Overall, I'm very satisfied. What I appreciated most was the room cleanliness and room service. We stayed for three days, and whenever we needed fresh towels or bottled water, someone would quickly bring them. It was excellent! Food deliveries were brought to the room by a robot.
However, the pillows were too flat, and even the 'firm' one was quite soft, so my son didn't sleep very well.
The swimming pool was good too. It had a shallow area on one side and a very shallow area on the other, convenient for young children, as well as a deep end for proper swimming. My only thought was that in the evening, having only two white spotlights felt a bit simplistic; adding some decorative lighting would make swimming much more enjoyable.
Traffic downstairs was very congested. It took less than 10 minutes to get there by taxi from the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge port, but due to the traffic, the driver suggested we get off at the previous intersection and walk for 3 minutes, which was fine by me as I didn't want to wait. When we left, the taxi app showed an estimated fare of 15-21 yuan, but no cars responded, so we hailed a taxi which cost 26 yuan to the port. The traffic wasn't a huge problem though, as there are many restaurants nearby within walking distance, as well as a newly opened large shopping mall, which is super convenient.FromSAR 171

Breakfast is quite varied, but lunch and dinner are just average, only offering set menus. Pros:
1. Excellent service. They upgraded our room and there's a shuttle bus to Chimelong. The concierge also offers sand-digging toys for kids to borrow, and the restaurant staff are very welcoming.
2. The room was very clean, odorless, with comfortable bedding, good soundproofing, and spacious. These are essential requirements for accommodation, and they were met.
3. The location is close to the beach and traditional sights like the Zhuhai Fisher Girl, just a few minutes away by taxi.
4. The Chinese restaurant on the second floor offers great food at reasonable prices.

Upon entering the guest room, I was especially delighted; the room was well-ventilated, with fresh air and no musty or strange smells. Our stay during the National Day holiday was fantastic! The hotel's location is absolutely perfect, right across the street from Exit A of Zhuhai Station. We were there in just a few steps after getting off the train, making transportation incredibly convenient and stress-free for catching our departures. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and during the National Day period, they thoughtfully provided complimentary fruit, a small gift, and even a miniature national flag, which added a lovely festive touch! The room was clean and tidy, with excellent hygiene, comfortable bedding, and a bathroom with a dry/wet separation. Amenities like a mini-fridge and a safe were all readily available, and we even had a direct view of Zhuhai Station from our window. This is our fifth time back to Xianglidu with my family.
As soon as we entered the park, it was still that bright, colorful landscape I remembered. The front desk staff were as friendly as ever – probably because we visit so often, most of the employees recognize us now. As soon as we walked in, they smiled and called out my child's name: “Haven’t seen you in a year, you’ve grown taller again!”
The tone was casual, but my heart was genuinely warmed. It felt just like coming home, I suppose.
What’s even more remarkable is their attentiveness. Every time we visit, they upgrade us based on room availability, saying they want our child to have a different experience each year.
This time, we stayed in the one-bedroom, one-living-room cabin we had dreamed of: the room was spacious and bright, and the bedding was so comfortable you didn't want to get up; there were even little squirrels in the yard, and my child loved watching them from the window for a long time.
The breakfast ingredients have also been quietly updated, with many more healthy options suitable for children, which deserves a big thumbs-up. The activities in the park are much richer than before, showing that the management is genuinely striving to improve the experience – the fishing pond was a pleasant surprise this time, and my child had so much fun they didn't even want to leave.
This time, there was also a new “resort butler” service, where you can ask about any activity details during your stay and get immediate answers, making things much easier.
But what has stayed with me the most is a children's gift pack specially delivered to our room by Uncle Qita.
To be honest, at first, I thought it was just a standard souvenir and didn't pay much attention to it. But the moment I opened it, I was truly touched – everything inside was tailor-made for a child:
Disposable children's bibs, baby disinfectant wipes, children's toiletries set, children's hangers, children's talcum powder.
Nothing was “just for show”; everything was something you'd most likely forget when going out, yet needed the most. That feeling of “you actually thought of *this* too” is hard to describe.

1. **Excellent Location:** It's incredibly close to the beach. Downstairs, there are public buses to all the attractions, as well as tour buses.

1. **Cigarette Smoke in the Room:** When trying to sleep, there was a persistent smell of cigarette smoke around the bed. This really highlights the need for the hotel to implement stricter management and clearly enforce a no-smoking policy in the rooms.

