What I loved most about this hotel was its fantastic location. It's right on Zhengyang Pedestrian Street, so you step out straight into the snack street with all sorts of local delicacies and rice noodles. It was super convenient for shopping and picking up souvenirs. We could walk to East-West Alley and Jingjiang Princes' City in just a few minutes, and Xiaoyao Tower was practically on our doorstep – perfect for a leisurely stroll and sightseeing. Elephant Trunk Hill and the Sun and Moon Twin Pagodas at Two Rivers and Four Lakes weren't far either; we enjoyed walking along the lake after dinner, and the night view was absolutely stunning. Transportation around the area was also a breeze, whether by taxi or bus. Most of the city's major attractions were within walking distance, which saved us a lot of hassle commuting back and forth. Overall, it saved us so much time and effort during our trip. For independent travelers, this location is absolutely superb – everything from dining to accommodation and sightseeing is taken care of in one spot. We had a great experience, and if we come back to Guilin, we'll definitely choose this place again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Guilin and would highly recommend it to international travelers. The rooms are exceptionally clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of sightseeing. The hotel is thoughtfully designed and well-maintained, and you can really feel the attention to detail throughout the property. What stood out most was the service—staff were attentive, helpful, and went beyond our expectations to meet every need quickly and efficiently. Communication was smooth, even for international guests, which made the entire stay stress-free. A lovely bonus was the Italian-style coffee machine located downstairs, which served excellent coffee and made mornings even better. Overall, a fantastic experience and excellent value. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Guilin.

Outstanding hotel, highly recommended. The rooms are large, comfortable and practical, with lovely views of the river. The bathrooms are especially nice, with large bathtubs. Breakfast is varied, with an excellent range of delicious food. The staff are extremely polite and helpful: they were able to check me in even at 3:00am after I arrived on the night train. The cleaners are quick, thorough and efficient, too. The staff provide thoughtful gifts like free oranges for Spring Festival. The hotel is well located for getting around Wuzhou, and all the taxi drivers know it. There seems to be lots to do within the hotel, too, including restaurants, a spa, a KTV lounge, a tea house and a swimming pool, so it would be excellent for large groups too.

I couldn't have been happier with my stay. I've never been to Guanxi province before, but it surpassed all my expectations. The village itself is beautiful, and around 7km from Yangshuo, so it's not as busy as central locations but still plenty to see around the Yulong river. But most of all, the family and all the staff at this hotel were truly exceptional, and made me feel so welcome. The rooms are comfortable, extremely clean, and they service your rooms every day which means you always have a freshly made bed and water bottles. Breakfast was included and was wonderful and plentiful....porridge, watermelon, yams, boiled eggs served with red tea, and you could also order coffee. You can also get a big bowl of noodles, but after they realised as a foreigner, I don't really like to eat this kind of thing for breakfast, they simply adjusted to my tastes and gave more eggs and sweet potatoes the next day without me even needing to ask- fantastic service! I really enjoyed the company of the boss man, and I assume his wife. After watching snooker together the first evening, they invited me to eat dinner together the next night, along with the kitchen cook. It felt like a family meal, and I felt very welcome indeed. By the way, I walked between villages in my afternoons, which was great exercise and there's plenty of good routes for bicycling. 🚲 I am already looking forward to coming back 🏞

Every time I'm in Nanning for a business trip, I stay here. It's conveniently located near the subway for easy transport, and there are plenty of dining options. The front desk service is warm and welcoming. Highly recommended! I'll definitely stay here again next time, it's just too convenient.

The B&B is conveniently located close to the parking lot, so there's no need for further transportation. The room is spacious, and all the cups and towels are disposable, ensuring great cleanliness. The room itself is wide with an expansive view. The landlady is very welcoming, and the food she cooks is absolutely delicious. It's a shame that Jinkeng wasn't irrigated during our visit; perhaps Ping'an Village set our expectations too high with its beautiful scenery. After taking the cable car up, we were quite disappointed, and consequently, we didn't want to visit the other two platforms the next day.

I really have to commend the service here. They're incredibly responsive and practically anticipate your needs, always proactively thinking about what guests might require. The staff's attitude is also exceptionally good. In a humid climate, it's hard to completely avoid that slightly damp smell, but all visible areas were spotless. The facilities are quite new, and there are plenty of elevators so you rarely have to wait. The location is very convenient for getting around, and there are many night markets and street food nearby, making it perfect for tourists. I was traveling with a friend, and we added an extra bed. The extra bed is only suitable for smaller individuals, but it was quite comfortable. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but the food tastes good. I especially enjoyed the Guilin rice noodles. The room was spacious and attractive; it didn't feel cramped even with three of us. The hotel seems to be the tallest building in the area, offering excellent views. The night view was particularly beautiful. It was a wonderful trip, and I'll likely choose this hotel again next time I visit.

The room booked on this trip was really beyond expectations! At first glance, I felt that the view was very good. I could see the vast lake. The hygiene was very good. The sheets were white and soft and there was no smell. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the ground is dry, and the toiletries are fully prepared. What surprises me most is the smart home in the whole house, which is very convenient. The view outside the window is wide, the night is very quiet, the sound insulation effect is also good, and I wake up naturally when I sleep. The boss is warm, check-in and check-out are very fast and efficient, and the home-cooked dishes are also delicious. The most important recommendation is his bamboo raft tour lake, quite wow, much more beautiful than the official lake tour scenery, the overall price is very high, next time you come to this city, you will choose this one, and recommend it to other friends!

My stay was excellent! The staff's meticulous service made me feel right at home. The room was spacious and bright, offering panoramic city views. The floor-to-ceiling windows allowed for adjustable ventilation, so I never had to worry about stuffy air. The soundproofing was great, and the mattress was perfectly comfortable – not too soft, not too firm – I ended up sleeping in till noon without realizing it. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, including a food delivery locker and a delivery robot. Its proximity to the subway makes getting around incredibly convenient. Overall, it offers great value for money. Highly recommend this fantastic experience!

Guilin Shangri-La, I absolutely, absolutely, absolutely love it!! Is Guilin Shangri-La old? No! While it's a bit older, every single facility is incredibly well-maintained! And the food? Even better! Perhaps my experience is limited, but my 6-year-old and I have traveled to 129 cities, and the variety and taste of the food in Guilin Shangri-La's Horizon Club (executive lounge) are super, super, super abundant!! The breakfast is also fantastic, and the Chinese food at Shang Palace is too!!! We stayed here for three days and ate our way through the entire Shangri-La from top to bottom!! The spa, gym, and pool are all super, super excellent! Big shout-out and praise to Ivan Yang from F&B, Linda Zhang from the Health Club, and Daisy Chen from the Horizon Club!! They were all absolutely, absolutely wonderful!!! Every single staff member is super, super nice!!! I love Guilin Shangri-La!! There are also many animals to see, hahaha, and even peacocks fanning their tails!
