Zhijin Resort is a peaceful retreat surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery. The rooms are clean, spacious, and designed for comfort, with many offering stunning views of the natural landscape. The resort has a calm, welcoming atmosphere, making it perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring. Staff are friendly and attentive, always ready to help. The dining options include both local and international dishes, which adds to the convenience of staying on-site. While it’s located a little outside the city center, the serene environment and fresh air make it well worth the stay.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the ancient city and the Confucius Temple, making it super convenient for dining and shopping. The rooms are also great – spacious and very clean. The only downside is that just one elevator goes to the front desk, which isn't very convenient. The breakfast selection was limited, and when a tour group came in, they struggled to replenish the food in time.

The hotel is really easy to find, right in the city center, which makes getting around by car super convenient. They have two levels of underground parking and an outdoor lot. The room decor is very stylish and, more importantly, the room was clean and odor-free, which I really appreciated because I absolutely can't stand smelly rooms. On the day we checked in, we also tried the seafood buffet on the fourth floor, and it was incredibly plentiful and delicious. A truly full and satisfying experience!

This stay was such a pleasant surprise! The hotel's facilities were outstanding and really caught my eye, and all the bathroom amenities were complete and worked perfectly. The cleanliness was impeccable; the sheets and duvet covers were spotless with no strange odors, and the bathroom was sparkling clean. The environment was quiet and peaceful, and the view from the window was quite expansive. Xiao Zhao at the front desk provided excellent service, always accommodating our requests, which made the experience truly exceptional!

The hotel proactively reached out beforehand and, upon learning we had two young children, kindly upgraded our room, which was incredibly thoughtful. Upon arriving at the car park, staff immediately offered to help with our luggage; they were very friendly and approachable. The hotel has a Japanese-inspired design, making for great photo opportunities, and features a heated outdoor onsen (hot spring bath). The hotel's dog is also super cute!

The room was also excellent, with a huge bed and bedding that was much softer and more comfortable than expected. The decor has a local ethnic feel, very authentic. The soundproofing is excellent; despite being in a busy area, you don't hear any noise. The large floor-to-ceiling windows offer a great view of the bustling street. Very nice!

The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to the observation deck and conveniently on the roadside, so no stairs to climb. Inside, it's a pleasant surprise – very charming with a great atmosphere, and the lobby even has a terrace where you can enjoy coffee. Before check-in, a customer service representative reached out to provide directions. Since the tourist shuttle was suspended during Chinese New Year, we had to walk one stop, but thankfully a staff member helped us with our two large suitcases! All the drinks in the room were complimentary, plus we received fruit, and they even gifted us some tea when we left. Highly recommend!

Facilities: The whole environment is very beautiful, the hotel decoration is very design, the surrounding is visual enjoyment, the facilities in the room are also very comfortable, the bed is very comfortable. 👍 Hygienic: I am very satisfied, I can hardly fault it, but the second-child family travel is a sanitary corner inspector. When I moved the bed, I found a small transparent straw sleeve. This is understandable. There is no dust under the bed, it is very good 👍 Environment: The external environment and internal environment are very good, the price is very high, and I feel that the time to live is a bit less. Service: The quality of the service staff is good overall. The children feel very excited to go there. They play in the water and play all over the ground. The aunt came to sweep the water in our bathroom very late. Thank you very much! The breakfast buffet cannot be packed, but the restaurant sister knows that our children can't get up, and intimately informs that you can take a little bread back to the room to eat, and register the room number! It's really warm ❤️. Very satisfied with a consumer experience, I feel that I will go to Liupanshui again because I want to stay at this hotel again.
