I had a really nice stay at this hotel, the entrance into the lobby was welcoming, classy design. The room was very comfortable, clean and love the different pillows (I get sore neck from hotel pillows most time but this hotel had the exactly pillow that I needed). I loved the gold and green theme. Services were fantastic and the hotel receptionists were helpful with the queries that I had. Location was perfect, there is a night food market just outside, super convenient and it’s not far from the major tourist attractions. The only small minor detail which the team needs to look into is the maintenance of the shower head nozzles, most of them don’t work so the water didn’t come out properly during shower. Would have been a 10 out of 10 otherwise!

Passing by Xuchang and preparing to go to Pang Donglai, I looked for a hotel in the city center for a long time but couldn't find one I liked, so I went straight to the No. 1 hotel, and I was not disappointed. 1. The staff had good etiquette, 2. The hotel parking was very convenient, 3. The hygiene was very good, and the dinner was also very delicious, especially the teppanyaki jelly. I went to the Pang Donglai Beihai branch recommended by the staff. There was a large flow of people, but there was not much queuing. The hotel has very good details and will be my first choice when I go to Xuchang in the future.

The overall stay is not bad, the parking lot is large and there are many parking spaces, especially the new energy car can be charged downstairs, and the 24-hour self-service car washing system is also fully equipped. It is also an old hotel in Civil Rights County. The high floor has a wide view and the interior of the room is clean and comfortable. The slight fly in the ointment is that there is room for improvement in the hardware facilities, after all, as the most upscale reception center in the county. The second most powerful experience is the service. During the stay, I thanked Manager Wang in the front office for his warm and careful service and praised Manager Wang 👍. Very good experience! You can feel the warmth of the B&B even before you check in! As soon as the car arrived, the girl from the B&B came over to greet me. Because we were in a hurry, the girl took us directly to the Yuntai Mountain ticket office (only 200 meters away). Although we didn’t arrive at Yuntai Mountain until 3:30 in the afternoon, it didn’t affect our visit to the most exciting Hongshi Gorge at all! marvelous! It’s so convenient to have a variety of food and drink streets next to the B&B! The landlady is very polite and helps us with guides and is always on call! I called the front desk at night and was worried that it was too late, but the little girl came right away to deliver water and cable boards without saying anything! I've always thought that staying in a B&B is a bit like opening a blind box, but this one is really great! Worth recommending!

Very satisfied with the hotel. First of all, the handsome guy at the front desk is very welcoming. The buffet in the restaurant is good👍 We stayed for 2 nights and ate in the restaurant every morning, lunch and dinner. It's clean and tidy, you can feel free to eat, and the room is clean and tidy. Various attractions are not far away. You can come back for a short break at noon. It’s a pity that I didn’t see the swans. I’ll come back next March

The hotel is magnificent, high-end and classy. The rooms and services are very good. The two girls at the front desk, Anqi and Xiaoming, were very friendly and warm and sent apple fruit boxes. There were also children's toothbrushes and slippers, and humanized services in details. The only drawback is that although the breakfast is very rich, all the information we got is that the breakfast time is from 6 to 10 o'clock. From the front desk to Building 3, we repeatedly confirmed that the time is from 6 to 10 o'clock. But when we arrived at the restaurant at 9:37 in the morning, the restaurant was already removing the food. Rice noodles, fried eggs, bread, milk, and most of the dishes and fruits were all gone, which was very regrettable. I hope to inform guests that the breakfast time can be adjusted to 6 to 9:30.

The hotel is very close to Zhengzhou airport. They offer a free shuttle service or you can easily walk to the hotel (about 15 minutes). The hotel is well maintained and the service very good. If you need a place to stay close to the airport, I would strongly recommend this hotel.

The five-star hotels I have stayed in are not too few. The breakfast is OK. The service of the catering department is very good, helping to heat up the food, and the missing meals can be replenished in time. Here are a few issues encountered for encouragement: 1. There is still a smell of decoration in the hotel, and the decorative plants you see when you get out of the elevator on the floor are two small pots of green radishes, and the aura is a bit out of place; 2. I arrived at the store around 21:10 in the evening and asked about heating food, but was told that there was no microwave oven available and the restaurant was closed; 3. When Ctrip placed an order, the member benefits include late check-out and free room upgrades, but when I arrived at the store, I was told by the front desk that I could only upgrade the room type if the booked room type was full! How can this be explained? That's not what Ctrip says. Ramada can upgrade, but there is no upgrade here? very strange operation; 4. The structure of the room is very peculiar, as shown in Figure 1, the shooting angle is the door of the house, and the two beds are directly facing when the door is opened; 5. The drinking water is provided by Master Kong, which doesn’t match the house price; 6. The toiletries are not equipped with body lotion.
