This hotel is 5 mins away from Charging Bull and NYSE. Train station is also very near. Walking distance to take Ferry to Statue of Liberty. Supermarket is also very near.  However, room is small and partition is thin. When next room closed the room door, can feel my room shook as if a mini earthquake. Next thing is there are only 3 lifts shared by 44 floors of rooms. If rush for time, better to take the lift earlier.  Due to the very expensive land in NYC, I have to scarifice room space for convenience.

I just stayed at the Motto in Times Square for the weekend, and had a great experience. First, let me say that I was born and raised in NYC (I live about 30 miles north of NYC now), so I know the NYC area very well, and it was such a joy to experience the city as a ”tourist” for the weekend. The hotel is in a great location near Times Square, where access to public transportation is very easy, as well as to restaurants, and Broadway shows. The hotel is very efficient and modern. The rooms are cozy, and very comfortable. The service is excellent, and the breakfast menu is delicious. I very much enjoyed my stay at the Motto in Times Square.

We had an excellent stay at the Delta Marriott Hotel in New York City. The location is perfect, close to major attractions and with easy access to public transportation. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities, making it a comfortable retreat after a busy day in the city. The on-site dining options were superb, offering a variety of delicious meals that catered to different tastes. We particularly appreciated the hotel’s commitment to cleanliness and safety, which made us feel at ease during our entire stay. Overall, we highly recommend the Delta Marriott Hotel for anyone visiting NYC. It offers a great balance of comfort, convenience, and top-notch service. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to the city.

We always stay at Marriott, although I rarely use my Bonvoy membership. I always book our hotel through trip.com. The fridge had a bottle of Coke that had been drank by the previous guest. The hair dryer bag is dusty. Everything else looks good. They provide free water during check-in and a raincoat in case of rain. The breakfast seems decent for the price.

Their shuttle service runs until 11PM. Luckily, we were able to catch the last shuttle. When we got there, one of the front desk persons got into an argument with a customer and stopped assisting other guests 🥹 we had to wait longer to check-in because of that. The other receptionist was calm despite what happened and he was friendly and helpful. The rooms are small. So if there are 4 of you in a room, your luggages will barely fit. The beds were comfortable but the rooms aren’t soundproof so you can really hear the street and the neighbors. Bring earplugs if noise bothers you. Breakfast was a pantry with cereals, bagels, eggs, potatoes, a meat dish, and fruits. No frills but it was more than enough for us. The best thing about the hotel is the location so if you have an early flight the next day, it will take you 10 minutes or less to get to your terminal if you’re in terminal 1 and another 10 minutes for every next terminal so plan accordingly.

The reception staff is very cooperative and available 24/7. The local NY tour guideline desk person is very good as he guides us perfectly and shows us the best approach for reaching the destination. The cleaning staff is also good and keeps our room clean and hygienic.

Location, hotel is good. Just the service not good in this hotel. The front desk staff not really friendly and no smile. The ground floor bodyguard is friendly and helpful. Was second time to stay in this hotel but same problem to extra charge by my credit card. Need to be careful.

Very nice hotel inside, being in Chinatown it caters primarily aimed at Chinese clientele, hence it was difficult for us to find many options of vegetarian breakfast. Having said that, there was always fruits, breads, toasts, etc the standard staples so no complaints. Reception staff weren't too welcoming as they seemed to just get you past their desk, not sure whether that was racism or just the culture. Rooms are nice and spacious and location of hotel is very convenient for travellers depending on public transport. Several of chinese eateries right at the doorstep.

I thought the room was very large (compared to some tiny NYC rooms I’ve stayed) I appreciated the view from the room and the bar. I did not notice sound in my room despite being right in the center of action in Times Square. If you like being close to tons of people (I do) then this is a great spot. If you prefer a quiet spot, be aware of the proximity to all of the people. Based on the other reviews, I double checked my bill. The credit for food was not correct. They were helpful and fixed it after I asked. The patty melt was delicious! Overall I would stay again, but was just a little annoyed that I had to request that the bill be corrected. The room was clean and comfortable.

We stayed at the St. Regis for the first time as a Platinum Marriott Bonvoy Elite and our stay was wonderful. I used a suite upgrade to a larger Butler room (we did not use our butler). As is typical in my experience with Marriott, we did not receive all the Elite benefits we were supposed to receive (room upgrade) and the census was extremely low because the St. Regis is undergoing a major renovation that greatly impacted our stay. It is a shame Marriott and its franchisees continues to not see the loyalty of it road warrior guests and takes it out on those most loyal by not even honoring the program it has written. The room was spacious and wonderfully appointed: a Victorian with the most up to date electrical and plumbing upgrades you could imagine. The use of marble in the bathroom was amazing and the room and hotel were quiet, tasteful, classy, and oozed of history. Our room on the 7th floor (an Elite benefit at minimum should have been the same sized suite to a higher floor... there are 20 floors) had a nice enough view, but the view from the ballroom at the 20th floor where breakfast was served was spectacular. The linens in the bathroom felt wonderful but the bed linens and the bed itself was nothing less that dreamy. The bath amenities were also spectacular. Our room had a Bose radio and if we chose, our Butler would have made us coffee/espresso. Breakfast was fantastic and the service was excellent. There was a small error in the bill (we checked out via the app), I left a message on the voicemail of the billing department, and the error was quickly fixed. When you save up enough money and want a wonderful treat, I strongly recommend the St. Regis in New York City!

