"Останавливались в отеле North Star Hotel в Трабзоне на одну ночь, так как нужен был хороший и качественный отель рядом с аэропортом. В целом остались очень довольны.
Брали номер с двуспальной кроватью — кровать оказалась очень большой и просторной, спать было комфортно. Номер без посторонних запахов. Вся мебель в номере новая, большой телевизор со Smart TV. Санузел и сантехника в отличном состоянии. Был кондиционер с режимом обогрева, что оказалось особенно удобно.
В номере также имелись чайный набор, кофе и вода. Чистые полотенца и свежее постельное бельё. Отель оставил очень приятное впечатление — с удовольствием вернёмся снова и будем рекомендовать друзьям."

FFRLOUYI 88We had a great time The staff were so friendly and helpful, it was social, and we met some amazing people during our stay. I loved the roof top terrace and the rooms were nice and big, and the breakfast was yum. My only issue was the location, all the restaurants near by are very overpriced and touristy, so you do need to be prepared to walk a bit out of the area for a cheaper meal. But then again, it is close to all the main attractions, so depends what you're looking for! Overall, I woul

MMs. TRAVELLERI was very very disappointed with the hotel. It is my second time, my first time I was extremely happy with everything and decided to book again , but this time I was completely annoyed. Unfortunately, I found the hotel in a very unpleasant situation but a big plus for its staff and their efficiency specially the reception guys . A big thank you to them.
Let us state the positive points, check in and out was quick and efficient. location is good. The employees are very attentive and efficient. Breakfast is great. Cleaning is done on daily basis. There is a spa and pool down but this time I didn’t use it so can’t say much. The view from the balcony is fabulous. The location of the hotel is excellent.
Now lets talk about the room. Everything is old and not maintained well. Bedsheets, bedcover, pillows and pillow cases all are old and all have spots on them. On my arrival my bedsheets, bedcover & pillows had different spots on them . I immediately called the receptionist and everything was changed. Ac doesn’t work well. The toilet flush is broken & doesn’t work well. The carpets are old . I can’t say anything about towels for I never use hotel’s towels.
I love this hotel but I was very disappointed with the situation that I saw when I stayed 4 days this time.
Overall its ok & passable.

وكان الاستقبال جدا خدومين وفيها شباب سورين ممتازين خدومين ومتعاونين مره فيها الاخ محمد والاخ امين والشيف عدنان جدا ممتازين
وكل الي فيها خذومين مره
تعاملهم جدا كويس والغرف نظيفه وموقعها حلو يبعد تقريبا دقيقتين مشي الين البحيره طلبنا منهم دفايه وفرشة وعلى طول جابوها لنا

EElena AntonovnaWe stayed one night in the hotel in Trabzon and then extended our stay for two more nights. The hotel has its own convenient parking next door. The furniture in the lobby is a bit outdated but still very comfortable. The hotel has two elevators, which is super comfortable. Beds and mattresses are very comfy, we had good sleep the entire stay. Breakfasts were very nice Good selection of cheese, olives and jams. They also served omelette with pepperoni, boiled eggs, fries and a selection of breads with local butter and honey. The staff was very welcoming. The hotel is located right across the street, but you can’t hear any noise from the station. We recommend the hotel if you want to stay on budget in Trabzon.

GGuest Userللأسف الشديد كان هناك استغلال فاضح لحاجتنا الى السكن وتم رفض استقبالنا في الوحدة التي تم حجزها بحجة ان هناك لدينا ولدين كبار في السن ولابد من تغيير للوحدة السكنية بغرفتين منفصلتين وغير مطلة على البحر وإجبارنا بدفع 450 دولار زيادة وفرق في السعر ليصبح الاجمالي لسكن ل 9 ليالي مبلغ 2100 دولار
وهذا كان مبلغ كبير جداً وهذا يدل على استغلال فاضح ولحد الان ترفض ادارة الفندق تزويدنا بفاتورة عن المبالغ المدفوعة ولانعلم ماهو السبب …….!!؟؟ نامل منكم اعتماد تقيمنا والبحث والتقصي عن ماحدث او سنظطر اسفين الرفع الى الهيئة العامة للسياحة في المملكة واستوضاح الامر منهم وبصفتكم الوسيط والوكيل في حجز الوحدة السكنية. وانتم الموكلين برضا العميل لديكم .

GGuest UserGreat place to stay, it was the best stay l had in turkey.
The staff were friendly, helpful and can speak English. The view is mesmerizing, the location with its surroundings makes you forget that you are near the city. Once you enter the place you feel like you are in a secluded paradise with its beautiful landscape, architecture, views, hiking trails and much more. Also the idea that the restaurant is down stairs directly on the sea is amazing. Breakfast was great, one of the most enjoyable meals I had in a while.
Last but not least ,I booked a duplex room and they upgrade us to a private cottage.
Thank you for everything, we will be back for sure.

GGuest UserThe hotel has good rooms with partial sea views. The reception staff are friendly and welcoming. It is close to the city center in Yomra. However, the hotel is located on a high hill, making parking difficult. The dining room at the entrance and the terrace are designated for smoking, and have an unpleasant odor.

GGuest UserI stayed for 2 nights for business. The staff were friendly, the rooms were spacious, and the breakfast was good. Excellent value for money. The location is also great, just 2 minutes from the airport. If I come again, I would stay here without hesitation…
