The city of Klagenfurt is so clean. Worthersee is one of the famous lake in Austria. Among Vienna and Klagenfurt, everyone is drinking clean and safe spring water from Mountain Agils. Outdoor environments are natural, so beautiful. Starting from early Summer, the lake is full of people and tourists, the pricing of hotels will be very high. Outdoor exercises, swimming in the lake, hiking are very suitable. So Winter this moment, this hotel price is pretty reasonable!

The river view room has a very good view, you can see the distant mountains. It is a quiet town. The heating in the room is very sufficient and very comfortable.

Hotel was accommodating to my needs. They didn’t provide me with the accessible room on the first night but they tried their beat to provide me with a room that is more accessible the next morning. Was also given priority parking. Thank you for being accommodating to my needs.

Must give praise! The most satisfying hotel for this trip! Originally, I passed by for one night, but the environment was particularly good, the health was particularly clean, the service staff were very polite, and the breakfast was great! High cost performance! Highly recommended, come back next time!

I wanted to stay at the Sandwirth Hotel from 11 June 2025 to 12 June 2025, since I wanted to continue to Graz on 12 June 2025 for a study sponsorship. I booked the night via a third-party provider. Unfortunately, it was on 10 June 2025. June 2025 terrible sad events in Graz, and the study sponsorship was cancelled. I asked at the Hotel Sandwirth for a cancellation by phone, with the information that I have to apply for the cancellation from the third party provider myself. I did that, painted the situation and just two hours later received the information from the third party that the hotel operator had rejected an cancellation. So the € 120.34 for my booking was gone. Not a custom from the hotel operator. For me this hotel is no longer eligible for further bookings. The review 3/5 for location, cleanliness, service and equipment is to be a neutral review since I never was in the hotel and therefore can not make a positive or negative assessment of these criteria, but to send the review, a selection was made in this respect.

Delicious food and excellent service

The location of the hotel is great, right next to the ski slope, summer toboggan run and thermal baths. Rooms are clean and modern. The breakfast buffet offers something for every taste. Many restaurants in the area. Excursions are available and are also offered by the hotel.

The rooms are a disaster, actually a bad thing.
