I stayed here for a business trip and had such a pleasant experience. I was lucky to get a sea-view room and the scenery was absolutely gorgeous. The room was clean, the facilities were complete, and everything felt very comfortable. What I appreciated the most was the service. Every staff member was genuinely warm and helpful. Even when I accidentally got spicy soup in my eye, they responded quickly and took great care of me. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

We stayed for two days at this hotel, and it's probably one of the best you can find in Luwuk. While the hotel was clean, it felt a bit neglected in some areas. During our stay, it was full of children who were running and screaming in the hallways from 6 AM, which was quite annoying. Also, the pool was always packed with kids playing, making it not particularly appealing for a swim. Breakfast was quite comprehensive and very good. However, on the second day, we went down a bit later, around 9 AM, and many of the options had already run out. Overall, the service was friendly, but communication via WhatsApp left a lot to be desired; sometimes they didn't respond. In fact, I asked them for help organizing an excursion and never received a reply. Regarding the spa, we booked a couple's massage, and the experience was quite disappointing. The woman who attended me kept stopping during the massage, and at first, I didn't understand why until I turned around and saw she was looking at her phone. I had to ask her to stop. Even after that, notifications kept sounding a couple of times, giving the impression they were checking social media or something similar. In fact, her phone even ended up resting between my feet. Very unprofessional, honestly.

It is one of the newest hotel in Palu. It is a great concept but average execution. Hotel visions as like the boutique hotel in French. European Classic type. I have twin room type one night stay and deluxe queen the next day . The twin room felt full packed of furniture and make no space to move around. Towels and bed are new so it was nice. The shower however was not enjoyable. Water flow out was terrible  with no door make water flood out of the shower box. Inside the shower box, only found a bottle of body wash (but no label) and no shampoo. Breakfast is average, open kitchen is a bit noisy. Sofa tables are rarely used because of table high position makes no sense when eating.

Staying at Aston Palu was quite comfortable. The room was clean, the bed was soft, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The staff were friendly and helped with a quick check-in. The view from the room was decent, especially if you got a higher floor. Breakfast was alright, not a huge variety but the taste was good. The swimming pool was clean, although the area around it could get a bit crowded sometimes. The location is easily accessible. Overall, it was a good stay.

Just stay one night. We got pick up at the airport. Room is nice and clean. Also come wih breakfast. Noting to complain.

So far in my opinion the best hotel in the city. Because the location is strategic, complete facilities, friendly staff, cleanliness is maintained but with affordable price. The front desk is friendly and helpful. Before coming, I have filled in a special message such as a room on a high floor and near the elevator, and when I checked in my room was on a high floor and right next to the elevator. Without being asked, the officer has explained everything that guests need to know in a friendly and warm manner. If I go to Hammer City again, I want to stay here again. Recommended.

Very helpful people who will be eager to help you with local transportation to the waterfall, beach and other destinations in Sulawesi. Coffee, thea, sugar and water cooker free available in the room. Beautiful panoramic location of lake Poso. Good Asian breakfast with rice, noodles, meat, fish, vegetables, tofu, fruit and even white bread with jam.

their location is very good, accross open field, perfect for workout (outdoor walk) by morning or afternoon. The staff are friendly and helpful. also the room is clean I've tried their breakfast buffet, so delicious they have local specialty foods, and it is nice able to try them. keep up the good work

It's alright. There were no other options. It's lucky to have a hotel like this.

We booked this hotel for 1 night and finished happy with the room and service. The next morning we also got a taxi to go to the city center because we did not get any grab or gojek. The room is large and air-conditioned, good price quality.
