"In Windsor, there are not many hotels within walking distance from the castle. This is one of them. I have to book as soon as possible. I checked a few days before check-in. The price has risen a lot. If you book a room by car, you must book a parking space at the same time. The hotel parking lot can park about 10 cars. I booked a parking space late and I was able to park in a public parking lot about 500 meters away. The room is a bit compact, but the demand determines the price."

Guest UserThis hotel is not near the airport. The Hotel shuttle from the airport doesn’t go to this hotel. 90% of taxi refused to go there from terminal 5 because it’s too difficult. There is no hotel-owned shuttle. Public bus 703 goes to hotel but is not frequent on weekends or late at night. You have to hire WeKnowLondon in advance.
Very misleading advertising that this hotel is convenient to airport. It is cheap because it is inconvenient. I paid £30 one-way for trip to hotel, so factor that into cost unless you’re taking public bus during regular daytime weekday. Also, no restaurants or shops nearby, but there is a petrol station.
Hotel staff, cleanliness and such are good. Location sucks. “Lakeside” view attached. Note lack of lake.

Guest UserWe always stay here, but on this occasion I wasn’t very happy as the bedsheets/pillow case smelt damp. And the door hinge was loose which made it feel unsafe. Room was swapped in the ended so I’m happy about that.

Guest UserAbsolutely brilliant hotel, fantastic staff who couldn't do anymore for visitors, clean rooms and clean common areas, plenty of activities to occupy the kids during the stay and plenty of refreshments during the day including good breakfast and dinner options.
We used the pool twice a day during our stay, visited the arcade and outside park / nature trails and outside games section and neither of my children wanted to come home. I 100% recommend this hotel to everyone and will definitely be visiting again!

Guest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, directly across from Windsor Castle. The parking lot is behind the hotel; you can navigate directly there by entering the hotel's parking into your phone, otherwise, it might be a bit hard to find. The parking fee is £30 for one night, which the hotel staff said isn't considered expensive.

Guest UserRoom was on ground floor with two queen beds, (I only needed one), tv off button didn’t work, the room is very old and dated and is in dire need of a refresh. Premier inn has nicer rooms !! Menu is very overpriced, vegan burger fries and a coke £35!!
I would not stay here again at least not until it has a refresh, it’s just seems worn out and old in the room I was in

Kaixinjiuhao0519I stayed here for one night before heading back home. It's a few kilometers from Terminal 5, but we had a driver taking us to the airport. The hotel does offer a shuttle bus, but I think it's for a fee. The hotel has a huge number of rooms, and the cleanliness was just okay. We booked breakfast and dinner, which were predominantly Indian cuisine. The front desk staff wasn't very professional; they forgot to give me one of my dinner vouchers and didn't even apologize when I went to ask about it.

Guest UserThe hotel's surroundings are beautiful, nestled in a residential area, so there are hardly any unruly crowds, and the locals are very nice. The hotel staff provide excellent service, and their English is fluent. The rooms are not densely packed, and the staff maintain an appropriate distance, which is appreciated. The breakfast area is clean, and while the selection is simple, the quality is high, and the fruit is fresh. I recommend trying the milk with various cereals. I look forward to visiting again.

Clairey73A great hotel, close to the motorway for the night before arriving at Heathrow for early morning flight. Only 3 days before arriving, I received an email stating that the car park for the night would be £7.50 for the night. Unfortunately none of this was mentioned in the booking, be aware that there is a car parking charge overnight

Guest UserIt was excellent, our room was quite large and was very clean and tidy. The staff at the service desk were very helpful if you needed anything. The location is awesome, right on the Thames river, close to everything, Windsor Castle, pubs, restaurants and shopping.
The best was our view out our bedroom window of Windsor Castle. It was stunning. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