The hotel's location is excellent; there's a bus stop right outside, making it convenient to go anywhere. It's only two bus stops away from the high-speed train station and Gongbei Port. I booked a deluxe room with a large bathtub and a mountain view, facing a residential area, so it was pretty quiet at night! The hotel service was also great; any issues were resolved quickly. Came to Zhuhai for a weekend staycation and booked a one-bedroom suite. The overall experience was excellent. The suite was incredibly spacious, with a living room and desk area, making the layout very practical and never feeling cramped.
Since it was the summer holiday, there were many guests, and the Executive Lounge was very popular, but the experience exceeded expectations. Happy Hour was a delightful surprise; the hot dishes were varied, flavorful, not too heavy, and absolutely delicious. The afternoon tea selection was also sufficient, and the TWG tea was wonderful! The lounge's window seats offered direct views of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge, providing an amazing vista.
Breakfast was on the second floor, and it was extremely crowded on Saturday and Sunday; we even had to queue for breakfast on Sunday morning. This time it was a Southeast Asian theme (Singapore, Thailand), and the overall taste was quite standard. During peak hours, there was a long wait for omelets, and the coffee was just okay – this was probably the most noticeable drawback of our stay. The food quality in the lounge was definitely much better than the second-floor Western restaurant.
Secondly, the service was excellent throughout our stay. Our requests were almost always promptly addressed. We encountered a minor issue during our stay, and the staff handled it quickly and appropriately. During check-out, Rona at the front desk proactively followed up with us, listened carefully to our feedback, and took our comments seriously, which left a very positive impression.
The hotel has an infinity pool that looks stunning, but unfortunately, it was too crowded during the summer holidays for us to use. The location right by the sea is perfect for evening strolls or cycling along the beach.
Overall, it was a highly rated holiday stay. My only wish is that the hotel can improve the efficiency of breakfast service during peak hours in the future. Nevertheless, I highly recommend it and would definitely come back if I have the chance.FromSAR 302

The location is excellent, and the shuttle bus to Ocean Kingdom and Chimelong Show is very convenient. The receptionists are polite, and the comfort level is extremely high. The hotel staff are very kind and answer questions promptly, providing a great experience! I loved it, it's perfect for family trips. It was a very good stay, the room was excellent. For this business trip, I chose the Fairfield by Marriott, and it was a great choice. The hotel's location is excellent, and the views are lovely. A happy trip for a family of five! I came here with my daughter, wife, and parents. Everything from the food to the service to the entertainment facilities, and even the newness of the place, was very satisfying. The location is also very close to the city center. They took great care of us these past few days. We celebrated my daughter's first birthday here, and they even allowed us to decorate the room. I think this is a good hotel. But it’s really out-of-the-way. It’s in a very quiet neighborhood though, so I like that it’s not noisy at night. I really like how comfortable the king size bed was. It’s pretty clean as well, but some of the furniture is old. There is a slight moldy smell  in the room because they gave me a smoker’s room.  I just slept with the window open. Overall, I think this is a good hotel, but I just prefer a more modern look. FromSAR 102

I specifically booked a hotel near Gongbei Port for easy check-in after leaving Macau. The location is decent, about a ten-minute walk from Gongbei Port, and there's a newly opened mall across the street. I had a great experience with Orange Hotel before, so I thought I'd try the upgraded Crystal Orange this time. However, I was disappointed as soon as I saw the entrance; it looked very run-down, and the lobby was also quite shabby. The hallway to the rooms had a musty smell. The room's decor was okay, but it also had a strange odor, either musty or smoky. Overall, it was just average, not as good as the regular Orange Hotel.FromSAR 186

The location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing, dining, and shopping. It saved us a lot of hassle from traveling long distances.

