Most of staff were very pleasant and helpful, especially Monica and evening staff at the Bar:Robert. The hotel management could look at upgrading the standard and refurbishing the rooms. Overall I had a pleasant stay.

The hotel manager Ahmed was very helpful and tried to resolve most of my concerns. The apartment are not to standard at all. Thanks to Ahmed and the hotel staff that helped moved me from the apartment building to the main hotel. The food is good.

Praise it. On the top of the mountain, the view is very good and overlooks the entire city. The house is also clean and the staff is very welcoming and beyond imagination. Recommended hotel.

Cosmetically, the hotel is well-manicured and secure. They clean the hotel grounds, trim the bushes, and paint the scuffs every day like they do at Disneyland (impressive). Secondly, I was upgraded to a larger room with a kitchen, washer, and dryer inside the room at no cost because the hotel was crowded. (That has nothing to do with the review.) The room was very clean and up to my standards. All hotels in freetown are the cleanest, followed by the Atlantic Hotel. Nothing else can live. There is certainly nothing wrong. I have lived all over.
