Luyen, Luong, Minh, and Huong were incredibly kind and helpful. All the staff at this resort were friendly, and there was so much to do because of the resort's large size.

Title: Exceptional service and hospitality! I stayed at this hotel for two nights during my trip to Vietnam, and I had a truly wonderful experience. I was especially impressed by the service from the front desk staff member, Bùi Thị Thản. She kindly upgraded our room for free, which was such a lovely surprise and made our stay so comfortable. Thanks to Bùi Thị Thản’s attentive care and warm hospitality, our trip was even more enjoyable. Thank you so much! Although the hotel is a bit far from the airport, I highly recommend it to everyone. The hotel pretty much lives up to its description. The room was good and clean: crisp bed linen, towels, and toiletries – all up to standard. The breakfast was very good for Vietnam, with a buffet that offered a good variety. We also had lunch at the same restaurant and really enjoyed the green salad and pumpkin soup. However, the chicken and corn soup was a bit unusual and not to our taste, but that's subjective. The pool is large and offers a view of the castle (on a clear day). There are a few quirks though: the pool is on one floor, while the spa area, saunas, and fitness center are on another. For some reason, the spa, saunas, and fitness center weren't operating, which was a shame because we would have happily used them on the second day when the weather was bad. There were also some minor issues with the pool area. The lockers in the changing rooms don't have keys, and you only get towels if you pay a cash deposit. This system seemed a bit odd, as usually you leave your room key as a deposit. We found a workaround by going down to the pool in our bathrobes and using towels from our room. But this was also inconvenient because of the high humidity in the city; things don't dry well, so the towels ended up staying wet. In our opinion, the hotel should separate the guest flows: for staying guests, a card deposit for towels, and for non-staying visitors, a separate payment or membership. The front desk staff were very responsive and always helped quickly. We had trouble booking a Grab taxi from Tam Dao to the airport – no cars were available. A staff member at reception quickly helped us solve the issue, and within 10 minutes, we were on our way to the airport. We really liked the hotel and would love to return, as the weather didn't allow us to visit all the places we had planned.

I could not imagine a more perfect place to get away from the stresses of life. A small and intimate resort nestled amongst pomelo and orange orchards. While the location is a bit remote, it was well worth the travel - it truly felt like an escape from the world. The rooms are spotless, comfortable and well appointed. Each detail has been meticulously thought out by the owners, who could not have been more kind or thoughtful. Any request was immediately taken care of. The hotel also boasts a lovely restaurant where the chef makes each meal from scratch - each and every one was INCREDIBLE!! I could not have had a more perfect stay and I hope to return many times in the future. 1000/10 highly recommend. Don’t sleep on this gem! 💎💎💎💎💎

Mandala Kim Bôi offers a very happy and relaxing experience. The mineral pool is definitely worth it, especially the mineral bathtub on the balcony, which is a really unique and enjoyable feature—soaking while enjoying the view is truly relaxing. The staff are friendly, cheerful, and welcoming, making the stay even more pleasant. The spa services are well-provided, with a calm atmosphere and professional treatments that help you unwind completely. Overall, it’s a great destination for relaxation, stress relief, and wellness, and definitely a place worth visiting again.

Very well looked after, plenty of inclusions on villa stayed, good variety of snacks & drinks throughout the day. Guests had the best view out of all villa. Butler was on hand to assist to every whims. Very impressed. Thank you to all Teams.

Booked as a last minute bed needed. Was a great hotel wish we had more time there, will have to return one day. Standard room but was clean and had what we needed. Many amenities there, balcony to pool, restaurant, lake, free services. Friendly and helpful staff 👌

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and it was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The rooms were very comfortable, clean, and extremely satisfying. One of the highlights was the free orange-picking activity, which was a unique and enjoyable experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway.

A good way to see the rice village and stay in comfort! The room spacious and comfortable was an accessory to the main areas outside. We spent some time by the pool in the evening and just enjoyed the weather. The staff was very nice and accommodating to our needs. The breakfast was simple but had everything you wanted. Also the restaurant in general had good prices and a beautiful scenic view to the rice fields. Overall a great experience and I would stay here again!

This is the best romantic hotel ever! everything was amazing the decor, the rooms, the staff, the food, the location, the parking garage, they really did a top quality job for us and we will be back!
