Séjour agréable , hôtel front de mer avec très belle plage de sable blanc fin. On peut le classer largement en 4 étoiles. Point négatif : la climatisation n’était pas fonctionnelle fin mai alors que forte chaleur dans la chambre. Je vous le recommande à 100%
The TUI Magic Life hotel complex in Djerba is absolutely outstanding, and the grounds are immaculately maintained. The culinary offerings are superb, and the animation team does a truly great job. The entire program is highly recommended, especially for families with children – there's so much for the little ones to enjoy!
It's a shame, however, that the otherwise very positive overall impression was slightly marred by a technical issue and a lack of communication behind the scenes. Halfway through our holiday, there was a leak from the air conditioning in our room, which caused water damage and peeling paint. We were offered a room change, but since half of our vacation was already over, we didn't want to bother moving.
The coordination between the Trip.com agents and the hotel management was unfortunately very chaotic, and I constantly received conflicting information. In the end, though, the issue was resolved with compensation.
Conclusion: A fantastic holiday destination for families that we would definitely recommend – but there's still room for improvement organizationally behind the scenes.

However, there are still some points to improve, such as the quality of some infrastructure (i have inherited a little bit red fridge for example). But honestly, for the price, meals, swimming pools, animations, tastes, staff availability, we should not complain too much. I will recommend, except for a few small details that you can't accept if you're not super-requiring
The hotel is located in the beautiful southern Tunisia tourist resort. The hotel has its own private beach, a large internal area, and a reasonable division of labor and design of various functional areas. The decoration has both local Carthaginian characteristics and is luxurious and elegant. The breakfast restaurant has an unbeatable sea view, excellent quality, large room area, and very high comfort.
The hotel is very warm and clean and beautiful room is pleasant whether it is in family couple or even alone !
The staff is in the small care for any request or claim at any time!
Advice to find places calling taxi and even doctor in case of need ( lived person my sister is falling there he has brought us a huge help call from the ambulance doctor and always asks news )
The servers are de-amour ! Price a little cheap ( to drink )

A pleasant stay at the end of April, it makes beautiful, clean hotel welcomes the right room and perfect cleaning service, all the staff to listen to you. The restaurant is a variety of choices with seasonal fruit. Animation team is always on your listening. There is a picnic covered with aquagym session every day as well as other sports activities. There are dance sessions and a large showroom.
I spent a good time with the family, I recommend this hotel.

Господин генеральный директор Riadh и управляющий господин Sofyan всегда на месте, с ними можно говорить и они делают все для вашего комфорта и отличного отдыха. Прикладываю фотографии с ними в последний день в отеле 🥰 ресепшн очень профессионален, красивая женщина, к сожалению не знаю её имени, всегда любезны, менеджер ночной смены помог мне с дополнительным одеялом, сотрудник который помогает с багажом очень приятен в общении. Одним слово, дирекция и ресепшн Cesar Thalasso делает для гостей все возможное, не словами, а делами 👍
Номера состоят из тихих бунгало, отличная звукоизоляция, номера после реновации, чистые и новые, оформлены в античном стиле, в соответствии с именем отеля, в них очень приятно находиться!

Сеньора шеф повар великолепна! Берите у неё и пасту и горячие блюда! Сотрудники ресторана, начиная от менеджера и заканчивая официантами, очень любезны!
Хорошие команды анимации. Итальянская команда в Cesar и тунисские ребята и девушки в Sunconnect. Также есть фото с ними. Очень дружелюбные ко всем гостям, всегда с ними взаимодействуют. Очень приятные впечатления! Отлично танцевали с юношей из команды Sunconnect , к сожалению не запомнила его имя, но он есть на фото) он очень дружелюбен. Понравился хореограф Nebyl из тунисской команды анимации. Его отношение к делу, энтузиащм к познания всего нового и талант к танцам! Желаю вам удачи! 🤗

GGuest UserMy experience at the hotel was excellent. The check-in process was smooth, and the reception staff made me feel very welcome. The room was modern, spacious, and quiet, with a beautiful view from the balcony. I especially appreciated the cleanliness and attention to detail. The hotel restaurant served delicious meals, and the Wi-Fi connection was fast and stable. Highly recommended!
GGuest UserI am quite disappointed by the quality of the rooms in this hotel advertised as a 4 star. The staff and manager are lovely and very helpful. The hotel itself is very beautiful and well located. But no air conditioning even in the executive suite even though I paid an extra €50 for 3 nights. The 1st night in a standard room was not worthy of a 4 star. Damaged bathtub, no support for the shower head, no telephone, a poor quality mattress, questionable cleanliness, in short, not what I expected. The restaurant is simple and the dishes are always the same, but it's good. For my part, I will not go back. Too bad once again the hotel is beautiful but the rooms are not great.