During check in the asian young lady, she was not really polite, a bit rude, maybe it is normal in such a mass New York city, but for Intercontinental Hotel it shouldn’t be! She gave me handicap room, without any informing me! Later I had to wait 30 minutes in order to change it to another room. The new room window was broken, Room number 748, engineer came and could not fix, this took another 30-40 minutes. The bathroom I could find some blond hairs from previous tenants mostly, was not really clean. Price wise for such a service 500$ is too much, I would hardly pay even 200$ for such a services and conditions! I will not stay anymore in this hotel!

We chose the hotel for the second time this year, and it did not disappoint. We received the same attentiveness and carefree rest as the first time. Maintenance and renovation also took place in the time between the two occasions, which I can confirm, as we requested and received the same room both times, which we were pleased with. We almost came home, we felt at home. The staff is wonderful, conscientious, self-sacrificing. They are extremely attentive, we asked for and received a refrigerator and microwave. We love its location, its surroundings are calm, safe and spacious. Shopping and transportation options are easy to solve, with Hudson Jersey in the background it's beautiful. Thank you for letting us spend Christmas with you, we already want to go back! Grateful thanks!

The first thing I will mention is that the hotel is 5 star and is expectedly, very expensive, being in the heart of Times Square. I took this into account when writing my review. If I am paying that much, my expectations would be higher than normal. I stayed for 12 nights over the Christmas and NY period so I obtained a very comprehensive view of the hotel and everything about it. Overall it was a very comfortable stay and the staff were always there to attend to any requests and issues. The moment I got out of my transfer car, there was a lovely young gentleman waiting to get all my bags and transport me upstairs to the reception. The check-in was reasonably flawless but there was a bit of confusion around the payment because of resort fees the hotel charges daily. I prepaid my booking and there was confusion over whether it included or excluded the resort fee. The reception area is immaculately presented and the bar and restaurant are both located here. I intended to use the gym during my stay, but didn't have time to even take a peek. Nor did I visit the bar or restaurant. There's way too many options outside to do that. The very polite and courteous young gentleman then took me up to my room. He showed me everything and away he went. I got a bit of a room upgrade which I highly appreciated and had a beautiful view of Times Square. I was on the 2nd highest floor, floor 39. The room is not big. It was adequate for one person but nothing more. I don't think I would be able to stay here if I was with another person. It would be too uncomfortable and I had to find space for my 2 suitcases and carry-on. The bathroom is open plan, with a door for the shower and toilet. A big problem I had in my room was that if it was windy you will hear a loud whistle coming through the bottom of the front door. It really annoyed me. I had to take the cover off the bed and make a snake shape to block the gap underneath the door to stop the noise. Even a bath towel didn't work. They need to fix this. The hotel is very new and the rooms are very beautifully equipped, presented and maintained. I was pleased to see that most of the things I requested before I arrived (some extra bath mats, bath towels, hand towels, face towels, mini fridge, bathroom scale) were mostly there upon arrival. I quantified the number of towels I needed as I was not getting any housekeeping during my 12 night stay but I did not get the quantity requested. I expected a bit more attention to detail for a 5 star hotel. Before I arrived I was asked if I was celebrating a special occasion and Guest Services pushed up my expectations as I was celebrating a special occassion and they said something nice, I assume maybe a cake or some alcohol would be waiting for me in the room. When I arrived there was nothing. And there was never going to be anything throughout my stay. I didn't mind and only remembered towards the end of the stay. When I enquired via email I was met with silence. They

You can see the sunrise at Central Park at dawn. You can see the lines of the surrounding luxury hotels. Jean-Georgeus Michelin restaurant is not so great. The food is too salty. It is a casual restaurant. It is a private room, but it is too noisy from outside noise. Just stay at the hotel.

I’ll start with the positive… Check in was easy and the room was a very generous size for the city. It kind of ends there. It was a tough choice to decide between luxe hotel properties in NYC. I settled on the Mandarin because of my extraordinary experience in London. Maybe the bar was set too high by Hyde Park. We got in to the room and felt like a quick coffee before heading out. No coffee setup? We called down and were told it could be provided - on demand?! Really?? Soon enough a Nespresso setup was delivered. How many people opt out of coffee? Maybe that’s just me. Next, showed up for lunch in the bar (I think there is only the one dining option). There wasn’t anyone at the host’s station so we grabbed a seat. Soon enough someone awkwardly asked us to vacate the “reserved” seats and they would check to see if they could accommodate us at another table. Eventually we were reseated. Service was lagging and food was overpriced (as can be expected at an establishment like this). Hotel decor and interiors were all just average. Nothing felt like a wow. No part of the experience felt like it justified the price tag - especially when there is so much competition in this city. My stay at The NYC Edition in March (for roughly half the cost) far outperformed this experience. The Mandarin can do much better than this.

