One of the most amazing resort experiences I've had. We booked the mini suite and the room was amazing with a stunning view of the pool and of Grand World far ahead. The rooms themselves were great. The breakfast spread was awesome. Also, I really have to mention how amazing the pool was - the best resort pool I've been to.
The Few Positives:
1. Stunning Sea View – The room offered a beautiful view of the ocean.
2. Efficient Airport Shuttle – The shuttle service was punctual and hassle-free.
3. Prime Location – Conveniently within walking distance of the night market.
4. Exceptional Poolside Staff – One staff member went above and beyond, quickly securing my personal belongings when heavy rain suddenly started.
Major Letdowns:
1. Poor Dining Experience – The BBQ buffet was underwhelming, with unappetizing presentation despite the fair price. Not worth it.
2. Disappointing Breakfast – Limited, low-quality options with bland flavors. Service was lacking: no staff guidance for seating, forcing guests to scramble for tables. Empty food trays were left unfilled for extended periods, leaving guests waiting.
3. Cold & Unwelcoming Service – From check-in to room service, the staff lacked warmth — far below the standard expected of a top-tier hotel.
4. Tiny, Uninspiring Pool – The swimming pool was disappointingly small.
5. Hygiene Concerns – The room was uncomfortably humid.
The room is good, clean. But the shower is broken, not enough stuff in the kitchen. And the most important the service is vey poor. Our neighbor were very loud all night long, I told to the receptionist but no changes. So I was disappointed, will not recommend and will not come back.
Did like the location, very convenient to go to safari and vinwonders. Some of the staff at the reception was a bit rude. Breakfast was good but The choices were a bit limited so it gets boring after few days. First 3 days the cleaning in the room was perfect but after that they started doing it just to get buy.
Overall liked the experience. Near by grand world is nice.

The hotel is located in the city center, not far from the airport, and within walking distance to King Kong Supermarket. It is OK for a maximum of two nights. There are no facilities for checking in and taking photos. The breakfast is better than expected. The water in the shower is too small, which makes people tired. The water in the sink is not as big. On the first night when we arrived, the hotel staff themselves couldn't figure out which room we were in. They took us around for a long time before we found it. They must be new here and not familiar with it.

I had an amazing stay at Tropicana Resort in Phu Quoc! The service was top-notch, and the breakfast options were not only delicious but offered a wide variety to suit every taste. My room was clean and spacious, with an amazing view, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. The large pool was a great way to unwind, and having access to a private beach was a huge bonus. Free sunbeds and towel services were provided, and it was fantastic to be able to order food and drinks directly at the beach.
The only downside was the lack of control over the beach beds. I noticed that some guests were leaving their items on the beds early in the morning or even overnight to reserve them, but would only return many hours later. This was really frustrating, as it prevented other guests from using the sunbeds. It would be great if the resort could implement a system to limit bed reservations to, say, 2-3 hours, allowing guests to enjoy the beach, go for lunch, or get a massage, while ensuring everyone gets a fair chance at the beds. I stayed for 5 days and was only able to use a sunbed once, which was a bit disappointing.
Overall, the resort was wonderful, but improving this small issue would make it even better. Still, highly recommend for a relaxing and luxurious stay!
Overall, it's nice, but there was no robe in our room, but they gave it to us after we asked, the pool toys weren't working, as far as I know, for 1-2 months (and still are).
They didn't give us a fork when we checked out, they asked us for it (really strange), the breakfast wasn't very rich, and we got bored after 2 days. It's close to Vinwonder and Safari, but far from other shops and markets.

Beautiful, quiet resort along Ong Lang beach. Hotel breakfast and services are excellent. The distance to town takes 15 minutes by Grab and the hotel to the airport takes 30 minutes. The nearby hotel has nothing much, but you can order grab food if needed. The sea view from the room is gorgeous. I will recommend this hotel to my friends & family who are coming to Phu Quoc.
We stayed at La Festa Phu Quoc in a King Deluxe Ocean View Room with an additional bed. While the view from the room was lovely, the space felt a bit tight for three people. The extra bed provided was a folding type with a fairly thin mattress — not the most comfortable for a long stay.
Despite the room size, the overall experience was pleasant. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist, which made a positive difference throughout our stay. Housekeeping was consistent, and the facilities were generally clean and well-maintained.
If you're traveling as a couple, the room would be a better fit. For small families or groups needing an extra bed, it may feel a little cramped. That said, the location is convenient, and the ocean view certainly adds to the charm.
Overall, it was an okay stay — simple, clean, and made better by the warmth of the staff.
**Overall Experience:**
My stay at Venice Hotel Phu Quoc was pleasant. The hotel’s [Italian-inspired design/beachfront location] gave it a unique charm.
**Room & Comfort:**
The rooms was clean/cozy but small, with a comfortable bed/nice balcony. However, the bathroom needed upgrades/Wi-Fi was weak.
**Facilities & Service:**
The pool was a highlight—serene and well-maintained/crowded at times]. Staff were friendly and helpful , and the breakfast buffet had good but limited options.
**Location:**
Great spot if you want to be near Grand World/Night Market, not far from the airport. The free airport shuttle was the best.
**Final Thoughts:**
I’d rate it **7/10**—decent for the price, but I expected more. Best for families looking for a romantic getaway.

