A good hotel for Zurich! Super near the train station but around a 15-min walk to the city center. Good stay and room size for the prize. Breakfast is good, although they serve the same food everyday!

Clean and modern looking facilities and room. Great location as well. There is even a place for tasty pizza across the street if you don't want to head back to the city for dinner.

The room is very clean, with complete facilities. The fruit tea is delicious. You need to prepare your own toothbrush, slippers and shower cap, but there is a kettle. It is about 20 minutes away from the city center by car, and the bus is very convenient

There is a free airport shuttle (half hour) which is very friendly. The hotel facilities are okay and the service is very good. It is very close to the airport and there is noise from planes taking off and landing, but there are not many planes at night. When you go out of the hotel, turn left and there is a very cheap supermarket 400 meters away. It seems to be called Dennes, which is very convenient.

This hotel is perfectly located just across the road from the Sihqual Bus Terminal, making it incredibly convenient for travelers. I booked a day tour to Grindelwald and Interlaken, and it was an amazing experience (highly recommend!). There’s also a direct bus from the terminal to several famous attractions, which was a huge plus. The hotel staff were extremely friendly, spoke excellent English, and even offered free refreshments in the lobby. The rooms were spotlessly clean with a great shower system, and the soundproof doors and walls ensured a peaceful night’s sleep. With a supermarket and Starbucks right beneath the hotel, it’s one of the best stays I’ve had!

The hotel is really nice and a perfect start to my Swiss solo. It is very suitable for friends who have high requirements for quality travel and have high requirements for hotels. The basic room type of the hotel is not very large, more than 30 square meters, but the hardware facilities inside are very good, and the service is also excellent. The next day I went to experience the gym and I happened to have a class. I spent some time there. The swimming pool, indoor and outdoor hot springs and saunas are all available. It is very suitable for vacation. Every dish in the breakfast is presented like Michelin hahaha. The restaurant manager even came to follow me. chat. The hotel also has its own golf course. Halfway up the mountain. A very happy stay experience, worth the rush!

The hotel is located in a quiet area. Around banks, cafes and restaurants, there is a place to eat. Shops are also, all on foot available. To the airport or t.d. station go 30 minutes. Rooms are small but comfortable. Of the downsides - there are no many hygiene sets. The hotel is worth its money!

This hotel is very cost-effective. It is not far from the train station and the airport. It is only about 5 kilometers away from the National Museum. You can take a car or walk. The most important thing is that there is a kitchen with complete facilities. There is a supermarket next to it, which makes cooking very convenient. The waiter's attitude is very good, and the hygiene is also very good. Slippers, hair dryers, and kettles are provided.

The guesthouse is at a prime location, just a 3-minute walk from the train station (Zurich HBF), and it is also conveniently near several bus stations. The reception is helpful and located just across the street, offering 24-hour service via WhatsApp. The staff was friendly and always available to assist with any questions or requests. We booked a double room, which was clean and well-maintained. Although we didn't opt for breakfast, the guesthouse provided complimentary drinks in the shared lobby. There are several supermarkets and food options nearby, making it easy to find meals. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at the guesthouse and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient place to stay.

GGuest UserThe hotel is conveniently located close to the Zurich Airport and has free and frequent shuttle service to the departures area at the airport that goes every 20 minutes. The beds are comfy and the room is well stocked with free bottled water, tea/coffee station with a few options and a mini fridge. The shower was nice with good pressure but has the combined hair/body wash gel in a dispenser so you may want to consider bringing your own bath products. The linens were clean and soft but there were some crumbs left on the chair that made us feel it wasn't as clean as we thought it should be at the hotel. They did provide one small chocolate for the two of us in a small Swiss flag package but we feel they should have two. The rooms at this hotel run a bit warm even in November and with the window open and it wasn't as restful a sleep as we would like to get before a flight. The lighting in the room is all provided by lamps and we felt it was odd that the left side of the bed had a switch to control the lamp outlet on the right side of the bed. We felt the lamp should have its own control near it and I did unplug it before I went to bed because we didn't discover the wall switch until the next morning and simply unplugged it. That plug in is also difficult to access and I had difficulty getting lights on in the room in the morning because I also unplugged the desk lamp for the tea kettle and did not know where the floor lamp switch was. Check in went quite smooth and the front desk staff were friendly - They offered to set up an Accor membership account and offered two free welcome drinks to us. The hotel has a bar in the lobby area, offers breakfast for an additional fee and has a small convenience store behind the front desk where you can get snacks or Movenpick ice cream. Check out was quick as well and we were able to get on to the free shuttle bus easily but it is first come first serve so it might be worth going a bit early if you're in a hurry. We got to the airport a little late to return our car rental and it was a bit tricky getting to the hotel. We went to the hotel shuttle area and could not find the shuttle that went to the Movenpick despite asking a few drivers. It is about a 10 minute drive from the airport itself so we asked a taxi driver and they offered to do the ride for 30 CHF which was insane considering Uber can do it for 15 CHF. The tram was the best option and took us from Banhof to Banhof Balsberg station for 2.8 CHF each and it was a short walk to the hotel entrance.

FFrancisco VicenteGood location, only 20 minutes walking from the main train station and 9 minutes in public transport with several options to travel around the city. They allow you to use their microwave and kitchenware if you bring your own food. Breakfast does not worth for the price you paid. Highly recommended if you are coming to Zurich for few days.

