Stayed in February 2026. Great location for sightseeing in the Acropolis. I read the word of mouth and knew that the facilities were old, so it was within the acceptable range at all. After all, the cost performance was good. It was good that slippers were prepared. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby, so I didn't have any trouble during my stay. I didn't go to the rooftop bar, but the view looked good.

Room is comfortably spacious, clean & amenities are available. Breakfast was excellent and the staff at the Kahlua restaurant were all friendly and nice. Even the hotel staff from the concierge to Frontdesk.

Great hotel for the price I paid. It was clean and had everything I needed. Good views of the Acropolis. It is located a short walk from Monastiraki Station. Room was spacious, clean and quiet despite being in a busy location. Breakfast was sufficient and tasty. I would stay here again!

But let’s be honest: great pools and magnificent chandeliers don’t create world-class hospitality. People do. From Marios and Brian to the rest of the incredible staff, everyone greets you with a genuine smile and makes you feel like a king in his castle. Their professionalism, warmth, and authentic care for every guest are what make this hotel unforgettable. I was so excited to learn the Attalos hotel is very central to everything! The front desk was very attentive and gave me lots of information about this fabulous area in Athens. I got some delicious breakfast up the block. I perchased a warm jacket for 10eu. In a second hand store. Goodwill Greco style! Im always cold. Even in 70 ‘ temp. Florida aclimated lol I’m here alone meeting friends. I feel very safe and would recommend it to anyone who is solo! Kali Taxidi! 🎉🎉🎉🎉

This place is quite unusual. My room was upgraded so that I had a suite over two floors, with a small private pool on another lower level. Absolutely every convenience had been considered, some extras might verge on overkill (bog roll tied up with a ribbon for example). The room looked amazing on first inspection, but I quite quickly realised the smell of the pool was so strong it stung my eyes, and the sound of the ventilation unit was quite a roar. There was only one small openable window on the mezzanine level next to the bed and I had to sleep with that open as wide as possible. Bed was extremely comfortable, I had to turn off the pool ventilator unit in the middle of the night because it kept waking me up, but once I had done that and the smell of baking bread entered the room from a bakery down the road I slept like a log. Staff were really nice and friendly, but they are working with quite difficult circumstances and perhaps unnecessarily. The kitchen is on the bottom floor and breakfast is served on the 5th floor roof (from which you can see the Parthenon) breakfast is a little awkward as you get a huge wicker basket 🧺 full of food plus crepes, plus omelette, plus tuna sandwich, a whole baguette (some more little ribbons), and I am not sure anyone can eat as much as is provided, and the server had to keep travelling up and down in the one person elevator. Probably would be better to ask guests what they would like to have for breakfast out of the options available and have a coffee/tea station upstairs. There is the option to take lunch in your room - for which the picnic basket concept makes a lot more sense. Seems like there should be a way to make the place feel more efficient and common sensible. I did get the feeling that they might have only just opened and are finding their feet, so I hope this review will be useful - certainly was a generous accommodation and staff are working very hard to make sure guests have the best possible experience.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a short walk to Omonia Metro Station, making it very convenient for getting around. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the gym and laundry facilities are very practical. A special thank you to Executive Manager Katerina and front desk staff Thanos for their friendly attitude and attentive service. Overall, it was a great stay, and I highly recommend ERMASS Athens!

The central location of the hotel made our travel itinerary much easier, especially with visa procedures. Being so close to the metro meant we could easily get anywhere we wanted. The welcome at the hotel was very warm, and the staff were all friendly. We'd like to thank everyone for their hard work.
