"Pros: - Green location - Quiet - Elegant - Pool - Large indoor parking lot (this is a major plus for those traveling by car) - Large room with a desk Improvements: - Poor maintenance: Water struggled to drain into the bathroom sink - Bathtub panel leaked, causing flooding and a slippery slope (a shower would be much better) - Dead plants in the gutters above the pool - Crumbling grouting under the pool deck - Loud noise from the pool filter holes: the plastic nozzles rattled - Few power outlets in the room for charging your phone - Air conditioning difficult to adjust (either on or off) - Pool opening hours could be extended in July and August (perhaps 9:30 instead of 10:00) Facilities: A pleasant property that could be significantly improved with a little maintenance. Being somewhat isolated, it is not suitable for those who do not travel by car."

"This was our last stop on our Europe trip, and by far the most comfortable hotel we've stayed in during our three weeks. The room was spacious and bright, well-equipped, and the housekeeping service was warm and attentive. The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options. The hotel lobby is bright and offers complimentary luggage storage. Next time I'm in Rome, this will definitely be my top choice! 👍"

"The hotel was very clean. The room was of a good size for a single traveller, and it was very quiet. Everyone working there was super friendly. Breakfast was good and could be better if there were some variety for different days. Location-wise, it took about 20 minutes on foot from the main train station. It's mostly an easy walk. It's also very close to Via Veneto and famous gelaterias such as come il Latte and La Romana are a short walk away. Overall, it was a wonderful stay."

Nobu Hotel Roma

Very Good

I decided to write this review in English so that as many people as possible around the world can read it, because this hotel truly deserves to be known. From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, every single member of the staff was incredibly kind, warm, and professional. Their genuine hospitality made our honeymoon even more special, and we felt sincerely welcomed throughout our entire stay. When they found out we were celebrating our honeymoon, they surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade. It wasn’t just an upgrade—it was such a thoughtful and heartfelt gesture that truly touched us. It showed how much they genuinely care about their guests. The room itself was absolutely spotless. I’ve stayed at many 5-star hotels around the world, but I can honestly say this was one of the cleanest and most comfortable rooms I’ve ever experienced. Everything was perfectly maintained, and every detail reflected the high standards of the hotel. One of my favorite details was that the amenities were from Byredo. It was such a luxurious touch and made the entire experience feel even more premium. The biggest surprise came after we returned from sightseeing. Waiting for us in our room was a beautiful and delicious cake with “Happy Honeymoon” written on it. It was completely unexpected and made us feel so appreciated. Moments like these are what turn a great hotel stay into an unforgettable memory. If I ever come back to Rome, I won’t even consider staying anywhere else. I will absolutely choose Nobu Hotel again without hesitation. I also hope more Korean travelers discover this hotel. Surprisingly, it isn’t very well known among Koreans yet, but it truly deserves much more recognition. Having stayed at quite a few luxury 5-star hotels, I can confidently say that this was one of the very best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. For me, it was a perfect 10 out of 10. I genuinely couldn’t find a single thing to complain about. Every detail, every service, and every interaction exceeded my expectations. Thank you, Nobu Hotel Roma, for making our honeymoon so unforgettable. We will definitely be back.

Was welcomed by the very friendly Dark haired Desk Manager. She swiftly glanced at the colors of my outfit and assigned me a room that perfectly matches... I found out that later as it was a pleasant surprise, she guessed that I drink lots of tea, so she gave me a huge luxury tea kettle to take to my room, some people are emotional genuises! She figured I booked this hotel because of the name... So she explained to me the historic significance of Fium-Icino and it's incredible subtle multi-player Ed lesser relation to the famous Rubicon, which used to be called Fium-Icino until the rediscovery of the Rubicon.. It's like all the Great rivers know each other! She explained that the Rubicon became associated with Barracks populism and the Tiber became associated with Aristocratic democracy and later on Enjoying Catholicism. The Hotel itself sits on the mouth of Second tributary canal that fed the new port of old Rome, because the original Tiber last miles were full of it! If you must see the older river Port is a 15 minute walk south across until you reach the North banks across of Ostia. As that settled in my mind, she explained the Tiber significance Upstream Rome... Small boats used to go up the Tiber deep into Umbria. The thought of all that was amazing, due to the Hotel significance it will be renovated into an exclusive Luxury 5 star Hotel, will be all Stone like the Monolithic Limestone honed filled sink, but with stone cladding everywhere it will become prohibitively expensive luxury hotel, but for now it's still an excellent Transit hotel... A good 1 hour walk from the airport, especially at night, make a right and follow the river North Bank of the new Canal and you will reach the Hotel... You can't miss it.

