Originally, I felt that the hair dryer was not the configuration of each room.
I came back later because there was no room and changed a hotel. After the comparison, I wanted to say that this hotel is great! Very cost-effective!

In a separate room, the quilt is also given to the spare, and the quilt can be added if it feels cold at night; breakfast is included. Breakfast has bread, avocado, pineapple, papaya; hot water manu coca tea can be brewed and used throughout the day; there is a public area on the roof, and the clothes can be dried after washing; There is no charge for saving the package, and I have saved the package for four days and there is no charge. And the service staff are very nice and feel very warm.
Really good wife!
Katari Apart Hotel at Qorikancha was the perfect accommodation for my 3-day trip to Cusco! It is in a great central location, within walking distance to the various plazas with shopping and restaurants. My room was great - clean and comfortable with a kitchenette and private bathroom. Alex was an INCREDIBLE host - he was so attentive and responsive and gave me some excellent recommendations for things to do and see and restaurants to eat at. I was able to store my luggage after check out on my last day since I had an evening flight and Alex helped hail a taxi for me to ensure a fair price and safe ride.
This hotel is centrally located within walking distance to the markets & main plaza. The beds are comfortable. Rooms with king bed are small. The courtyard is nice. The breakfast was average to below average. The internet is free but intermittent at best. There is a nightclub nearby which plays loud music until 3:30am which makes it really difficult to sleep.
The reason I'm giving this hotel a 3 star is because of the excellent service we received from Oscar Silva Casafranca. He was courteous, efficient and always pleasant & smiling. He helped with our baggage & was quick to answer any questions or queries we had. He's a huge asset to this hotel.
Do not think twice to stay here, just book it!
Me and my husband had an amazing stay here during our trip in Cusco. The hotel is located at the heart of Cusco city and just a few minutes walk to the plaza, along with nearby shops and restaurants. It is run by a lovely family (Jose, Johann, and Miriam) who will greet you very warmly.
We had to get up incredibly early (4am!) for a tour and Jose prepared a packed breakfast for us. I told my husband it feels as if our parents prepared the breakfast because it was very thoughtful and we never got hungry throughout the trip :)
Johan speaks really good english so you will face no issue trying to get some tips around the city.
Thank you so much Johan and family for welcoming us, we will recommend you to everyone looking for a place to stay in CuscođЎ
Excellent service! I feel that we got treated like royalty! Best breakfast I ever had in hotel , helped us with luggage storage and COVID testing for our flight. Frank and the other young lady are the best ! Walking distance from tours and main Square . Rooms are clean and comfortable.

I had a great stay at X.O Art House! The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the location is perfect ,close to everything yet quiet and relaxing. I really appreciated the small sink, microwave, and pantry in the room, very handy after a long hike or on a rainy day. The staff were amazing and went out of their way to help, especially with my late checkout. Highly recommend!
Amazing hotel and great staff. Breakfast is very balanced and good, especially the fresh orange juice. The hike up from town can be a little challenging due to the high altitude but itâs a very quiet place and with beautiful surroundings and view of the city.
Highly recommended
I made a reservation for the night before to go to Machu Picchu.
I couldn't stay after all because the flight was late, but I arrived at Cusco Airport on the day of check-out, so when I told you to stay 3 days later, I kept my luggage well.

