If you're planning to stay here, make sure to contact the accommodation about their shuttle service right after booking. The road to the property is a dangerous single-lane dirt track up a hill, especially for tourists who aren't used to driving in such conditions. On the other hand, the property itself is beautiful with truly stunning views. It has all the amenities you could need, but the one downside is that the internet is incredibly slow and practically unusable. One staff member, who I believe was named Yerso, spoke English well and was very helpful. However, the rest of the staff weren't particularly friendly towards foreigners.

Fantastic stay! We will be back for 5 days next year. We stayed for 1 night and 1 day, and everything was much better than we expected. The resort is beautiful and very clean. What we loved: The Room: We stayed in the purple chalet. It was very cozy, warm, and had a great mountain view. The Staff: The service was excellent. The staff speaks very good English and they were so helpful with our questions. Skiing: We had a great time on the slopes! The equipment and the snow were perfect. Our Plan: One day was too short. We liked it so much that we are planning to come back next year in the Autumn season for a longer stay of 3–5 nights to see the colors of the trees. Bottom Line: Highly recommended for families and international travelers. Thank you!

The biggest pros of this place are the beautiful surroundings and view, as well as the comfortable bed and the very pleasant room decor. The cons were the noticeable sewage smell and the lack of a hairdryer – it wasn't even possible to borrow one from reception. The price of the stay is quite high relative to the amenities offered. Breakfast at the restaurant (with a choice of a few options like scrambled eggs, omelet, or oatmeal) is included in the price, but it's only served from 9:00 AM, which meant we couldn't take advantage of it.

I arrived in Almaty late at night and had a connecting flight the next morning, so I was looking for a hotel close to the airport and ended up here. It's about a 20-minute taxi ride from the airport, and there isn't much around in terms of amenities. However, there aren't many hotels that close (within 20 minutes) anyway, and there's a convenience store just a 5-minute walk away. The facilities themselves were also perfectly fine, which was a plus. The only downside is that the breakfast provided in the morning is quite meager, so don't expect to fill up before heading to the airport. If I ever have another overnight layover at Almaty Airport, I would definitely consider staying here again!

This is a newly opened hotel, and the rooms are excellent, similar to the quality of a 'Ji Hotel' in China. The owner is fantastic, and the service is exceptionally attentive. The breakfast is quite adaptable to different tastes. When traveling abroad, food and accommodation are paramount, and I'm extremely satisfied with this hotel! My laptop cable unexpectedly broke, and the owner went out of his way, running twice, to find a suitable power cord for me. Otherwise, my work for this trip would have been delayed, so I'm especially grateful for the owner's help! This is a hotel with a heart that genuinely cares. They look after Chinese guests incredibly well, with no hidden traps or schemes. After many years of traveling abroad, this is the best hotel I've ever encountered!

It was very nice and clean room. Nice view als
