We enjoyed staying here. The room itself is nice and well equipped with all the necessary amenities and their breakfast is really delicious and varied. I had the most comfortable stay during my trip to Turkey at this hotel. It is conveniently located within a commercial complex, right next to a modern, large shopping mall. The mall’s basement houses a food court with a variety of delicious options. The hotel is just a few minutes’ walk from metro and tram stations, providing direct access to the city center. The rooms are clean, cozy, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. To top it all off, the hotel's breakfast was absolutely delightful. Highly recommended for both convenience and comfort!

The staff were professional & helpful with queries. Central location closed to Basmane Gar & surrounded by restaurants,  shops & transport links especially the train to & from the airport. Left the luggage before & after checked in & out with no charges. Generally clean & comfortable beds. The toilet flush was sorted immediately when it was stuck. When the breakfast time was finished, the leftovers were allowed to be taken. The F&B staff, Maru & Aya were efficient & hardworking. Highly recommended.

Our room was beautifully spacious and comfortably furnished. The service staff were attentive and readily available, though communicating in English was occasionally difficult. We would have liked more lighting in the rooms. Occasionally, there was a smell of sewage in the corridors. Breakfast wasn't bad, but it didn't taste very fresh. The location was good, not too far from the main attractions. The pool was 1.45m deep and not particularly large; it was only suitable for a quick dip. As per hotel policy, guests are required to purchase a swimming cap for 150 TL. In my opinion, it's not recommendable if swimming is a priority for you. The hotel gym was equally small. I would only consider rebooking for a short stay.

The location is fantastic, the cleanliness is okay, the bedding is a bit rough, and there's a wardrobe for convenient storage. The only downside is that it's on a busy street, so there's constant traffic noise. If you prefer a quiet environment, this isn't the place for you.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The service quality was outstanding from the moment I arrived until check-out. The hotel itself was very clean, comfortable, and well-organized. The amenities were great and everything exceeded my expectations. I truly felt welcomed and well taken care of. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again.

The room itself was pretty good overall, and the location was convenient for getting to the subway station. It was also very quiet at night. However, the hot water wasn't very reliable. The front desk told me I'd have to let the water run for ten minutes before it got hot, but it only ever got lukewarm. For a winter trip, the water temperature wasn't quite hot enough for a proper shower.

Just right next to Basmane Gar Station. Nearby Agora Open Air Museum and Konak Pier and Clock Tower. Beds were comfortable, water pressure was good with stable hot water. There is a tv but couldn’t get it to the right channel to watch anything as it was in Turkish. No water bottle provided in the room but you can get a drink at the lobby with hot tea and coffee for free as well. Used the laundry service, it was on the very expensive side as they charge by number of clothes. Breakfast was good, very Turkish style. Overall, will come again.
