"The room was spacious and clean, but the room was not cleaned in time. The roof terrace can see the sea from a distance and relax. The beach on the island is full of stinky seaweed that cannot swim unless you go to the beach north of the island (the actual sea water is also average), it is best to go out to sea. Fresh water on the island is all supplied by trucks and stored by water towers. The hotel has a slippery feeling after using water. I have tried two soaps and two hand sanitizers. I have also stayed in other hotels on the island and have not found this situation in water. It is estimated that the difference caused by the water delivery company. All in all, the hardware is OK, but the price is not high."

The hotel needs a bit of TLC,repair locks on doors to rooms and re -fix plug socket to wall.
Some staff not friendly or helpful at all.
We asked for a cup of ice and were told to wait until the bar opened!

Their resort is on the north side of the island but they go over and above to ensure we have access to their complimentary ferry access to get to and fro from the hotel.
On the final day, we had to get to the ferry doc at 6am and they made all the arrangements for us to get there on time.

We only had a night to spend at this lovely spot, but it was definitely the perfect place to stay in Belize City. Quiet, right along the seashore and an estuary...we could have spent a week there. And, the owner went way above and beyond in coordinating a ferry shipment from Caye Caulker. Trip saver!

I really enjoyed my stay here. It's right next to the creek. Very nice setting. There was a relaxing pool outside my room. Cathy was a gracious and down-to-earth host. My room was quiet and the bed and pillows so comfortable. I slept well. I also got a nice homemade dinner here.

The overall accommodation experience is quite good.
The room is spacious, clean and very high, the bed is comfortable, and the rest quality is very good.
The facilities in the museum are perfect, easy to use, and the overall maintenance is in good condition.
The service staff was kind and responsive, and it was very reassuring during the stay and stay.
The location is a big advantage, very close to the domestic airport, within walking distance, it is quite convenient for passengers with a flight itinerary. At the same time, the surrounding environment is quiet and will not be disturbed too much.
Overall, it is a convenient and comfortable accommodation choice, it is recommended.

It was a nice one night stay waiting for a flight to leave the next day. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and went out of their way to help us with any needs.like delivery of dinner from a local Chinese restaurant to cooked breakfast before we grab the cab to the airport . Room was air-conditioned and large bedroom and bathroom, had all amenities that we needed. Definitely a family feel to the hotel would stay there again.

The jaguar bar is nice , I thought, I ate there the food was good, there was a pool I didn't use but there was people in it looks nice, would stay again

Although the facilities are old, it is a relatively good place in Belize City, 700 meters walk from the Guatemalan Embassy. There are many restaurants around.
