The location is convenient, with many restaurants and a supermarket downstairs. It was a bit inconvenient to check in on the 2nd floor. The front desk staff weren't very enthusiastic; my last stay at Lailimei was much better. What I disliked most was the bathroom design. Not only was it made of transparent glass, but the blind for the glass was actually *outside* the bathroom. This means someone in the room could easily pull back the curtain and see into the bathroom. Luckily, I was only staying with family this time. I can't imagine how awkward it would be for someone on a business trip to stay in a room like that!

We booked in advance and got a very comfortable room with a great view. The hotel was also very thoughtful, allowing us to add their customer service WeChat for easy communication. They even prepared a bed rail and children's amenities for our child beforehand, a big thank you to Steven and Jul! Furthermore, when my child's rhinitis suddenly flared up, the staff on duty downstairs promptly provided us with an air purifier, which immediately eased the symptoms. The service experience was excellent. The breakfast was also rich and delicious. We'll definitely come back again next time!

Bringing my family for a holiday, the overall experience at Chimelong Hengqin Bay Hotel was incredibly pleasant. The hotel boasts a strong ocean-themed ambiance with thoughtfully designed landscapes. Sea views, gardens, and waterscapes complement each other beautifully, and a stroll through the grounds immediately brings a sense of relaxed vacation. The Water World is perfect for families to enjoy together; the indoor area is unaffected by weather or seasons, so you can still have fun in the water even if it's windy or rainy. The outdoor beach and lazy river offer a variety of activities, and with lifeguards on duty, safety is well-ensured. The hotel's dolphin viewing area is a unique feature, allowing close-up views of the dolphins, and the flamingo garden offers a healing sight – no need to specially visit the theme park, you can see animals right at the hotel. The buffet restaurant offers a wide array of dishes, catering to both adults and children, with an abundance of seafood, hot dishes, pastries, desserts, and fruits. The dining environment is spacious and uncrowded. Our room was quiet and clean, with excellent natural light and comfortable bedding, allowing us to fully rest after a whole day of fun. The public areas are well-maintained and feature recreational spaces to let children expend their energy. The hotel's service process is mature; check-in and check-out are efficient, and all our questions were answered. Getting around to different points within the resort is convenient, minimizing travel time and effort. Staying here means you can cover dining, accommodation, and entertainment all in one place without constantly switching venues, making for a truly relaxed and enjoyable holiday.

The biggest advantage of this hotel is its proximity to the beach – you can step right out and go swimming or play in the sand. Honeymoon Park is right behind the hotel, offering hiking trails and the Honeymoon Coaster, with superb sea views from the top. The hotel's island tour is excellent, and the overall scenery and infrastructure of Dong'ao Island are impressive. Breakfast is quite varied, but lunch and dinner are just average, only offering set menus. For seafood, you'll need to go to restaurants by the pier, which is convenient as the hotel provides a free shuttle service there and back. In the evenings, the hotel has a beach bar. If the weather is good (with a sea breeze and no rain), listening to old songs and sipping a cocktail is wonderfully relaxing. The staff and concierge are very enthusiastic!

This is my second stay here, and I'm even more familiar with the surroundings now – it's such a convenient location for getting anywhere! The front desk staff proactively upgraded my room. However, being sensitive to noise and a bit of a light sleeper, I had to ask the hotel to help me switch to a quieter room. Seven Liang was very enthusiastic and quickly resolved the room issue for me. The new room had a great view, and I had a wonderful, restful sleep! Also, all the staff I encountered in the restaurant, executive lounge, hallways, and concierge during these past few days were very warm and friendly. The breakfast was as delicious and varied as ever. I love Zhuhai, and I love the Crowne Plaza Zhuhai even more. Next time I visit, I'll definitely stay here again – highly recommended! 😂

