The staff at the front office are excellent. To make specifically, Ms Daniella and Ms Quuena both went out of the way to ensure everything was all right. Infact Ms Queena, accompanied me to the Train station in the hotel car to ensure that I get there right. The extra effort Ms Daniella did to get me a room with AC working was amazing. I can not be that complimentary to the hotelcrooms though. Air-conditioning was hardly working and had to change rooms.

Near the airport. Taxi to hotel on lately night is about 25 yuan. (The hotel has shuttle bus service but my flight is delayed) Room is ok with full amenities. The staff can not speak English but can communicate via translate machine. Breakfast is so so. Price is reasonable.

The location is excellent, the transportation is convenient, and travel is convenient. The hotel parking space is very convenient. The lobby is simple and elegant, with a reasonable layout. There are various types of tea at the front desk, which is very good. Xiaohe at the front desk has attentive service. The room has good lighting and is very clean. Highly recommended

Awesome place to stay! The room was so clean, the bed was so cosy and the shower had good pressured hot water. Perfect location away from the noisy streets but close to luoyang longmen grottoes scenic spot & luoyang longmen high speed railway station

The hotel has a beautiful view. I got up early and took a walk in the hotel courtyard and saw the beautiful sunrise. Thanks to the lobby manager Hou Ning for upgrading the room type. I forgot to bring contact lens care solution and helped me find a solution. The problem was handled very quickly!

Wonderful experience at Qichi Shui’an Homestay. The owners and staffs are exceptionally helpful in every way. Pictures reflect the actual status of the room & the facility. The stunning view from the huge window is just unforgettable. Thanks to the whole team who make us feel comfortable during our stay. We will for sure share our experience to our friends and we also hope to have a chance to come back here again. Keep on your great management skills! Un expérience étonnant. Great value for money, not too far from the airport (although there’s not much nearby, but easy to move by taxi in Zhengzhou) and staff is super kind and helpful. Breakfast is very local but decent. Very clean

Location very near to the Airport and convenient for those who need to transit on tgeir flight.The rooms are soacious and clean.Walking distant to the subway. Staff are friendly and helpful.They waited for us in the airport to pick us up.The next day they send us back to the airport punctually. Breakfast was good Consider the hotel rate this hotel is excellent.

主要説服務為什麼一分吧 走過全世界這麼多酒店了 這家酒店的服務人員是我見過的情商最低的 説話最難聽的 作為攜程的金鑽 去年是黑鑽 大多數酒店在入住時都會很重視 如果有空房都會給免費升級什麼的 而這家 我下午五點到的 辦入住的時候前台翻着白眼説：您訂的是高級房 這個房型呢現在只有靠走廊盡頭的了 您看行嗎 言外之意就説 要麼你就花錢升級 要麼你就住走廊盡頭去了 首先 我沒覺得走廊盡頭房間有什麼 作為前台你去強調這個 就像告訴我這房間不好 你還住嗎 就很無語 入住之後通過網絡讓送兩個浴袍 被前台打電話告知 您這個房型沒有配備浴袍 如果不配備 為什麼可以選 直接去掉這個選項就好了 而且就倆浴袍 有多餘的給一下也沒有問題吧 攜程金鑽在他們眼裡真的啥也不是 一直在強調我定的是最便宜的房型 真的是讓人覺得很不舒服 你可以不給我升級房間 沒問題 但是不能一直在言語上刺激客户吧 真的是住一肚子氣 而且現在胖東來天使城店早上不能從停車場進超市了 都要去地上排隊 所以這個酒店也沒有優勢了 大家慎選

It's right after getting off the highway, and it's also very close to the high-speed rail. The ground parking lot and underground parking lot are ample and free. It was full during the May Day holiday. Judging from the guests at breakfast, most of them were traveling with their children. The license plates at the door were from Beijing, Tianjin, and Shanxi. Seeing that we were checking in with our children, they gave us thoughtful children's toothbrushes and slippers, and gave us children's toys when we checked out. It was so thoughtful. The whole family likes to stay here.