GGuest UserThe parking is extremely hard to find if you are driving. When you see the building on your right, after passing by the building, turn right and just stop along the road where it says for pick-up and drop off. The Front office is just right there, check-in, get your key, pay for parking and you can access the parking which is right in between 2 buildings. It’s super misleading and you need your room key. Just be aware as there is a road slightly further down with red “labels” on the ground, you cannot drive on those!! I learnt it the hard way.  Anyway breakfast is very good and well worth it! Rooms are also good.

CClaire MOur family of six stayed a the Capsule Hotel - Alpine Garden Zurich Airport to have a few hours to sleep comfortably between two connecting flight with an overnight layover. The Capsule Hotel is right at the airport in Zurich, easy to find, to access, to check in and out even at late or very early hours - everything is automated, so no personal contact is needed. When booking I could add that I would like the capsules to be adjacent to each other and received an email that that will be taken care of. So it was. The capsules were super clean, quite spacious (our cabin luggage fit in conveniently) and nicely set up, lighting was warm and for my taste perfect. It said that the air in the cabin is being exchanged 22 times a day, so the feel should be like the window in a room is always open. I had a quite good night. My husband and one of my kids felt like there was not enough oxygen in the capsule despite the air exchange. Obviously, we could hear the guest of the other capsules (altogether 26 in that room) come and go even though everyone tried to be as quiet as possible, but that was acceptable, given the fact that the capsule hotel concept includes coming and going whenever the respective flights arrive/depart. If you get an upper capsule you'll have to do a bit of an exercise to get up and down, but that's not so bad after all. 😉 Access to the capsules is via code that will be sent to you after check-in and is also access to the room where your block of capsules are in. There is a women and men bathroom, each set up nicely, with separate shower and changing cabins, a pile of floor mats to use, toilets, basins, mirrors - all was clean and looked very natural with a lot of wood being used for decorating/building. Altogether, I great concept, a convenient stay, I'm very glad that we could try it out! The next morning, we were at our check-in in no time - seriously cool!

WWilson SamWe had a terrible experience on the second night of the stay: We went out for city tour in the morning and when we come back to the room in the afternoon, our room is like being robbed, 3 out of 4 suitcases are missing, the bathroom is only half way clean, balcony door left open, most clothes hanging in the wardrobe are missing. I called front office immediately and i have been told that housekeeping had found the door of wardrobe is broken and has a risk of falling, so for safety reason, therefore, they have transferred our suitcases to the new room. so here are the question: 1. Why there are only half of my belongings are being transferred to the new room? You either transferred all my belongings to the new room, but not just half of it, it is so scary when you back to your room which it is like a crime scene! 2. Is it normal for a luxury hotel to touch guest's personal belonging without permission of the guest? 3. If the hotel find it a safety issue inside the room, why do they still let the guest go into the room? That kind of put the guest in a dangerous environment that may get injured! 4. Have the hotel ever tried to contact the guest, by phone/email of such incident had happened in the room? or worst case, to stop me to get in to the room, when i passed by front desk before get back to the room? none of it had been done In short, this is not acceptable for any hotel, not talking about Ameron is a luxury brand, the hotel has poor risk management, this is my first time using this brand and I don't think there will be a second chance, terrible experience and even on the checked out date, no one care to ask how was my stay.

Kkris_0Location – 9/10 One of the biggest advantages of Hotel Bristol is its central location. It’s just a 5-minute walk from Zurich’s main train station (Zürich Hauptbahnhof), making it super easy to get around. The Old Town (Altstadt), the Bahnhofstrasse shopping street, and the Swiss National Museum are all within walking distance. Despite being so central, the hotel is in a relatively quiet area, which is a bonus. Rooms – 7.5/10 The rooms are clean, functional, and spacious by Zurich standards. While not the most luxurious, they provide everything you need, including comfortable beds, a desk, a TV, and a private bathroom. Some rooms could use a bit of modern updating, but for the price point, they are well-maintained and comfortable. Service – 8.5/10 The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with recommendations or directions. Check-in and check-out are smooth, and the front desk is available 24/7. They also offer luggage storage, which is convenient if you have a late departure. Breakfast – 7.5/10 The hotel offers a complimentary breakfast, which is a nice touch. The selection includes breads, cheeses, cold cuts, yogurt, fruits, and cereals, along with coffee and tea. While not extravagant, it’s a good way to start the day. The breakfast area can get a bit crowded during peak hours. Amenities – 7/10 Since this is a budget-friendly hotel, the amenities are basic. There’s no gym, restaurant, or spa, but there is free WiFi, which works well. The heating and ventilation in the rooms are effective, but there’s no air conditioning, which might be a downside in the summer.

WWenyanfenYoyoThe hotel is very close to the airport, and there are buses. The hotel is self-service check-in. We spent a long time operating the self-service machine. We had to enter a reservation number, but no one told us the reservation number. After the money was deducted, we should enter our name to check in. It was as troublesome as a Schengen visa. Later, Ctrip called the person in charge of the hotel. After 10 minutes, someone finally came. The waiter tried for a long time but failed. Later, he just gave up and gave us the room card! Well, this is how we lived for an hour~~ The hotel room was very clean and new, and there were no hotel supplies. Anyway, it was just one night, so it was okay to make do with it.
