The hotel good , the aircon is also cold . Everything was fine . Only the downside is im almost trip because one of the tile is actually loose and left a big gap .

The staff were very friendly, and the housekeeping and hygiene services were excellent. The breakfast at the restaurant was delicious, with a great selection of food, drinks, fruits, pastries, cakes, coffee, juice, and milk. The bar was also very good.

Check in had some issues but eventually resolved with satisfactory outcome. Toilet shower flooded after every use but housekeeping resolved after feedback. Gym is good. Breakfast is more towards local dishes. Location is easy to go anywhere. Aircon is strong and bed is comfortable. Weekend may be noisy due to event space near the pool. Sound proof may be an issue for light sleepers. Good service staff. Nice pool but I did not use as too many kids.

Overall good, there is a problem with the rooms, there are smell too bad (smooky) and can be replaced with another room with additional cost. For us, that is no worries. Location is strategic.

The main reason I booked this hotel was because it is part of an international hotel chain and is rated as a 4-star property. However, I was very surprised by the building condition and the quality of the renovations. What made this even more disappointing is that the hotel has been open for less than a year. Given that it is a newly opened property, I expected everything to be in excellent condition. Instead, I felt that the hotel was not fully completed and may have been opened in a rush. There were still many areas that appeared unfinished and in need of touch-ups and further renovation work. Another issue was the shower’s hot water supply, which was very unstable. Even after setting the temperature to a comfortable level, the water would frequently fluctuate between hot and cold without warning. At times, it became unexpectedly too hot or too cold, making the shower experience quite unpleasant. Overall, my stay was disappointing. The hotel’s condition and facilities did not meet the standards I would expect from a 4-star international hotel, especially one that has been operating for less than a year.

Everything was pretty good overall, but after a long journey, when I went to check in, the receptionist caused some issues. After getting the room key and heading to the room, we found someone already inside. We then had to wait about 30 minutes for clarification. How can a receptionist not know if a room is occupied or not? Ugh!

My stay is quite good. Neo have good Aircon that comfort a lot in Pontianak hot whether. I got smoking room in the day 1 but they immediately switch to non smoking room once available, thanks to mbak Mala that help me a lot during my stay. Keep your hospitality on 👍

Be careful! if you don't want to listen to a night club daily until 2am, feel the base vibrations through the walls and bed (earplugs don't help), smell the strong ciragettes aroma, listen to the elevator tune in the lobby as the are no sound insulation what so ever. Listen to the street noise. Better avoid staying in this hotel. Cleanliness were OK for an Indonesian establishment. P.S. When checked in, we were placed into a tiny room without windows on the 3rd floor. As I've seen from other travellers, it could be tactics used to upsell for a more expensive room. We had specifically selected a non smoking and quiet room while booking. The room STANK of ciragettes! And loud music could be heard after 8pm, so the reception gave a different room quickly, only mentioning it should be a paid for upgrade.

The man on frontdesk so low attitude , and mood swing , haven't a good hospitality ; the room is large but a little old , the hotel located in central of the city ; near with coffee street , ”Ligo” supermarket walking around 10 minutes, and flamboyan traditional market nearest by walking 5 minutes 😊 overall the breakfast so good simple but complete •

Good recommendations from a friend living in PnK. Hotel meets my expectations & experience with the girl is fantastic. Friendly & helpful Staff very customer focused. Location is good next to the Ayani mall. No complaints. Definitely will choose the hotel for my next stay.
