Hotel very convenient to NEC. Also had EV chargers which was extremely helpful and we could leave the car parked until we finished at the show the following day after check out for £15. Breakfast options including vegetarian if asked for.

Great location. Perfect for the departure lounge. Bar okay but busy. Out of stock of some beers but wine good. Took taxi to Resorts World for food. Make sure you walk to drop off area up get it though. All non stopping route around hotels. Recommend. Lots of restaurants and much better than eating in hotel. Would use again

The location was in a prime spot. Next to all the main shopping and Christmas market areas. The room was modern, spacious, and very clean. The kitchenette was well equipped for self-catering if required. The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. Although no parking on site, they have a deal with the nearby car park for £5 for 24 hours. The car park was safe and secure, and it was located a few minutes away. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay. It's definitely a consideration for future trips.

Due to a family member unwell is hospital, we needed to book accommodation nearby. Booked through TRIP but due to my mistake I booked the wrong date.immediately realising my error I contacted the hotel and the reception were accommodating and rebooked the room for the correct date. When we arrived we were made very welcome and after a few formalities were given our room keys. Despite a large coach party at breakfast time, the staff were very helpful and the breakfast was excellent with good choices always stocked.

When traveling on business, it is close to the Convention and Exhibition Center, so it is very convenient to travel. Hilton's facilities are almost the same, everything is available, and the environment is also good. I often choose Hilton when traveling on business. It is quite satisfactory.

Love staying in this hotel when visiting Birmingham. Friendly staff, clean rooms, clean hotel in general. One disappoin**ent was when I came down around 06:30 down to the lobby to ask for milk sachets, there wasn’t anyone present , I waited for some time, however nobody attended to me. So for this I graded the hotell 4 smiles instead of 5

Great hotel to stay in if you are traveling for work. Pool and jacuzzi is always a bonus. Great food in the Burgundy restaurant, but don't order Tiramusu (it's too creamy, no taste of coffee or alcohol - very bad)! Staff members are friendly, let us stay for an extra hour, which was nice.
