The location of this hotel is very good, just in the ancient city, opposite the pedestrian street, the hotel environment is very good, there is an open-air swimming pool on the first floor, many people are swimming in the sun, there is a bar next to it, the service is warm and thoughtful, the fly in the ointment is that the facilities are a bit old

I have only stayed in old hotels before, but this time I stayed in a new hotel. I will choose this hotel again next time. I also encountered an event held by the client company.

The hotel is reserved for returning the car at the airport the next day. The bed is relatively large, the facilities are new, and the parking is convenient. It is a ten-minute drive from the airport. There is a lido next to it. There are fewer restaurants around and the hotel’s breakfast is relatively simple.

Rooms and facilities are pretty new while the room easily has insects and mosquitoes due to location near the lake. Breakfast is good to above average with sufficient choices. Lady reception was helpful to advise potential parking in the Plovdiv old town while a gentleman at reception was unhelpful to do so.

I stayed in this hotel for several times without any problems. This time there was a problem with the AC and the drainage which I complained about after the first night. Seems like thr staff knew about it already but it wasn't fixed until I left.

Wonderful hotel. Very good value. Not the best area of town but ok if you have a vehicle.

The hotel is very new and modern. The contemporary facilities will not be like other old five-star hotels. The sense of age is very old! Young people are very adaptable! It is the old residents who are too close to the building must draw the curtains, and there is nothing delicious around, the pizza drinking bar downstairs is enough! It takes more than 40 minutes to take a taxi to have an unauthentic Japanese food to change your appetite!