This is my permanent hotel in New York. The decoration is retro and the location is great. The price in the off-season is really perfect, only over a thousand RMB. Of course, on special holidays, I can stay at four to five thousand RMB and I will be given a 20 dollar voucher to order drinks at the bar. Hahahahaha, the toiletries are all byredo’s baldafrique👍

This was my first stay at the Royalton. It is conveniently right down the street from our NYC office and my new ”go-to” hotel when I'm in town. The hotel is clean, has a great vibe, and I absolutely loved the room! Bed was comfortable and the bathroom had a large sink and a SOAKER TUB!! The rooftop bar has a great vibe and good food. The service at the rooftop was a little slow, but it was VERY BUSY! We felt the love and enjoyed it very much.

Breakfast is too simple. Just some cakes, milk and biscuits and such. Can't expect breakfast here at all. The room rate is pretty good inside. Clean and upscale, the bathroom has flush faucets in different directions, the toilet seat is insulated, and there is a flushing function. There is also a hot spring on the first floor, which is very comfortable and highly recommended.

The highlight of this hotel is the incredible staff including the front desk, valets, restaurant staff, and room attendants. Exceptional customer service on all fronts and very welcoming. Love the new decor and the historical pictures of Buffalo throughout the hotel. The lobby decor is beautiful and provides a wonderful relaxing atmosphere. My only complaint is that I thought breakfast was pricy at $25. The dinner menu at the restaurant is reasonably priced and totally enjoyed dinner and dessert. I also loved the warm decor of the room.

The price is right, very close to the airport

Exceptional! Wow! The Westin Buffalo is the nicest hotel we ever stayed at. We originally went to Niagara Falls but it was a horrible experience. I called the Westin Buffalo and from the minute Nadine took the phone call until check out we were treated like kings. This hotel is immaculate! The decor is gorgeous. Very clean. Great food and coffee. We plan to continue our stays with Westin for future trips. Thank you Nadine and all of the exceptional staff.

The Delevan is one of my favorite hotels. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The airport shuttle arrived before we exited baggage claim, and Sonny, the driver, was personable and efficient. The rooms are well-appointed and comfortable, and the restaurants, including the new Petra, are stylish, reasonably-priced and the food is excellent. Reliably pleasant all around.

The hotel should be considered next to Buffalo City, about 30 minutes from the waterfall, a little drive away. The first room was arranged next to the road and it felt a bit noisy. After communicating, I quickly changed to a room inside, free parking, it is very convenient, and there are some restaurants around. Simple meals are also convenient. There is a laundry room, and the service desk downstairs can buy washing powder and change coins. Still recommended hotel

I've stayed in hotels (VERY FANCY, EX: Ritz in Singapore, Westin in Perth, Australia, Grand Hyatt in New York City,) throughout the world since 1966 and I will put Reikart House as #2 on my list of elegance, charm and overall top class. Front desk personnel are awesome, the cleanliness of the rooms is superb. Anyone staying in this area is highly encouraged to stay at the Reikart House. We travel to this area a couple of times a year and have always stayed at other hotels in the area, but they have changed some of their policies that did not sit well with us. So I looked around and found Reikart House, read the reviews and booked our stay and we're very pleased that we stayed here and will again. THIS HOTEL IS A CLASS ACT!

I really like the feeling of this hotel, retro and romantic, recommended. The location is absolutely in the city center, very close to the city hall, trading hall, etc., within walking distance.

The pro is the location. The problems are numerous, especially considering the cost. The hotel is old, dated, and requires updating and maintenance. The bathroom is small with no space for toiletries. The ceiling in the shower had water damage with sheet rock damage. The bedroom had no dresser or closet so you live out of your suitcase. Two small night stands with no accommodations for electronic chargers. The side chairs were not comfortable. One of the best things about staying here is the view, but sitting on the communal deck was uncomfortable due to the wooden folding chairs and table. This place does not meet the standards for the prices they charge. Watch out for the resort fees, valet parking fees, and anything else they can find to add to your bill. I honestly can say I have never spent so much for so little

The reserved two-room view is beautiful and the service is first-class. The location of the hotel is on the most beautiful beach. The staff is very friendly. We carelessly left our luggage on the train. The hotel manager patiently helped me call the lost and found form on the train. A little brother who parked the car drove me to the train station and supermarket by himself! ! Everyone is very friendly! The only bad thing is that the room is a bit humid. Because of the sea, the breakfast served in the room is packed in a plastic shell haha. The picture above