LLuiza/South KoreaI had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property is impeccably clean, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Its location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach, making it incredibly convenient for some seaside fun.
The highlight for me was the large pool, which was perfect for relaxing and spending quality time with my family. Another fantastic feature is the free Kids Café – a wonderful space where kids can enjoy themselves, adding an extra touch of thoughtfulness for families.
The staff were incredibly positive and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. To top it all off, the price was very affordable, offering great value for the amenities provided. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a family-friendly and budget-friendly stay near the beach!

HHesterwA perfect place for a relaxing vacation. Impeccable service, space, food, cleanliness. Just can’t find anything to complain about. Will come again for sure!
GGuest UserThe resort has alot of potential with an exclusive beach, swimming pool and eloquent rooms (some with great views). Breakfasts are great. The manager was good and takes pride in the resort, however when he was not around in the afternoons and evenings service was rare and hard to find. You have to actively go look for restaurant staff to place an order or pay. The restaurant could be alot more profitable if staff actively removed plates and asked clients if they could get them anything e.g dessert, drinks. They charge a service fee, but with little service.
It advertises a gym, but equipment is in disrepair, they should not advertise facilities which are not functional.
There is not much around the resort in terms of restaurants, bars and shops. It is also not an easy location to get to, but yet we found the reception unhelpful in getting transport.
All in all the resort could be great, but service needs to be improved.
Aalexismac10Room was spacious and clean. Good service overall, most staff understood and spoke some English. Few pools around the hotel. There was a night market and some shops opposite the hotel.
Breakfast spread was good, they even have a pho and banh mi station!

AA Fish Called WandererExceptional from the moment we arrived, the experience was flawless. The staff were incredibly attentive—nothing was ever too much trouble. Every detail had been carefully thought out, from the beautifully appointed room that had everything we could possibly need, to the thoughtful messages from Madame Vermont that added such a personal touch.
Little extras, like the charming pepper gift, made us feel truly valued. The hotel itself is stunning, with its elegant French colonial style, and the environment was wonderfully peaceful. The private beach, immaculate pool area, and lush gardens created a perfectly relaxing escape.
Dining at Pepper Restaurant was a highlight—the food was absolutely fantastic and beautifully presented. This trip exceeded all expectations. We can’t wait to return!
JJune Yoon YiEvery hotel has its advantages and disadvantages. Sometimes its disadvantages are its advantages, and sometimes its disadvantages are its disadvantages. Frequent visitors to this quiet hotel may be those who want to spend their quiet time together in a more relaxed and healthy space. In fact, the guests here are mostly couples, and it doesn't seem like there are many family travelers with children. Young or old couples without children seem to be the main customers, which for these couples looks like a more complete hotel. In contrast, the hotel near the amusement park in Phu Quoc has many family tourists with children. The hotel may actually be a boring place for children. However, it may be a great place for those who want to spend time quietly listening to the sounds of bugs in the woods, or for those who travel alone to enjoy loneliness and new friends. It is far from downtown, from amusement parks and from bus stops. But that's why there may be people who visit the resort. Rather than showing off its splendor, the resort has a solitary elegance.
GGuest UserMy family had a very present stay at the hotel ( Sheraton Phu Quoc Long Beach Resort). Would like to give score 8/10 to the hotel and recommend to friends.
We highly appreciate the warm and welcoming hospitality service, especially most of staff at hotel’s lobby , the phone operator, the housekeeping , internal transport driver between the villa to the lobby and to breakfast restaurant, the maintenance repair staff, the staff at the breakfast restaurant. Most of them are very friendly, helpful, polite, and vey efficient.
The diversity of food and the food quality and taste are excellent in Dining room service and the breakfast restaurant.
I would highly recommend my friends and relatives to stay at the hotel in the near future if the hotel has more improvement on the hot water system and the drainage system at the bathroom.
During our stay in the hotel , my villa number is 6132, the hot water system was not stable which made not enough hot water for the next person taking shower or had a bath at the bathtub. We should be grateful if it could be fixed to make sure enough hot water for all 7 people having hot water taking shower .
Besides that , the drainage system should be improved as well because during my stay the ground floor king bed size room , once taking a shower, the water could not be discharged into the drain well, causing flooding. It made some unpleasant experiencer during our stay.
At last, we found that there was a large tile falling off in the private swimming pool in our villa. Fortunately, no one was injured. We forgot to inform the hotel as it happened in the last two days of our stay. Would you please pass the message to the hotel and hope that the hotel could pay attention in checking and maintenance the private swimming pool in the villa carefully.
We look forward to visiting the hotel again in the near future and see the improvement on above issues .
Yours sincerely,
Kam Ling Chong

GGuest Userloved their property with all trees and flowers + cute pool and beach in front, wooden house and stone bath tub.
but the service was kinda slow. There was a long wait at the reception to get response from them when I had trouble and complain about it. communication did not go smoothly, many local staff don’t speak english, plus food does not tasty at all include breakfast and hotel restaurant for the dinner. not many option for vegetarian.
prepare repellent at night, if you wanna sit at the terrace or open area at the restaurant.