This stay truly exceeded my expectations; it's the best hotel experience I've had recently, genuinely deserving a full five-star rating! First and foremost, the cleanliness, which is my top priority, was completely reassuring. The hotel overall was clean and tidy, with the lobby and public areas of the hallways consistently dry and neat, free from odors and clutter. Upon entering the guest room, I was especially delighted; the room was well-ventilated, with fresh air and no musty or strange smells. The bedding was flat and clean, and the sheets and duvet covers felt brand new and fluffy, very comfortable against the skin, with no stains or hairs whatsoever. The bathroom was immaculately cleaned, with no water marks on the countertops or mirrors, and the toilet and shower area were thoroughly sanitized. The toiletries provided were complete and of good quality. The service throughout was exceptionally warm and attentive. The front desk staff were gentle and patient, and the check-in and check-out processes were quick and efficient, with no complicated steps. Any needs during my stay were promptly addressed by the staff, and the cleaning ladies were meticulous, proactively replenishing drinking water, tissues, and other supplies. The hotel's attention to detail was particularly thoughtful; the lighting and power outlet layout were well-designed, and the WiFi speed was stable and smooth, perfectly meeting both work and leisure needs. The overall living environment was quiet and comfortable, with excellent soundproofing. I couldn't hear any noise from the hallway or outside, ensuring a very peaceful night's rest. There were no hidden charges at the hotel, and the value for money was exceptional. It's perfectly suited for daily business trips, friends' getaways, or short stays. I've already bookmarked this place, and I will definitely prioritize this hotel next time I visit the area. I sincerely recommend it to all fellow travelers!

I'll give an objective review. For the price, I'm quite satisfied. I'd heard from friends that it was boring, but I personally didn't find it so. It's great for family trips, especially if both adults and children play together – that's when you really feel it's worth the money. I highly recommend trying all the slides. We arrived during a rainy spell. The hotel informed us that only the indoor ball pit was open in the park area. The water park also closes during thunderstorms. Other attractions would only be available after the rain stopped and puddles were cleared. They offered to extend the validity of our park tickets for up to three months. The hotel also provided a canvas tote bag. Since it was a trip, we still went in to try our luck. Once inside, we realized it was practically closed – zero staff, barely any other visitors. On the first day, we only managed to play in the indoor ball pit and ride the pedal carts. In the afternoon, the rain stopped, and we headed straight for the water park (which I highly recommend; it's best enjoyed as a family. Note: lockers only support Apple Pay; Android users need to pay cash, but staff can help with change. Small lockers are 20, large are 30). There are also many other complementary games within the park. The staff at check-in gave a very detailed explanation of everything. However, you need to time things carefully, and the attractions are spread out, so definitely consult the map. On the second day, the weather was surprisingly good. We played in the maze and the Maya Adventure Park, which definitely gives you a workout. Regarding accommodation, I stayed in the Xianyeju. There were no mosquitoes, and the hotel even provided mosquito repellent at check-in. When checking out, the front desk also gave a departure gift, which made the kids very happy. At this price point, I still highly recommend it.

This hotel has a great location in Zhuhai if you want to go to the beach. There is a shopping mall next to it which is ok, and there are many Chinese restaurants everywhere. Breakfast is standard Chinese, so fine. The hotel itself is good. The bed was awesome too, King-size. I requested a room with balcony but we didn't get one. Smoking is not allowed, so you have to go outside the lobby area to do it. It's a standard hotel. Oh it has a swimming pool, but the kind of dedicated to sports swimming, not recreational swimming.

