one of the 'twin beds' was actually a makeshift mattress, so one of the two adults didn't sleep well. When I asked to change rooms, I was told the hotel was fully booked and no changes could be made, which I was quite unhappy about. On the positive side, the hotel has a scenic pool and sauna on the 5th floor, which is great!
The apartment is a single-family house with a sea view, a good environment, quiet and comfortable. The apartment is fully equipped, and there is a supermarket in the town with a wide variety of products, which can definitely satisfy your own cooking. One night is not enough.
Since other room types were fully booked, I ended up reserving a motel-style room in the annex building. The annex doesn't have an elevator and you have to walk down, which initially felt a bit eerie. However, I later found out the room had a window facing a courtyard, so it turned out to be okay. The facilities are quite basic and dated, but the water pressure is good and the price is relatively cheap. The best part is the free parking (parking on the second level is the most convenient).
Was a great place to stay. This room had beautiful facilities, nice double shower, nice bedding. In a fantastic location. Close walking distance to the town of StHelens. A nice drive to Bay of Fires
Thankyou

Very good stay in general. Around 10 minutes walk from all the day trip pick up locations (e.g. Brooke Street Pier). The facilities were amazing and the front desk staff members were all very supportive and helpful. Loved the welcome cookies!!
The room was big and we received daily clean ups. We visited the pool and also utilised the gym during our stay as well - very good facilities.
The bathroom wall was a bit think as we could vaguely hear people next door, but the room was completely fine - could not hear a thing.
Would recommend to all types of travellers and will definitely stay again if we are visiting Hobart again!
Super comfortable hotel, unfortunately stay for one night, it is highly recommended to stay at least two nights. The design is very good, the room is very comfortable, the sea view room is highly recommended. The hotel's restaurant was closed on Sunday and Monday, and I couldn't experience it, but the hotel was 8 minutes from the center of the town, which was more convenient.

Overall the location is good and the facilities is also good but one of the most disappointing for me is the wrong information given to me. The hotel ‘s arranged parking facilites is a good 10-15 mins work and daily rate is $37
As I called ahead via booking platform to speak to front office and was told that car park will be free or will not be charged I was very dissatisfied with the need to pay at the end . The hotel should put a clear information at the booking site as I will definitely factor in when I book
Standard motel, with average facilities and cleanliness. You can park right in front of your room. The room has a balcony facing the road and the sea, offering an expansive view. The town is small and quiet, and the hotel is within walking distance of attractions. However, it's best to book restaurants in advance, as they might be closed if you go late. Drinking water isn't provided, and when I tried to buy some after 9 PM, I couldn't find any open shops in town. If you want to see penguins, it's best to join a tour; it's hard to find them on your own. But the sunset near Lobster Shack is truly beautiful!
The bed was large and very comfortable. The bathroom was very large too. It was all clean. Most guest rooms are in annexes, with reception and dining in the old building (old for Oz, anyway) which boasts a bit of style. Breakfast was quite good but items such as bacon and scrambled eggs did not stay very hot about the buffet. I liked the sourdough. Reception was prompt and professional. Now the minor dislikes: it’s a good 30 minute walk from the CBD / waterfront, up a bit of hill all the way. (There is an area with plenty of bars etc about half way). I walked several times a day and it was OK. Most guests will have cars though. The living area in the room needed a TV. If there can only be one TV per room, it would be better there than in front of the bed in my opinion. Finally, one of the two wardrobes is locked up, presumably to store linen etc. The other only has hanging space so there was no shelving. I felt a little cheated that half of “my” potential wardrobe space was denied to me! On balance, I would consider staying again, even though it is a little way out of town. Overall it is large, clean, comfortable and manages a little style.

CCecilia.YWe were very satisfied with this hotel. We arrived after reception hours, so the hotel left the key in a key box for us. They replied to our email quickly on the day, and we checked in without any issues. The facilities are also very comprehensive, including a pickleball court, a basketball court, and self-service BBQ grills. If you plan to dine at the hotel restaurant, be aware that you need to do so before 7:30 PM.
AAnonymous UserLocated by the river, the room bedding is complete and comfortable, the kitchen tableware is complete, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, there is a washing machine, the cutest thing is that there are wild ducks to say hello at the door in the morning, super cute
GGuest UserGreat hotel with good location. Clean and tidy. Greeted with a great personality at reception. Second time we have stayed there both times enjoyed stay. Good meals in restaurant and breakfast the next day.
XXINKAIThe location is good, not far from the port. If you check in on Saturday, turn right for two minutes and you will find the Salamanca market. There is a kitchen in the room. It is convenient to drive to the supermarket. Not new but okay, the elevator is a bit scary and it shakes when stopped. In addition, the parking lot is not large enough. If each room is driven by car, it is estimated that the parking is not enough, but it is free when parking.
