DDr. Julio BernalMe gusta quedarme en este hotel por el excelente servicio, los cuartos fueron agradables, lo mejor fue la ducha, sale el agua potente, fria o caliente. El personal es muy amable, destaco en lobby a Alex y en el restaurante a Heidy. Los aspectos por mejorar han sido recurrentes cada vez que nos hemos alojado aca: 1. Falta de buen manteniemiento, tanto en el lobby del hotel como en la zona de la piscina. Es increible que este hotel tenga el meson del “counter” remendado con cintas. Realmente deprimente. 2. Este hotel se encuentra en una ciudad donde el agua no es potable. En cualquier otro hotel del mundo, mas de esta cadena, SIEMPRE PONEN BOTELLAS DE AGUA EN LA HABITACION. Este siemple detalle muestra la incoherencia entre lo que quieren projectar ( hotel de lujo en Yopal) con la realidad del producto. 3. No ofrecen pantuflas, secador de pelo, kits de amenitiesen los cuartos, etc etc. Me encanta la ubicacion de este hotel y su servicio pero por el precio que cobran deben de mejorar su producto. Espero seguir alojandome cusndo vaya a Yopal en el Holiday Express pero no echen en saco roto mi suggerencias. Gracias
