The hotel is ideally located right in the heart of Rennes' old town, perfect for exploring on foot. Parking is convenient, with a paid underground car park accessible 24/7. Just a heads-up: the market is held in Place des Lices every Saturday. After passing through a quiet inner courtyard (where you can also enjoy a drink), you'll reach the check-in desk. The welcome was perfectly professional, much like what you'd expect from a Mama Shelter hotel. The room is spacious and features modern decor. An umbrella is provided (which can certainly come in handy in Brittany!), but there are no facilities for coffee, tea, or hot beverages. There's a mini-fridge with two bottles of water and a safe. Please note that a €50 per day deposit is charged immediately and refunded within a few days after your departure.

Great facility to find the apartment there is no concern for the parking the apartment was of a great cleanliness the staff hosting and competent rooms are very well organized I will return without hesitation if the opportunity to work in the region is again

Cadre et vue magnifique. Parcours marin extérieur appréciable. Petit déjeuner classique et bien préparé mais il manque peut être une touche de modernité.

The window of our room faces a garden, which is quiet and beautiful. There is a dessert shop near the hotel. The desserts are exquisite and delicious. The surrounding buildings and cobblestone roads make people feel like they are in a historical city. I recommend this hotel when visiting Rennes.

The hotel is very well located, near the shopping centre and at the entrance of the city of Vannes, the welcome is sympathetic and comfortable bedroom, We recommend !

First of all, it's close to Mont Saint-Michel. The nearby restaurants are expensive and not very tasty, so I recommend buying something from a supermarket before coming here. The service and room facilities were about what you'd expect for the price.

Super hotel, beautiful and clean room.

The first room (premium in the roof floor) was unfortunately very noisy (strade noise + crack noise from the roof window through windscreen). After the first night then ”downgraded” into a standard room, which was acceptable from the volume. The staff has handled my complaint professionally, in any case one thumb up! The cleanliness was very good in both rooms. The breakfast was unfortunately a little disappointing for the price. In general it was okay, but we wouldn't stay here again.
