what can I say about this hotel... the first one, there is very polite reception, they can give you good advice and show the best rooms they have to choose. the second one, really pretty sweeming pool inside, it's looks no so big, but it has a very nice view to the sea and warm water, where you can relax and enjoy the surroundings. the third, what I really enjoy....full inclusive barbecue dinners only for 7 usd, the waiters looking for you and try to help you with everything they come to you to ask and suggest the best dishes or just bring fruits or juice. It's the place where the staff really try to take care of you. after long trip, I really enjoyed the place and got energy for the future steps in my trip to sulawesi Island.

Disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel, recently found a cockroach in the room. Please pay more attention to the cleanliness of the room. And today the breakfast service was also disappointing because the restaurant staff did not allow take away food even though the breakfast quota was for 2 people and only one was used. Please pay more attention to the breakfast service for customers who are staying. Thank you.

It is one of the newest hotel in Palu. It is a great concept but average execution. Hotel visions as like the boutique hotel in French. European Classic type. I have twin room type one night stay and deluxe queen the next day . The twin room felt full packed of furniture and make no space to move around. Towels and bed are new so it was nice. The shower however was not enjoyable. Water flow out was terrible  with no door make water flood out of the shower box. Inside the shower box, only found a bottle of body wash (but no label) and no shampoo. Breakfast is average, open kitchen is a bit noisy. Sofa tables are rarely used because of table high position makes no sense when eating.

their location is very good, accross open field, perfect for workout (outdoor walk) by morning or afternoon. The staff are friendly and helpful. also the room is clean I've tried their breakfast buffet, so delicious they have local specialty foods, and it is nice able to try them. keep up the good work

When I checked in, the person in front of me took a long time to sort out/find a solution. I waited quite a while, even though there were other staff members who should have been able to help me. The hotel interior seems to be heavily inherited; these days, the TVs are still manual. The chairs in the room are already unusable.

Must to visit hotel in luwuk.. nice view.. spacious hotel and rooms. Just for cleanliness need to be improved again

Near the city center, the blankets are a lot of spots, under the bed there are waste of plastic slippers and guest earplugs before we stay. The yellow is really awful. It seems that it's just when cleaning the room. The bathroom Westafel and the tissue holder are rusty

new hotel and looks fresh. my booking including breakfast but instead of a full meal breakfast , it was delivered to room with limited choices such as Nasi Goreng or Bubur. the reason given was low occupancy so the full serving kitchen was closed. I would suggest the booking system gives the option of with or without breakfast so at least I can manage my expectation. wifi connection was very slow. smart tv is not working when I logged in to my netflix account.

Nice hotel, strangely organised and doesn't feel cosy but pleasant none the less