This Holiday Inn is very close to the Grand Theatre. The room was decent, and the hotel even upgraded me to a city view king room. Parking spaces are limited, but the security guards were helpful and offered to park my car for free, which was great service. The breakfast quality was excellent, I even saw Sam's Club yogurt there. To celebrate our anniversary, we came to Zhuhai to watch the fireworks, and I was delighted to stay at The St. Regis. Winnie, the front desk attendant, added me on WeChat and became a thoughtful concierge. When I mentioned how much I loved rabbits, Winnie specially arranged for a small rabbit to be placed in our room, hoping we would have a wonderful anniversary. At checkout, knowing my fondness for their amenities, she thoughtfully prepared some for me to take home. Meeting such a considerate concierge made my trip doubly enjoyable.
The hotel rooms are large and luxurious, and the tableware perfectly suited my aesthetic. The breakfast was excellent, especially the made-to-order shakshuka with seafood pasta, which was delicious. The hotel offers 24-hour tea service, delivered on demand. While the disposable paper cups felt a bit less formal, it's not a big deal as you can always use the room's own cups to add a touch of elegance. In the evening, turn-down service included preparing cups, water, and eye masks. You can also request a bubble bath, which was a five-star service. The hotel staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful! They even thoughtfully provided sunshades for cars parked outside. Check-in was super quick, and staff assisted with luggage all the way to our room. The sea view was absolutely stunning! This time we stayed in the Candy House room with our child, and they were able to play independently the whole time. The hotel also has an amusement park where kids can easily spend half a day. Plus, you can even watch the sunrise directly from the room – it was amazing 🌄. The room itself was very clean and well-equipped. We were in the VIP building, and just across the lobby on the 3rd floor was the hotel swimming pool, which was quiet and comfortable.
The hotel is also conveniently located right across the street from the beach 🏖️. In the evenings, there are various snack streets and seafood stalls within a 10-minute walk for dinner, offering great value for money. The breakfast buffet in the morning was also very rich, with lots of desserts. Overall, we were very satisfied and would definitely come back! Highly recommended 👍FromSAR 251

I was told I got an upgrade when checking in, but I'm not sure which room type it was. The pictures on Ctrip look like an older version. It's probably close to a 60-square-meter single micro-apartment. It felt newly renovated, and the interior facilities seemed quite new. There were signs of renovation, like different colored glass, and I could smell some renovation odors inside, though not too strong. The amenities were complete. The refrigerator space was larger than a regular mini-bar fridge (not pictured, but it looked like a 1.5m-tall double-door fridge). The washing machine was a washer-dryer combo, and I tested the drying function; it dried clothes to a wearable state, which was very convenient. The storage space design felt superior to the needs of a typical hotel stay. The price was comparable to or lower than the Hilton Garden Inn next door where I'd stayed before, and the interior environment was better. If this room type were available for long-term rental, I might consider it for an extended stay. The welcome fruit, bananas and crisp peaches, were both of good quality. Ordering takeout was convenient, with a robot delivering to the room. I didn't book a room with breakfast, but I went to the revolving restaurant on the top floor to take a look; the last 4 photos are of the restaurant and the view from its window.
The hotel has two buildings, connected by a corridor on the 2nd floor. The other building seems to mainly house apartments. It felt a bit messy, and I didn't see any security at the entrance. If a long-term rental apartment were in this building, I probably wouldn't want to stay there... The pool is in the other building, inside a gym that's open to the public. I forget if the gym is on the 5th floor or another floor. There was no sign at the entrance indicating how to get to the pool area, so it would be easy to get lost if the front desk wasn't staffed. I followed other swimmers into the women's changing room, learned how to use the lockers, and found the pool. There was no room card verification, which I suppose should be handled by the front desk... On the other hand, it seems very easy to get into this pool without a ticket... It's not a standard pool; the edges are curved, and there are lane lines across the longer dimension, separating deep and shallow areas. It wasn't uncrowded; people were swimming both across and lengthwise. If you want to swim long distances, it would feel congested. At night, the surrounding area wasn't very well lit. I recall the pool was enclosed by a wall or billboards, so there wasn't much of a view to speak of; it was just a typical outdoor pool for swimming.
The cleaning staff were very attentive. Seeing a lot of water stains on the bathroom floor, they left two floor towels, haha.FromSAR 116

It's an old hotel. The exterior and lobby still look pretty good and luxurious, but the facilities inside the room are old and outdated. The bathtub was broken, and a worker came and said they'd fix it the next day, but they never did. The bedside lamp was broken, there was mold on the ceiling, and the light switches weren't labeled so it was impossible to tell which controlled what... The mattress wasn't very comfortable; I felt a significant wobble every time I turned over. However, the breakfast was quite rich, and the pool was relatively clean.FromSAR 145