AAnsgarMaseFor the Price we paid, it was a great deal.
The Stuff was friendly, gave us a take away breakfast. We could store our bags there for Free when we went to Machu Piccu.
Its Simple, try to not get a room with Windows to the main street but it calms down at 9pm.
Showers are hot and nice pressured
The Stuff came twice and ask if everything is okay
Overall I defently recommend it and would book it again
GGuest UserHad two separate bookings with the hotel as I was going to Machu Picchu and staying overnight there. During my first day at this hotel in my first reservation, I was asked to pay for this second booking together. No receipt given but was assured that there will not be any misunderstanding. Was told to pack and leave my things at the reception and check out and re-check in. So not sure why I needed to pay for the second reservation upfront in my first booking (Maybe afraid that I would cancel it as I was really tempted to). As mentioned in my previous post, the amenities are severly lacking, cause of low water supply, the pipes and toilet filling up is very loud and the water flow from the tap is like the picture at night and it was trickling and dripping one of the early mornings when I had a tour. In short, i will not stay here again.
GGomezHotel Santa Maria was the best hotel during my stay in Peru, which included not only Cusco, but also Lima and Aguas Calientes. The bed was comfortable, the Wifi worked well and reliably, and the serice was excellent in several ways. For example, when I requested an airport pickup at 10 pm after flying 28 straight hours, a friendly driver picked me up. Ruby was particularly helpful and very friendly and wanted the best for me as a tourist in her country. She asked follow-up questions about my experience at Machu Picchu after getting back from Machu Picchu Pueblo. It waa great Spanish practice! The men front staff were also gentlemenly willing to help. In addition to the very hospitable demeanor, the tour service also saved my trip. I booked a separate city tour with a different company on Trip.com, but that tour never happened. However, the tour services of Santa Maria gave me exactly what I wanted from their own tour booking service managed by Edith. So, rest assured that service, too, is reliable. Be wary of online city tours done online in Cusco. No need to worry at this hotel, though. I used it also for the Rainbow Mountain excursion. With Hotel Santa Maria, I wouldn't have truly experienced Cusco, Peru! Mil gracias for helping me realize my dream trip to its fullest extent!
ćĄćĄBelmond Hotel is my personal favorite hotel brand, no one! Although it is relatively small compared to other five-star hotels, it is definitely an aristocratic experience! From check-in to check-out at the front desk, the hotel really does pay attention to every detail. The Belmond Hotel Cusco is a converted monastery. The hotel also has a church, which is very characteristic. The Spanish courtyard design is elegant and elegant. The hotel breakfast is very rich. Stayed late that day and was upgraded, very satisfied. It is located next to Weapons Square and has a good location. Great experience staying in Cusco! Ctrip's price is much cheaper than booking, and it is very powerful!
KK TravelsLet me start with the positives, stylish design, exactly like the pics advertised, from entering the hotel to the resting area to the balcony to the room, all very nice.
But you need to be ready for the stairs if you not getting here by car, going out and coming back from the square, especially if you have luggage or backpack, everyone arriving here were out of breath.
The bathroom has odor coming up from the pipe, which is normal for house this old, if you are okay with it.
I was in room 201, sound proof does not exist, can hear car passing, dog barking, guests coming back from partying at night, tourists cheering & leaving hotel for trips at 3:30am, didnât get much sleep.
Most disappointing thing was hot water, I arrived in the afternoon climbing up the stairs, was hoping to have a quick shower before heading out for dinner, stood in the bathroom waited 5mins for hot water, was told be staff hot water was out they are trying to fix, came back after drinks, still no hot water, was very late so didnât call staff, tried to have a shower before check out at 7am, hot water was still not available after another good 5mins standing in the shower⌠sigh
RReza MatinStaying at Hotel Andian Dream was an unforgettable experience. Nestled in a picturesque location, the hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort and charm. The rooms are well-appointed and provide stunning views, making it a serene getaway.
A special shout-out to Rocio, the receptionist and tour seller, who truly made our stay remarkable. Her warm welcome and attentive service set the tone for our visit. Rocio went above and beyond to ensure i had everything i needed, from check-in to recommending local tours that perfectly matched our interests. Her knowledge and passion for the area made exploring a delight.
Thank you, Rocio, for your exceptional hospitality and for making our stay at Hotel Andian Dream so special! Your dedication to your guests is truly appreciated.
AAdam NieuwenhoutThe room was everything you need for a hotel. The staff were super friendly and always wanted to make your stay great. Although the hotel is not close to the main tourist plaza, it is close to a great shopping ***** and the neighbourhood is nice. I would stay here again.
GGuest UserI stayed at this hotel twice; in between I went to Macchu Pichu and left the baggage at the hotel.
Location wise - itâs very central with a PeruRail office next door albeit the other ones are not too far.
Reception is 24hr and there is a nice courtyard with a restaurant as well as a common area with a kitchen at the back.
I stayed in the Teepee tent on both occasions; first time the rate was more affordable at around gbp40/night. In July, the night gets cold. But the tent does have additional blankets and a heater. This worked except on the last night as it seems it stopped in middle of the night. Without the heater, the room was quite cold. The common bathroom is at the back; the showers are ok and you get enough privacy. I noticed the hot water does take a while to come through. I left the baggage in the storage - no issues. Overall good but for same price bracket I would try somewhere else.
AAnonymous UserThe staff members are friendly when you see them, but two problems I encountered: the intro page of the hotel says it has a 24-hour front desk but it doesnât! One night I finished drinking with friends and returned to the hotel at 12:25, the main door was locked, I called and knocked for 15 mins and no one replied - worse still I have a 4:30am pick up for Machu Piccu tour the following morning and I couldnât change my clothes, charge my phone or bring anything with me because they just wouldnât open the door! I couldnât book another hotel either because any booking of the day only allows check in at 11am. I ended up sleeping in the sofa of a nearby hotel Prisma Hotel who was fully booked but kindly let me stay a night at their lobby.
Another thing was - the hotel room lock was shady and it became unlocked automatically sometimes.
Itâs not somewhere you feel you can trust.
