"The hotel has a nice setting out around the pool. The rooms are ok , but lack maintenance (cabinet door jammed and the faucets were lose …and other stuff like that ) . The staff is very friendly. . The overall facilities are limited , is a medium size hotel . Restaurant and breakfast on the average side , not much to offer and not that good . Expected a little better standard’s for a Sheraton ; yet still a good stay ."

Lukman PrayitnoI had a very pleasant stay at Holiday Inn Bukit Randu.
The room was spacious and comfortable. I stayed in a King Room with a balcony, which was a nice feature. However, the grass and plants outside had grown quite tall, partially blocking the view from the balcony.
The hotel facilities were generally well-maintained and in good condition. One thing to note is that the swimming pool and gym are located in a different building, so guests need to walk outside to access them. During my stay, it was raining, and unfortunately the umbrellas provided by the hotel were not in good condition, which made the walk less convenient.
What really stood out was the excellent service. Shortly after check-in, the receptionist called my room to ensure that the air conditioning was working properly and cooling the room as expected. They also asked if I needed any assistance, which was a thoughtful touch and demonstrated genuine care for guest comfort.
Overall, despite a few minor inconveniences, I had a very good experience. The friendly and attentive service, comfortable room, and good facilities made for an enjoyable stay. I would gladly stay here again when visiting Bandar Lampung.

First is the lift, it is annoying that we had to switch lift just to go to the lobby and concierge
Mall is not open yet so it is not quite like the advertising
Plus dialing the receptions could really took a long time to pick up.
Amenities are so basic.
Even the soap and shampoo smells like reguler brand. I dont know, but i can not recommend this hotel for future stay. 🙏

Guest UserHighly recommended for those who want to stay overnight and stop by on a flight. There is free airport transfer accommodation. The restaurant is delicious. I have stayed here several times. When you fly in the morning, ask for breakfast at Fakeaway and prepare it in the morning with a box menu of fried rice, capcay noodles and soy sauce chicken. Very satisfied, this place is next to Indomaret, a little ahead of Alfamaret. In front of the gas station. The service was friendly and satisfying. It's just that that day, please pay attention to the cleanliness of the bathroom floor when it's wet, even though it hasn't been in contact with soapy water, the floor was very slippery and I almost fell in the bathroom. The rest is okay.

Anonymous UserOverall, I am satisfied with my stay at this hotel. We booked the Executive Suite, and it was perfect for two adults and one 11-year-old child. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a beautiful view.
The breakfast offered a good variety of dishes, and everything tasted delicious. The lontong sayur was especially outstanding—it was one of the highlights of our stay.
There are a few areas that could be improved. The water in the bathroom drained quite slowly, so the bathroom floor may need some repair or adjustment to allow the water to flow properly into the drain.
The parking area is limited, and assistance from the parking staff is needed to park vehicles. There was no hair dryer or iron provided in the room, although these may be available upon request.
Lastly, I think the friendliness and hospitality of the reception staff could be improved to provide a warmer welcome for guests.

A perfect stay in a perfect location. Everything meets our satisfaction. Smooth check in check out, a spacious room with good aircon, kettle, fridge and spotless working bathroom. A big shout to all the staff from housekeeping, breakfast restaurant, reception, porter and secure staff. A special mention to the chefs who make delicious and plentiful breakfast we absolutely enjoy every morning. The best nasi kebuli I've ever had, so delish, so moreish, so perfect. The only thing is only 1 same sweet sambal everyday which would be better if homemade and varied. I would like to stay in the hotel group if they have them in different cities because I found Lampung is too small, and infrastructure to further beautiful areas such as The Sharks Teeth Beach are very bad, unfortunately I won't go back to this amazing hotel.

Guest UserWe booked hotel room through application, was great price however when we arrived and saw the hotel room. We found out that the bed cover was dirty, has blood stain, pillow case seems like not change cz there was a lot of black dot, found lizard on the hanging paint.
We did complain to FO desk, they handled the complain very well. Gave us updated 2nd room which is larger unfortunately we found bed ticks. Lastly, they upgrade us at business room which is was clean and we request them to change everything on the bed since we bring our infant with us.
Great hospitality for the staff at lina restaurant which make our night better with the service and food.
Breakfast was great as well.