Piazza di Spagna 9

I recently enjoyed one of my best vacations ever at Piazza di Spagna 9 Luxury Suites in Rome. From the moment I booked, the team reached out via WhatsApp to offer help with transfers or tours — thoughtful and attentive without being pushy. I immediately felt like a valued guest. The suites sit on the third floor of a charming historic building right next to the Spanish Steps. Despite the unbeatable location, it’s remarkably quiet and relaxing. The concierge service is top-notch — when I was running late for my Pantheon visit, staff quickly arranged to collect my luggage so my husband and I could head out stress-free. Their restaurant recommendations were another highlight. We tried four places from their curated list, each superb and fairly priced, letting us experience authentic local dining away from tourist traps. The team even handled all our reservations. The reception area feels more like an art gallery, with stylish décor and vibrant paintings. Guests can relax in the cozy living or dining areas — a lovely touch. Our suite faced the piazza and was filled with natural light, offering a perfect view of visitors strolling by the Spanish Steps. Being steps away from Via Condotti’s luxury boutiques adds to the convenience. Special thanks to Franco, the owner, for his wonderful restaurant suggestions, and to Gianmarco whose friendly help made our stay extra smooth. The genuine hospitality and personal attention here truly stand out. It’s not just about luxury — it’s about feeling welcome and cared for. I’ll definitely stay at Piazza di Spagna 9 again and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome. Simply top rated — the best!

The bathroom was spacious, and the service was excellent; they even helped us split the king-size bed into two separate beds. The overall space was remarkably large for a European hotel, and it was very clean. The location was super convenient for getting around, and the air conditioning worked well – a big plus!

The hotel's location is not far from the bus stop, metro station, and airport shuttle stop, which was incredibly convenient for our early morning trip to the Vatican. The breakfast selection was quite varied, and they even upgraded our room for free. The front desk staff were very friendly, and they even verified our identity before letting us into the hotel area, which made us feel very secure. Overall, it was a great stay and we felt very safe.

Our flight arrived in Rome after dark, so we went straight to the Hilton at the airport. It was super convenient because we didn't even have to leave the terminal! The next morning, we took the Leonardo Express to Termini, checked into our hotel nearby, and then hopped on Metro Line B. We made it to our 8:45 AM Colosseum reservation with time to spare. Perfect! Nice! The lady at the hotel front desk was very professional and spoke excellent English. When we asked about the Leonardo Express, she gave us clear and simple directions, which really helped make our trip smooth sailing.

I had a lovely stay at Leon’s Place! The room was beautiful with high ceilings and very comfortable overall. It could get a bit noisy at times (thin walls, I think), but it wasn’t a huge issue. The real highlight of this hotel is the staff — so friendly and welcoming. They really made the stay feel special. The location was decent. It’s about a 15-minute walk to Termini station and a bit further from the main sights like Trevi Fountain, but there’s a bus stop just 2 minutes away that makes it super easy to get around. The area is quiet and feels very safe, with lots of embassies nearby. Breakfast was okay — not a lot of hot food options, but the pastries were nice. At €22, I felt it was a bit overpriced for what you get. If it was closer to €10–15, I would’ve had it more often. On the other hand, the dinner was delicious and had a great variety. The hotel also offers a free spa area (jacuzzi, sauna, steam room), which is a great extra. Sadly, I didn’t get to try it this time as it was fully booked — but I’d love to next time! Overall, I’d definitely consider staying here again.

A very, very good hotel. Although the location is a bit far from the city and the central station, a taxi cost about 16 euros a day, but the hotel rooms are indeed much better than those in the city. Especially the bed and soundproofing, the surrounding area is purely residential, restaurants and supermarkets are very close and convenient. The hotel provides a taxi service for 10 euros a trip to the vicinity of the Mouth of Truth.

Great and wonderful I had a memorable trip to Rome and stayed at the Dharma Boutique Hotel & SPA ar Jan 2025. The hotel has a limited number of rooms but is exceptionally clean, beautiful, and well-equipped, with great attention paid to the smallest details for guests' comfort. The hotel staff are very kind and attentive to guests' needs, and I would especially like to thank Raffa and Giovanni Loca . In the evenings, free snacks and various drinks are served. The hotel is close to major tourist attractions, and you can visit all of them by walking. Additionally, a metro station is just a few meters away from the hotel. Around the hotel, there are many beautiful restaurants and bars. The warm and friendly behaviors of the hotel staff have made me want to encourage my friends to stay at this hotel if they plan to visit Rome. Personally, I can't imagine staying anywhere else. Guests can stay at this hotel without any risk and enjoy its beautiful environment, excellent rooms, and kind staff.
