O hotel é ótimo, entretanto muito antigo. Tudo é velho, academia, o ar do quarto, o chuveiro, a tv do quarto. O serviço foi perfeito, os funcionários são maravilhosos, tudo muito limpo. Mas as acomodações deixam a desejar.

Very good hotel. Super friendly and helpful waiters, very good facilities, very good rooms, super rich breakfast.
My only shortcoming is related to the main elevator of the hotel. The elevator is very slow, and the TV in the room is not controlled by all channels (only when there is a number), and the TV in the room cannot answer everything. The channel number of the channel (I only found this relationship when I added a number to it). ), but nothing can hack the hotel or make me stop recommending it.

O atendimento e a gentileza das pessoas são nota 10. Mas o hotel deixa a desejar muito, não oferecem nem toalhas pra hóspedes, parece até besteira, porém acredito ser o mínimo, as toalhas são alugadas o valor n é muito alto mas mesmo assim, no banheiro nem pano de chão tem, então ficava tudo molhado e sujo rápido. E se vc pretende desfrutar de uma área de lazer, lá não é o lugar, a piscina é minúscula e só 1m de profundidade, além de n ter aquecedor, sempre tá bem gelada. O café da manhã achei pouquíssimas opções, tinha uns pães duro tb. Só escrevo pra que saibam como é lá. Não é a questão de localização, nem atendimento, mas pela diária achei que o mínimo não foi feito.

I reserved for three, and arrived there I was surprised that I had only a couple bed, I stayed in a room in front of the hotel's academy, soon in the morning people were going to train, with that we wake up early with the noise, and then it was very good

AAnonymous UserThe house is clean and modern, also the facilities in the building are great. It’s located around 15 mins walk to the beach. The value for the money is really great.
One thing to notice:
🚨It’s a very local business. The reception doesn’t speak English. At check in you need to pay the remaining fees. If you don’t have PIX could be an issue. Luckily the office is close by, you can pay at the office.

LLorne M.Although TRIP gives Kastel Jamp just 2 stars, it's actually a 3.5 or 4 star boutique hotel. The staff is exceptional; friendly, helpful and always cheerful. The room was spacious with a large Smart TV. The hotel offers chairs for the beach plus towels at no charge, plus bicycles to use. Breakfast was good. Located nearby is a new shopping mall.

O único ponto negatinho seria a reforma q estava ocorrendo no andar onde fomos colocados mas de 50% do andar estava em reforma ficamos no primeiro quanto pós tumulto então seria impossível não haver bastante barulho pela manhã cedo e poeira. Como viajamos com criança pequena foi algo desagradável. Lembrando q estou falando das obras q estavam ocorrendo no próprio hotel não a do lado, essa realmente não tem nada haver com o hotel.
