Located outside the city, the pedestrian town centre is also 15 minutes away. The lobby is full of slot machines and casinos. The rooms are clean and newly renovated, and there are five restaurants downstairs. Parking is $15 per day and the pool is used by the hotel next door.
The good mood of staying here a few days ago was gone. On the last day, I changed to a female service supervisor, and my attitude was super bad. I started to complain and complained when I got to work. The face was black and scary.
Very beautiful hotel, the furniture is all in excellent condition. The fountain in the lobby is beautiful, we checked in ahead of time, I was very grateful because I was home from a long journey and very tired. Super hotel I recommend
In the outskirts of the city, close to the highway, the hotel is in good condition in all aspects, the breakfast is very average, and there may be nothing to eat late. Hotel facilities are new
Located in the heart of the Lake Area Business Park, the Best Western Plus Lakeview Hotel is just minutes from everywhere in Madison. There is very easy accessibility to Dakota State University and downtown Madison. We have an on-site lounge and local restaurants abound. Lake Herman and Lake Madison are just minutes from our front door. We are just 20 miles west of I-29 on Highway 34 in beautiful southeast South Dakota amid the prairie offering 4 seasons of activities.
The location was perfect for our time in the Custer area. Breakfast was very good with a lot of variety. Our grandson especially liked the pancake maching...he wants one at his home now! Thanks for a great stay in Custer.
It was well located off of the highway, and they had a bus that went into town. Clean and quiet place.

We live three hours away and just needed a decent room for the night prior to an early morning medical procedure. We chose this hotel for its location fairly close to the Medical Center and for the reasonable rate. I was concerned by the heavy smell of cigarette smoke just outside the entrance, but there was no trace of smoky smell once we went inside. The lobby and our room appeared fresh and clean. It looks to have received new floor coverings in the lobby and a fresh coat of paint throughout. The staff was welcoming, pleasant and helpful. Although this is an older hotel and shows some wear, the recent face lift has given it new life. Our room and bed were clean and comfortable. This Sleep Inn is located on a busy intersection yet no street noise penetrated to our room. I made a couple trips to the convenience store across from the hotel entrance and was pleased with the staff there as well. I felt perfectly safe. I cannot comment on the pool or exercise room as we did not use them. Both areas appeared clean, but I did notice a sign reporting that the hot tub was out of order. The breakfast fare offered a nice selection and is pretty typical. We were pleased with our stay and would recommend the Sleep Inn for a pleasant stay at a reasonable rate.
Good location. Helpful and pleasant staff. Efficient and prompt registration. Comfortable and quiet location. Convenient to popular restaurants. Thank you.
AAnonymous UserClean room. Breakfast could have been better than processed food. I got charged 5 USD per night from booking through trip.com. The staff told me that it is the fee that they usually charge the guest who book their place through 3th parties. With that, they should inform beforehand. Charging without prior notice is unacceptable.
This brand chain hotel did not disappoint. From the hardware facilities to the environment and service, it is satisfactory. The free breakfast has a wide variety and high quality. It is convenient for self-driving tourists to check in and park. The transportation is convenient. There is a water park next to it. It is recommended to stay there.
Very nice hotel in a convenient location. Easy access to the mall and several dining establishments. The room was spotless and nice; however, the dining space during morning breakfast could have used some attention. It was a very busy weekend and I believe the hotel was at capacity, but we didn't see any employees wiping down tables. There were a lot of dead gnats near the garbage can that needed wiped. The front desk staff was friendly and check-in went well. This hotel has the potential to be 5 stars across the board if there were a few more staff members keeping the dining areas clean.

I think they were from kids went to swim and when they got out , they did no t dry out outside the pool. They were just dripping waters all over the place. That was a hazard for other customers. I made the staff aware of it. You should have a rule regarding swimming rule. They should have dried out before out of the pool area. In addition kids were running n the hallway and made very noisy. You should separate family with kids from family without kids.
We were warmly greeted on our arrival by by a young lady named OMI. When she learned of my Elite Bonvoy status we were all given a complementary bottle of water. Our rooms were clean and odor free. Before settling down for the night, one of our young grandsons had an issue which ultimately meant they had to change rooms. OMI was great, first supplying clean bedding, but when there were no clean mattress pads, she started a load in the laundry. Realizing that we needed to get the kids to bed quicker OMI offered to move them to an empty room. OMI deserves a 150% for her effort.
Upon arrival infprmed entire cleaning staff resigned so had to wait. Well, during sturgis rally I took higher road and refused room cleaning. I didnt want to pile on. Bed was like a sandwich -bad backs beware. Slept few hours a nite but, bed orevent avrestful bight sagged at every possible angle tried. Room was very clean except grout a tile near tub. Breakfast was muffin make your own waffle eggs skin milk ceral bacon toast bagels muffin. Eat elsewhere coffee was good. Rest of hotel I woukdnt judge they wrre adaptung best they could
