GGuest UserHotel Panorama in Maiori is simply wonderful. The location is truly perfect, right on the Amalfi Coast with easy access to everything. The service was excellent and the staff were always kind, friendly, and welcoming, creating a warm atmosphere throughout our stay. Breakfast with the sea view was amazing, and the rooftop pool is something really special. A highlight was the Ferragosto party, where we had so much fun and enjoyed excellent food. I also want to give a special mention to the General Manager, who was always available, approachable, and genuinely attentive to any special needs. This personal care made our stay even more memorable and enjoyable.

LLisa1995This hotel boasts a classic style with rich burgundy tones and well-appointed wooden furnishings. It was beautifully decorated for the Christmas holidays. The front desk staff were kind and efficient. Our room was spacious and bright, just as pictured on their website. The continental breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of pastries and cakes, served in a room with a sea view. The location is ideal, perfect for reaching both Piazza del Plebiscito and the various restaurants along the Partenope seafront. Overall, a very positive experience.

GGuest UserThe balcony has a good view of the sea. The interior of the room is relatively spacious. The location is in the center of the town. It is close to the pier and the station. There are many restaurants downstairs. There are ovens and coffee machines in the public area of the hotel. There are not many breakfast options but you can eat it. The staff is very friendly and the overall price is high. In addition, you need to check in at the front desk of MiraMare Hotel across the street before you check in! !

DDebi no!They upgraded my room, which I didn’t expect. I did my check-in very late at night (around 23:00/11.00 PM) and they still welcomed me with smile! I really like the room, it’s super clean. The WiFi is very fast and even after that, I could still stay at the coworking space and sent my emails. I took breakfast at the bar there and in my opinion, the price is still very honest (3.7€ for a brioche and cafe latte). I’m even thinking to book my next stay here, sadly the rooms are fully booked already.

OoliviachenzwWe stayed 3 nights at Santa Fortunata Village in Dodome Tent No. 9 and had a pleasant experience overall. The village is located a bit outside of Sorrento town, but since we were driving, the distance wasn’t an issue. For those not driving, they do offer a buggy service, which is convenient.
Our tent didn’t have the best view, but we were still able to catch beautiful sunrises and sunsets. It was quiet and peaceful throughout our stay, with no disturbances from other campers. The bed was comfortable, and the tent included a plug point and two USB ports. However, there were no built-in lights, so we recommend bringing your own portable USB light.
There were ants on the ground, but it wasn’t a major problem. The parking lot was spacious, and the shared bathrooms and toilets were a short walk away. Showers had hot water, and there were plenty of basins and mirrors available. The provided hair dryer was quite weak, so it’s better to bring your own if needed.
The village also has mini marts and a restaurant. We had dinner at the restaurant once—it was a bit pricey, but the atmosphere was elegant and enjoyable. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. They offer excursions as well, though we had already planned our own itinerary.
All in all, it was a comfortable and quiet glamping experience. We'd definitely consider coming back!

GGuest Userthe hotel is wonderful, beautiful gardens, the staff is always friendly and at your service. the bed and pillow great. the view of the hotel is awesome!! the breakfast also good . we have dinner at the restaurant of the hotel great cooking , romantic seating, a bit more expensive than going out to capri center ( dinner for two only main course and a couple of wine glass 100 euros).
I would definitely highly recommend this hotel. price is excellent for what you are receiving. 5 stars hotel.

shuttle service excellent and free. write to the hotel so they will pick you up at the port. you can walk to the hotel but is a little tough with the luggage .

TTravel_with_soo_yanI'm impressed by the cleanliness of this hostel, which is way cleaner and prettier than other hostels that I've stayed before. The room even has a private bathroom and surprisingly also a little balcony, very neat and well decorated!
I'm also surprised to see there is a shared kitchen (which is also very clean and well managed) which serves breakfast! Truly amazing experience staying here knowing great people across the world!

TTANYUSHKA TThe hotel is wonderful, but I still felt uncomfortable. I didn't really like the staff at the front desk. Maybe not all of them are like that, but still... during conversations, there was a mocking emphasis on my not-so-good English. It was unpleasant. But overall: everywhere was clean, the linen fresh, breakfasts with a sea view and quite good, though repetitive, but there was hot food, which I haven't encountered in other hotels in Italy. And most importantly, the sea is nearby! And that's a huge plus.
Another point... Periodically, noisy parties are held on the hotel's rooftop, so if that bothers you, take note. Personally, it didn't bother me. They don't warn you about this when checking in. By the way, the view from the rooftop is amazing, and there's a small pool.

AaurorayeThis is the biggest chain hotel in Sorrento, located halfway up the hill, about a 10-15 minute walk to the city center's pedestrian street. Transportation is quite convenient.
The hardware facilities are fine, and the breakfast is plentiful, with a chef making omelets on the spot.
However, the service is truly awful! Check-in was incredibly slow. First, they couldn't find my reservation, then they mixed up names. Just because Chinese people share the same surname, do they automatically assume we're the same person? Laughable!
Naturally, the room we were given had the wrong setup. We booked a triple room, but as photo 3 shows, the bed should have been made, and all the amenities were only for two people. We had to go to the front desk ourselves to get more. We tried calling, they said 'OK,' but nothing was delivered all night.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend it, unless the price drops significantly.