Came to Zhuhai for a weekend staycation and booked a one-bedroom suite. The overall experience was excellent. The suite was incredibly spacious, with a living room and desk area, making the layout very practical and never feeling cramped. Since it was the summer holiday, there were many guests, and the Executive Lounge was very popular, but the experience exceeded expectations. Happy Hour was a delightful surprise; the hot dishes were varied, flavorful, not too heavy, and absolutely delicious. The afternoon tea selection was also sufficient, and the TWG tea was wonderful! The lounge's window seats offered direct views of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge, providing an amazing vista. Breakfast was on the second floor, and it was extremely crowded on Saturday and Sunday; we even had to queue for breakfast on Sunday morning. This time it was a Southeast Asian theme (Singapore, Thailand), and the overall taste was quite standard. During peak hours, there was a long wait for omelets, and the coffee was just okay – this was probably the most noticeable drawback of our stay. The food quality in the lounge was definitely much better than the second-floor Western restaurant. Secondly, the service was excellent throughout our stay. Our requests were almost always promptly addressed. We encountered a minor issue during our stay, and the staff handled it quickly and appropriately. During check-out, Rona at the front desk proactively followed up with us, listened carefully to our feedback, and took our comments seriously, which left a very positive impression. The hotel has an infinity pool that looks stunning, but unfortunately, it was too crowded during the summer holidays for us to use. The location right by the sea is perfect for evening strolls or cycling along the beach. Overall, it was a highly rated holiday stay. My only wish is that the hotel can improve the efficiency of breakfast service during peak hours in the future. Nevertheless, I highly recommend it and would definitely come back if I have the chance.

The room itself was fully equipped, clean, and tidy, perfectly meeting our family's needs. The lounge area in the room was great for playing cards. As for breakfast, it was plentiful, and this is the ONLY hotel I've ever stayed at that served meat at breakfast – a big plus for me! The hotel lobby manager was incredibly helpful, quickly and thoughtfully addressing any concerns we had. Truly a reflection of the practical and friendly nature of Cantonese people. Relating to all reviews, the place is old and hasn't been redecorated for donkeys. The lobby is huge and hardly a lot of crowds, aka people waiting around. It's so China old-fashioned and hardly hotel-feeling. The exterior is falling apart and could do with a touch-up, but nighttime looks better than daytime. The beds are super soft, but the bathroom was kinda of weird that it was transparent to the whole sleeping area. I think the breakfast buffet wasn't worth eating at all! Everything had no meat in it, no juices; only tea or soya milk, boiled eggs and some rice noodles which you cook yourself. I'd expect at least some sausages, toast, and orange juice, at least. It wasn't that cheap to stay for this place.

We went there specifically for the kids' play area, and it definitely didn't disappoint. Our little one had a blast, and just an hour of play each day was enough to tire him out. The hotel's location is great, making it convenient to get anywhere. The front desk staff were warm and attentive. The room size was quite small, especially the bathroom; you had to close the door to even step into the shower. Housekeeping needs improvement: the sink was visibly stained with oil and completely uncleared, and there was dust on the room's desk. I think this is a good hotel. But it’s really out-of-the-way. It’s in a very quiet neighborhood though, so I like that it’s not noisy at night. I really like how comfortable the king size bed was. It’s pretty clean as well, but some of the furniture is old. There is a slight moldy smell in the room because they gave me a smoker’s room. I just slept with the window open. I had a very comfortable stay here. The room setup is great, featuring a big bed, a practical working table, and a comfortable couch. Having a laundry room on the 5th floor made doing laundry super convenient during the trip. Nansha at the reception was wonderful—she told me I could message her directly for any requirement and took extra care of everything, and the rest of the front desk team was equally helpful. The location is surrounded by great eateries and close to a mall. However, the single big negative I found is that all towels and bathrobes are packed in plastic bags, which is a massive and avoidable source of environmental pollution. This hotel is surprisingly well-equipped and convenient. One of the best highlights for families is the kids' play room located right next to the dining hall, making meals so much easier. They also offer round-the-clock ice cream for everyone, which is a fantastic treat! Nansha at the reception was an absolute sweetheart, always ready to take extra care if I messaged her for any requirement, and the front desk staff was consistently helpful. The surrounding area has lots of great eateries and a nearby mall. That said, the only negative is that every single towel and bathrobe comes packed in plastic bags, and that is a big, big environmental pollution issue that the hotel really needs to address.

