I rarely score a full score for a hotel or restaurant, but this one has to be full! This hotel, from the decoration of his facilities to the warm reception and drop-off rate of the lady at the front desk, and after arriving in the room, we will explain to us every one including coffee machine, refrigerator, ice machine, and washing machine, dryer. I booked a double/twin room and was allocated Room 306, which does not match what was advertised. The room’s ceiling is unusually low, occupying a significant portion of the space and making the room feel cramped. There is only heater in the room and no aircond. Although during booking, it is stated with aircond. Therefore, we need to leave window slightly ajar for ventilation. A condenser located outside the window generates continuous noise for several minutes at a time, with brief quiet intervals in between. The noise is disruptive and affects sleep and overall comfort. When we went down to request for a room exhange, they said they are full house and they is nothing that they can do.

Great location right in front of the bus terminal, spacious area to unpack, and a large shower room. The contactless check-in and communication made it easy and convenient for a solo traveler. Since it’s the off-season and I got to use the room alone at an affordable price, I was very satisfied!

Location great. Helpful staff with any requests no problem. Fantastic help towards parking as it is not straight forward and requires some assistance. Great information regarding parking provided beforehand. Room are excellent and comfortable. Highly recommend

Perfect place for a stay - longer or just a weekend. Clean, spacious room and hotel facilities. Amazing view from the balcony and infinity pool Very good spa included in the price. Close to the nice beach. Definitely too cold water in the swimming pools😕

The hotel is in a good location, right in the old town, not far from the main hotel, and very close to the sea. The room was clean and tidy. fully equipped. There is no extra bed in the room. Breakfast is not bad. Parking on the roadside of the beach, we don’t charge for the weekend, we don’t know. But the parking space was a bit nervous, I turned two laps and found the place. However, when the suitcase is taken to the hotel, it is necessary to take the 2/30 level uphill road. The boss and the staff will help to get it, and when they leave, they will help. The service is good.

We loved the view from the 3rd floor. Breakfast was good and the staff was very helpful. Our only concern about this hotel was the angled ceiling which caused my husband to bump his head in the middle of the night.

Nice hotel. Located 15min driving from Split city centre. The only downside is that the staff is not flexible and always using the sentence “this is the policy”.

Everything about the hotel itself is exceptional - the location in old town Sibenik, the rooms full of beautiful art and cozy quality, and the service from the staff is outstanding. HOWEVER, the one problem we had with our stay was locating the hotel from maps navigation (Google maps, Apple maps, and car navigation system). I would suggest that the hotel send an email to every guest a few days before check in with a map of old town that shows clearly how to get to the hotel from the driving roads through the pedestrian-only streets, and where parking is located.
