The welcoming and helpfulness of the receptionist was very nice, he was a kind person. The bathroom was good size, you can move around properly. The only thing I really missed that you have no access to open the window, and for me comes down to -you have to breath in the previous guests smell- The local bus costs £1.75 and runs every half an hour (which is not much) plus airport shuttle bus charges you £6.50 both runs twice in an hour. It’s is a nice quiet please, unfortunately there is no shops around the area, but despite this I still recommend this place. The level of cleanliness worth to stay.

Breakfast is the most wonderful thing. Only a few items are picked up at the bar. Others need to be ordered. There are only one or two waiters. It takes a long time to eat, and it is not necessarily your favorite. When there are many guests, the waiter is so busy that his face is expressionless. I really don't know why they want this kind of service. The big bed room is not bad, and the surrounding environment is also very good. Unfortunately, the breakfast mode is not mentioned in the details, otherwise I would not book this hotel.

I enjoyed my stay because the room is big enough with large toilet and everything is clean , the food is perfect as well the only problem is that even if the heating is already at 30 drgrees still cold but the staff came to bring me additional portable heating , All thier staff is kind helpful and very courteous , Excellent !

We stayed for my partners birthday. I contacted the hotel to let them know of the special occasion and they put some balloons in the room, as well as a small cake plate saying happy birthday which was a lovely extra touch. The pool is absolutely freezing though! The jacuzzi has been boarded over so is no longer there, which the hotel isn’t advertised on trip of having but I went on Google maps photos and saw a jacuzzi in the photos so assumed it would be there. The sauna and steam room were both quite dirty too the floor has chewing gum and other dirt on. The room was really nice, the walls are very thin though so you can hear everything from the rooms next door. Overall I would recommend this hotel for a stay but not for the spa facilities. Which is a shame as I booked this hotel specifically for the spa facilities which were a disappointment.

When I first arrived in Slough I had some misapprehensions but the staff have been absolutely wonderful, the room is perfect, the location so convenient I keep extending my stay! There is nothing anywhere near as good value available in central London and the train station with the massive Tesco nearby is so close and convenient it’s a no brainer. Save your pounds for seeing the sites. Stay here and enjoy the wonderful hospitality, quick un congested trips into the city, and a room you’d pay 3x the cost for in London. Room service 24 hours and an onsite gym. Don’t expect too much from Slough - but the access to London and Heathrow make this an exceptional choice.

Everything was fine for ~65€ per night for 2 person with breakfast. Very close, 15min away from airport heathrow bus station, cant complain, just breakfast was dull but its open buffee style breakfast and for the price it is welllll worth moneys worth! Cant complain. For this price, its unbeatable!

The location is very good, with good food, drinks, fun and shopping nearby. I stay here every time I come here. My children are very satisfied. The service is average, but it is okay for one or two days. Compared with the surrounding areas, it is still good. The price-performance ratio is incomparable. This is the UK.

The hottest day of the trip, stayed at this hotel for two nights. The first day was very dissatisfied. The Indian girl at the front desk arranged a room without air conditioning, and the electric fan was still bad. There was a wedding at the hotel that night, and it was noisy until 1 pm. I didn't fall asleep until 2 am. Our room has always been ventilated with a trash can on the door. At almost 5 o'clock, I went downstairs and the air in the room was much fresher. I really want to sleep outside. Daniallia at the front desk that morning was very, very professional. After understanding my super dissatisfaction, I upgraded the suite and made up for it. But I still forgot to help us deliver the luggage to our room and agreed. The overall biggest problem with this hotel is that there are not enough staff. The bar service is served by one person all day, and it has been working to the point of being anxious. This hotel is a historical house, but unfortunately the problems of management and owner have affected the experience. Fortunately, they have Daiallia's clever wit and cuteness to save their face. I also want to mention their gardener Phil, who has served in this big house and the big park for 26 years, and shared a lot of stories about this house with me. A very friendly and friendly British uncle. He is also the reason I will stay again in the future. Hope the hotel management can improve and increase the staff. Otherwise, it really is not worthy of such a beautiful historical mansion and invincible large garden.

After requesting a quiet room due to having our 11 month old with us we were placed directly above the function suite for a wedding and while testing the sound system the floor below are feet curated and the noise was crazy. The moved us rooms out of the original Manor House we requested and into the furthest room possible from all amenities on offer smaller than our original room, 3rd floor and no lift with a baby in a pram and lots of luggage. The room was also unbearably hot and a crazy sensor/light in the bathroom kept our son (and them us) all night. Not sure if recommended staying here. .

Return visit so knew what to expect :) super friendly staff, helpful and polite. Hotel was very busy as a wedding was taking place. However this did not impact our stay. Good variety of breakfast items inc dairy free products :)
