Great
GGuest UserSofitel is an excellent choice in BKC. Walking distance to Jio World and close to airport. Rooms are spacious, food is excellent, staff is caring and helpful. Price for our stay was reasonable for a 5 star property. Definitely can stay again.

AAnonymous UserOne of the best hotels I’ve stayed at whilst on vacation in India. The staff is really friendly and attentive. The breakfast selection was also really amazing. Situated next to the Palladium mall which was really convenient.

TTTTKKKFor a Holiday Inn hotel, the rooms are on the small side.
The desk is small and only big enough to fit a laptop.
For a business trip staying for a few days, it's neither good nor bad.

SSS05Fariyas Resort in Lonavala is a gem of a getaway, combining scenic beauty, excellent amenities, and warm hospitality to create a memorable experience. Nestled in the picturesque hills of Lonavala, the resort's location is one of its standout features. Surrounded by lush greenery and serene views, Fariyas offers a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Its proximity to key attractions like Tiger’s Leap and Bushi Dam makes it an excellent base for exploring Lonavala.
The resort is well-known for its impressive range of amenities, and they certainly lived up to the expectations. The highlight for us was the pool and water park area, which is perfect for families and solo travelers alike. The pool was clean and well-maintained, providing a refreshing dip amidst the scenic surroundings. The water park, complete with slides and splash zones, added an element of fun and adventure to our stay. It was wonderful to see both kids and adults enjoying themselves in this thoughtfully designed space.
Dining at Fariyas is another aspect worth praising. The buffet spread for both lunch and breakfast was extensive and delicious, catering to a variety of tastes and preferences. Breakfast featured a mix of continental and Indian dishes, with highlights like fresh pastries, dosas, and flavorful coffee. Lunch offered a more elaborate spread with live counters and delectable desserts, ensuring that every meal was a feast. The attentive staff at the restaurant further enhanced the dining experience with their courteous service.
The bar at the resort is a cozy and inviting space, perfect for relaxing with a drink after a day of exploring. The well-curated menu of beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, ensured there was something for everyone. The bartender’s recommendations were spot-on, and the ambiance added to the charm of the evening.
A special mention must be made of the resort's Christmas décor, which was absolutely delightful. From twinkling lights to thoughtfully arranged festive displays, the entire property exuded holiday cheer. The Christmas tree in the lobby was a particular highlight, and the effort to create a warm, festive atmosphere did not go unnoticed. It truly added a magical touch to our stay, making it all the more memorable.
Overall, Fariyas Resort seamlessly blends luxury and comfort with its stunning location, exceptional amenities, and attentive service. Whether you’re looking for a family vacation, a romantic retreat, or a solo getaway, this resort has something for everyone. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Lonavala, especially during the festive season when the resort is at its vibrant best.

인인도출장자The 6th-floor room was excellent! The meals were delicious, and I was able to enjoy the snack time before dinner. Also, for about an hour during the evening, there's a great service with drinks and simple snacks. I highly recommend it!

GGuest UserMost stunning and Incredible hotel and stay. All the staff right from the entrance, to check in desk, porters, security to house keeping were all excellent and very friendly. Breakfast options were always very good and plentiful but I would advise going early to avoid queues and sitting outside where I didn't find the service to be very good on the one day we had to sit outside. The management really went out of their way for us to help us with a few issues we had. Rooms on certain floors are very dated and can do with some improvements but they are aware of this already.

GGuest UserGreat staff, especially at the breakfast place and door entry.
Room needs updating. Sound insulation is lacking. I was daily woken up by the talks of the room service people starting at 7am.

GGuest UserAmazing hotel. We forget our passport and money in another hotel safe box, they assist all the way to pick up to send back to us safely. Will definitely come back again

EEnkokoThere weren't many restaurants nearby, so we often had dinner at the hotel.
The hotel staff were all very kind.
The doors must have been thin, because conversations in the hallway were quite audible.