The service was excellent. When I initially requested a room change because the view wasn't great, the hotel promptly accommodated my request. The room was well-equipped, and the bedding was comfortable. Despite being in a bustling area, the soundproofing was very effective. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The in-room coffee and tea were quite distinctive, and the mini-bar drinks were also a nice touch. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

I stayed at a Holiday Inn Express in Hong Kong just last month, and the decor here in Zhuhai is pretty much the same! I got a free room upgrade this time, but after comparing, it was only two square meters bigger than the standard room! However, the Zhuhai location pays much more attention to detail. You can feel it from the moment you walk in! There's free juice in the lounge area, and they even provide ice and popsicles! That's definitely commendable in this hot summer weather! The breakfast selection is also quite varied and they replenish items quickly, which is excellent! Unfortunately, my schedule didn't allow me to try their late-night snacks on either of my two nights.

During the mini-holiday, I embarked on a carefree solo slow trip to Zhuhai🍃, escaping the intense pace of life to relax and rejuvenate. After careful consideration, I chose The St. Regis as my base for this solo journey. The pre-arrival call from Lacey instantly made me feel much more positive about the hotel🥰. Lacey methodically confirmed my estimated arrival time, thoroughly understood all my preferences for the floor, and confirmed my need for a non-smoking room🚭. As a solo traveler, I dislike noisy environments and hoped for a quiet, secluded room where I could peacefully daydream and enjoy the city views outside. Lacey kept these requests firmly in mind, reserving a room for me away from the elevator entrance to ensure tranquility. The road conditions on my drive to Zhuhai were complex and unpredictable🚙, making it difficult to pinpoint an exact arrival time. Throughout the multiple communications to adjust my arrival, Lacey remained patient and gentle, without a hint of impatience. Check-in upon arrival at the hotel was seamless. Opening the door to my room, I was immediately struck by the breathtaking high-altitude view🌆. The room itself was spacious and airy with excellent natural light, the soft furnishings were simple yet elegant, and the cleanliness was impeccable, with exquisite and complete toiletries. The hotel's butler service was on-call and responsive, quickly addressing any needs. The overall service felt just right – warm without being intrusive to personal space. I sincerely thank Lacey for her thoughtful and meticulous prior arrangements; as a solo traveler, I dread complicated procedures and unexpected issues, and this time everything was perfectly avoided, making for a truly healing stay💯.

The hotel is by the sea, close to bus stops, and has shared bikes nearby. You can pretty much get to all the popular spots by bus, so you don't have to walk much, which is quite comfortable. If you want to cycle or take a stroll, you just need to cross the road to reach the beach, which is very convenient. You can even see the sea without booking a dedicated sea-view room; as soon as you step out of the elevator, you'll see a floor-to-ceiling window directly facing the sea and the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge. Additionally, it's a 30-minute bus ride or a 9-minute drive from Gongbei Port, which is very convenient. We also received a complimentary room upgrade!

The location is great, very close to the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge port and Gongbei Port. There are also many dining options nearby, and it's convenient to take a taxi to Jiuzhou Port for trips to Hong Kong. This is an authentic, officially rated old four-star hotel. I was given a newly renovated room with floor-toceiling windows, and it was very quiet. There aren't many rooms on each floor. You need a key card to access the upper floors, and the hot water and air conditioning worked perfectly. The pillows were excellent, offering great support. I didn't try the breakfast, but I heard good things about it. The price is very reasonable. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Zhuhai.

The hotel's business center is very convenient for guests. It's easy to get to Hong Kong from here, and there's plenty of parking. It's only a 5-minute taxi ride to the Qingmao Port. Jacky at the front desk was very helpful and upgraded our room type; he was really enthusiastic.

Excellent sea-view hotel with fantastic views and a swimming pool. It's almost always fully booked, so our original room type wasn't available. The front desk staff were great and gave us a free upgrade. Hotel staff also helped deliver our food orders to the room. Very quiet and a wonderful experience. I would choose this hotel again next time.
