The hotel is very close to the airport, about a 10-15 minute drive. Although the direct distance is short, the road design is poor, requiring a lot of detours, which adds to the travel time.
The hotel is quite new, the newest of all the hotels on my Brazil trip. It's not in the typical dark red style, more like a bright-colored economy hotel in China, which I liked.
There's an airport shuttle at the entrance, seemingly running hourly, but unfortunately, I missed it.
The restaurant is decent; the selection isn't extensive but still acceptable.
There's an outdoor courtyard which is very comfortable for a short sit.
The room is compact but all the facilities are brand new.
WiFi connectivity was poor.
I asked the front desk if it was safe outside, and they replied that it's okay during the day but best not to go out at night. It's hard to imagine that even near the airport it's like this.
I had dinner at the hotel, costing 79 BRL per person. For someone like me who isn't used to the local flavors, it wasn't good value for money.
Throughout my entire Brazil trip, the only meal I thoroughly enjoyed was the BBQ buffet hosted by my client in Curitiba, because it had flavor. All other meals were bland and just for filling the stomach.
Considering the price and location, I would still choose to stay here again.
The environment is beautiful and the service is excellent. It's incredibly convenient for dining out and catching taxis, and parks, shopping malls, and other shopping areas are all within easy reach.
Facilities: The hotel is well-equipped. Just a heads-up that you'll need to bring your own towels, toothbrushes, and similar personal items.
The old hotel, dark room, carpet has a strange smell. Old furniture. A reasonable breakfast. I expected much more at the price. It's not a hotel I would stay again.
Airport hotel, so it’s close to the airport but far from sau paulo. However the train doesn’t take long and the station is only a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The room is nice, the breakfast buffet isn’t that great though
It was a good stay, the experience of hosting a castle is very legal, the building is 1950, so it has things that need maintenance, the Wi-Fi doesn't work, I made a reservation with a heating and 32 meters, but the room did not even have the size, Not a heating, but the attendants were well requested, with my requests, as I asked, to separate the beds, and they made it quickly, lighted the wooden and the sauna when I asked, it was a good stay.
The environmental facilities are more traditional and fairly clean. The service is not timely, and the front desk needs to be reminded many times before the required items will be delivered to the room. The geographical position is superior, convenient for shopping and business travel.

The hotel is very new, but after booking online, my colleagues and I were assigned to the elevators on different floors. You can hear the rumble when the elevator is running.
There was a sharp alarm sound for more than ten seconds at 12 o'clock in the morning, and again at 1 o'clock in the morning. I was so frightened that I couldn't sleep well. I reported it to the front desk the next day and asked for an investigation, but they didn't give me an explanation.
The hotel is a wonderful hotel, comfortable rooms and excellent breakfast! Location in the heart of Alphaville!

SSernaA wonderful hotel, which especially pleased with the breakfasts. Including gluten-free options. The hotel has a SPA - a good massage was very useful after a long flight. On the ground floor there is a restaurant where you can have a delicious dinner. The hotel itself is a little tired, but definitely better than the neighboring Grand Mercury, and the price difference is not great.

WWellington DiegoI absolutely LOVED both the stay and the party at Onze.
I confess that I was a little apprehensive due to some not-so-nice comments about the accommodations, but everything was perfect.
The hotel decor is beautiful, we were very well looked after from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The receptionists are very nice and attentive.
The room is magnificent, very cozy, spacious beds, a large bathroom and a hot shower with strong water to relax.
We spent New Year's Eve on the eleventh floor of the hotel itself: wonderful!!
My congratulations to all the staff, I will definitely be back and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!
GGuest UserI made a reservation to stay after the marriage ceremony and fortunately, the hotel upgraded our room.
During the check-in, they served a glass of champagne and provided us with a bottle of free champagne as well.
The room was very spacious with a city view and we could enjoy the club lounge having some finger food and drinks there.
In the morning, we enjoyed various breakfast and the place was really beautiful. It feels like we were in the garden!
The other facilities like sauna and swimming pool were also good enough to relax.
I highly recommend this hotel to stay in and would like to choose again next time!!

SShuangtaishenghuoThe Nth time I stayed at this hotel, the facilities and environment of the room were basically no rivals at the same price. The only downside may be the location of the business district. But there is no impact on the people I came to exhibit. There is a super invincible delicious Chinese food nearby ~ Great bonus points
GGuest UserI have to give a big thumbs up to this hotel! I stayed in three hotels in Brazil: Fairmont, Grand Hyatt, and this one! This one is the most cost-effective! Breakfast included is 1200+, and the room is also very good! The toiletries are L'Occitane, and there are conversion plugs! ! ! The most important thing is that it is very close to Avinida Paulista, a 30-second walk, and Paulista Street is on the right when you go out! ! The shopping mall is 2 minutes away, and MASP Sao Paulo Museum of Art is only 5 minutes away! ! ! I strongly recommend staying here! It is much better than the Grand Hyatt which costs 2000 yuan! ! !
CChristopherA nice and well-appointed hotel with very friendly and helpful service, comfortable rooms, and a quite good breakfast. The spa was nice and offered a solid massage at a reasonable price. The location is better for business than the more trendy eating and shopping areas but there are still a good range of restaurants nearby. The former Four Seasons, the design shares an aesthetic with what was the Four Seasons Shanghai Pudong. I would happily stay again.
AAnonymous UserNice location, reception could have been more helpful when arranging early check in after a 12h flight. There obviously was a room available of a higher category for a couple $ extra but this was only suggested after 2h of waiting in the lobby (had also contacted in advance weeks prior). Also no room amenities available that you'd expect like toothbrushes, razors, shower caps etc.
