Hotels With Breakfast in Castile and Leon, Spain

Firstly this hotel is fabulous because of its location on a hill. Potentially you would need transport if you intend on going into Segovia (taxis are few and far between) Segovia centre is definitely worth a trip. The views from the hotel are breathtaking day and night. We walked into Segovia centre it takes about 50 miles and it's about 3.5 miles one way. The Staff are extremely friendly and some speak very good English. It's a hidden gem. The Pool area is well maintained with a life guard. Sun loungers and static parasols readily available. We were on a half board basis and I truly recommend it. The breakfast had ample choice and cooked was available at an additional charge. Even dinner was exceptional I can highly recommend the salmon the hake and the tuna salad as well as the chocolate pud. I didn't find the local spirits / drinks or wine and beer overly expensive. We stayed for 2 nights but I could easily have stayed a few days longer to totally relax. The Weather was extremely hot during our stay 33 degrees and we had the most wonderful downpour of rain whilst sipping wine on the terrace of which there are a few but not all open because it's early in the season. My only issue was dinner at 9pm for us it was a little late. Remember to reserve a table as the check-in desk doesn't seem to tell guests who are checking in. However you could have bought lunch from 1.30pm cafe/bar area or paid for a reservation at the restaurant. The Pool area provide towels but you must have the (towel card) with you to collect these from the pool attendant the card is provided by hotel reception.

The Good: · Unbeatable Atmosphere & History: This is the star of the show. Staying in a thoughtfully restored 13th-century convent is an experience you won't find anywhere else. The serene cloister garden, the ancient stone walls, and the overall tranquility are magical. It feels a world away from the bustle, yet you're close to everything. · Friendly & Helpful Staff: The team at reception was wonderful – welcoming, professional, and full of great tips for local restaurants (ask for their hidden gems!). · Good Value: For the unique experience and location, we found the pricing to be very reasonable compared to other central hotels.

An great hotel and for the quality and the price a bargain. The location is on the corner of the main plaza with the breakfast room over looking the square. Beds and rooms are clean and good quality. Everything is within 10 minutes walk with some very good restaurants a few minutes away.

The hotel is very well located near the centre, although the hotel was not 4-star.

The hotel is in the historical part of the city on a fairly quiet street. The single room is small, but you can unpack your suitcase. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is spacious, there is a bidet and a bathtub. I would stay again.

Located in downtown Burgos, it's convenient to walk anywhere within 10 minutes. The room was especially spacious, which was a real luxury, and it was exceptionally clean with hardwood floors, so we didn't have to worry about dust. It was a really pleasant stay.

The castle is very good, a rare experience, very cost-effective, not far from Salamanca, highly recommended! The kids have to add 25 euros, but the kids love it. Please choose a high-level room type, the cheapest room is downstairs in the periphery, we upgraded to the courtyard upstairs, the room is too much better. Dinner is also remarkable, the children's menu is special, Santella is delicious, not afraid of not eating delicious here. The front desk lady helped us too much, and the other service staff were also very good.

Great location easy to walk around. Good breakfast section with cava. Service of staff polite. Parking right next to hotel with discount. Air conditioning adequate for the month of june. Only downside, some noise at night from the plaza (guess young people partying and talking)

En general, muy buen Hotel. Buena ubicación para pasear por los alrededores y un buen desayuno. Otro punto importante es que acepten mascotas.

There is plenty of car parking spaces on the hotel grounds. The staff were friendly, helpful and could speak very good English which was very used as we do not speak Spanish! The hotel is a beautiful old building which had been modernised with consideration. Our room was extremely clean with a comfortable bed. The shower was adequate for our one night stay. The TV only had a news channel availing English, and the TV was an older style so we could not plug in any additional technology. We ate dinner in the restaurant as it would have been too long a walk in the rain. The food was reasonable and the house wine was very good. The cost of the meal though was very over priced. I would stay here again but maybe not have a meal in the restaurant due only to the price. The restaurant staff were lovely.
